my body is full of fun quirks like sometimes when i inhale fully i feel a stabbing pain and my rib often pops out of place when i angle myself in specific way and i can crack my nose like my knuckles and i can rotate my arms 180 degrees and i get intense ankle pain semi regularly out of nowhere. it is all part of my charm and i do not need to go to a doctor.
whenever i mention licking batteries i am met with either "wtf dont lick batteries" or "yeah same who hasnt" so i would like to know what the people of tumblr think
ALSO PLEASE DO NOT PUT BATTERIES IN YOUR MOUTH!!!! licking one end of a battery is pretty safe but putting both ends in is a BAD idea for multiple reasons. i am also just some fucking guy so honestly dont even trust me saying that licking them is safe.

may i put forth the blue-black grassquit? they are finches and i think they fit his whole celestial aesthetic thing. also they look just black in certain light and most black birds are associated with bad luck
it would be an easy pull to say that if eugene were a bird he’d be a crow or raven (or some variety of finch) BUT i think he’s a common loon due to his mysterious and enigmatic nature and the fact that if any bird could talk to ghosts it would be a common loon (their calls are used in horror movies all the time bc of how creepy they are) and also it kind of suits his general color scheme, plus they have a very “spooky and elegant and beautiful but also dumb as rocks” vibe.
if you were dead set on keeping it in family corvidae (and who could blame you!) i’d say a eurasian magpie due to both the aforementioned color scheme consideration and the fact that magpies seem to display above average levels of both intelligence and empathy and are seen as good or bad luck by various cultures (which i think suits eugene yknow he’s complicated!) and often associated with witchcraft.
if you REALLY want it to be a crow (respectable this isn’t a crow hate page EVER do NOT take that away from this post) i’d go with a hooded crow bc he wears a cloak. thank you all for your time pictures of birds below the cut

it has come to my attention that there are NO MOONS starting with Q. this is the ONLY letter in the (english) alphabet that has NO moons. as a person who really likes the letter Q i request that scientists fix this. up until recently Z was also moonless but now the quasi-moon (i am counting quasi-moons) 2002 VE has officially been named Zoozve (due to a fun ghost-word-like series of events), which is wonderful and whimsical but now Q is alone. this is a tragedy to me. astronomers please, i beg of you, save Q.
