Hot girls don't gatekeep, so here are some of my favourite glow-up tips that actually work. <3
Skin
Find a skincare routine that works for you!! It took me years to find mine, but now my skin is literally perfect. <3 (let me know if you guys want a detailed skincare routine!!)
Don't pick your skin, the less you touch your face, the better.
I believe ice rollers are bs…
If you struggle with dark circles, don't try fixing them through skincare. Most likely, the problem comes from your diet or stress.
Dry brushing is a game-changer!!
Use lotion after every shower and apply a body spray before the lotion is fully absorbed into your skin. You'll smell amazing for DAYS.
Don't try homemade skincare if you already struggle with your skin. I learned it the hard way, lol…
WASH YOUR MAKEUP BRUSHES
Hair
The more heat you use, the more damage you'll have.
SILK PILLOWCASES
Never sleep with wet or damp hair.
Stop buying cheap shampoo and conditioner, also make sure to check the ingredients!!
Some ingredients to avoid: Sulfates, Parabens, Polyethene Glycols, Triclosan, Formaldehyde, Synthetic Fragrances and Colors, Dimethicone, Retinyl Palmitate.
I trim my hair every 3 months.
If you have damaged hair, invest in some Olaplex!! my favourites are N4c, N6 and N7. <3
Diet
green juice actually makes you feel better. I make mine at home and LOVE it :)
Balance is key!! I swear by the 80/20 rule.
Drink more water, even if you think you're drinking enough. DRINK MORE
Keto is BS <3
Focus on eating more protein. Usually, low-fat products have more protein, so I just try to buy those, lol.
I eat gluten-free, not by choice… But it did clear my acne, so…
Take supplements, get a blood test done, discuss it with a doctor and start taking whatever they recommend. GAME CHANGER.
EAT MORE VEGETABLES and fruits.
Lifestyle
Focus on being more active, walk more, workout, join a club or sport, dance, whatever works for you!!
I aim for 10K steps, I live in a big city, so I usually walk more than that but still.
Hobbies that don't include screen time. Trust me.
Find your personal style and ALWAYS dress up. <3
TREAT YOURSELF. Buy yourself flowers, and presents, go to your favourite restaurants, vacations!!
Read more. As a classics lover, I can't imagine a life without literature, but even if you don't like classics, any book is better than no book!!
Take more pictures. I've noticed that I have become a lot more present since I've started taking more pictures!! highly recommend :)
I hate to say this, but getting up earlier is lowkey kinda great... been doing it for a few weeks, and unfortunately, I do feel better... they were right...
Get a cat. :)
Mindset
Stop assuming that everyone hates you, they don't, trust me.
Journaling, manifesting, law of attraction, affirmations.
one of my favourite affirmations: "if I weren't capable, the opportunity wouldn't have come my way; I belong here." <3
Stop hanging out with people who drain your energy
stop consuming media that makes you feel bad.
What would the highest version of yourself do?
If you change your mindset, you will change your life.
Romanticise every aspect of your life. <3
As always, please feel free to share your own suggestions and glow-up tips in the comments! <3

This post is all about how to optimise your sleep and beauty at the same time <3 I hope everyone can use at least one tip today and apply it to their sleep routine.
Have a sleep schedule
it is ideal for us to sleep at the same time, and wake up at the same time everyday. This is so our bodies are producing what we need at given times, and healing us of any injuries without interruption + strengthening our circadian rhythm(regulates our alertness and sleepiness)
Create a good sleep environment
Before you go to sleep, make your room clean and wipe off any excess dust, a cluttered room makes for a cluttered mind. Turn off all lights and close curtains. Having a good sleep environment allows our body to shut down more easily.
Avoid caffeinated drinks and high sugar drinks before bed
Caffeinated drinks should not be consumed 4-6 hours before bedtime possible, which does include soft drinks. It keeps you alert, which causes trouble for your sleep. Sugary drinks before bed reduces the quality of your sleep.
Have time to wind down befor bed
Don’t do any high focus activity, or high intensity exercise before bed. Our body and minds need time to release the stresses and excess energy from the day. Reading, mindfulness, disconnecting from social media, journaling are some things we can do.
Avoid doing high focus activities, exercising and eating in your bed
Your brain should only associate your bed with sleeping or relaxing, or else it makes it harder for you to go to sleep easily.
Minimise naps during the day
This can contribute to any sleep complications, if you really do need to nap, keep it under an hour.
Sleep on your back
Sleeping on your side or stomach can cause asymmetry in your face. Plus, allowing your face to touch your pillowcase can cause acne because of bacteria.
Use a sleeping mask
Blocks out most of your sight, minimising the distractions in your sleep. Make sure it’s a comfortable one which you wash regularly, or it can cause acne.
Sleep using a silk pillowcase
Pure silk can be very beneficial for your skin and hair but also minimises the skin pulling on our faces.
Wash your face before snoozing
The excess residue and dirt on our face transfers to our pillowcase, which we use the next day and causes acne. + an unwashed face can lead to breakouts.
Sleep with a humidifier
For my dry skin girlies, a humidifier allows for your skin to stay moisturised during your sleep, to wake up to bright, glowing skin. This is really recommended, as we are getting into winter.
Brush your teeth before bed
This can help remove any prior food particles, protect from any bacteria and regularly doing this limits the ability for plaque to build up + bad breath is minimised in the morning
Use an overnight moisturiser
For my dry skin girlies, again, using a good overnight moisturiser can help keep your skin glowing throughout the night.
wearing a bonnet
Reduces having tangled, messy hair in the morning and protects your hair from too much friction. Silk/satin ones are recommended.
Setting and accomplishing goals is an important aspect of personal and professional development. By following these steps, you can increase your chances of success:
SET SMART GOALS : Use the acronym SMART to set your goals
S: specific: set real numbers with real deadlines.
M: measurable: make sure your goal is trackable
A: attainable: work towards a goal that is challenging, but possible.
R: realistic: be openly honest with yourself.
T: time bound: give yourself a deadline
DEFINE YOUR GOALS: Start by clearly defining what you want to achieve.
BREAK IT DOWN: Break your goals into smaller, manageable tasks. This will make them less overwhelming and easier to tackle.
CREATE A PLAN: Develop a detailed plan of action for each goal. Identify the steps you need to take and set deadlines for each task.
STAY FOCUSED: Avoid distractions and stay focused on your goals. Prioritize your tasks and allocate time each day to work towards them.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS: Monitor your progress regularly. Keep a record of your achievements and make adjustments to your plan if necessary.
STAY MOTIVATED: Find ways to stay motivated throughout your journey. Celebrate your accomplishments, seek support from others, and remind yourself of the reasons why you set these goals.
LEARN FROM SETBACKS: Setbacks and obstacles are a natural part of goal-setting. Instead of getting discouraged, view them as learning opportunities. Identify what went wrong and adjust your approach accordingly.
Remember, setting and accomplishing goals is a journey. Be patient with yourself, stay committed, and celebrate your achievements along the way!

Morning Routine
There's been a lot of big changes in my life these past two weeks and the biggest thing that always keeps me sane during big changes is dialing in on the things that are in my control, such as my routines and daily rituals. I want to share these here to help keep myself accountable :)
Wake-up time really just depends on my sleep the night before. Unfortunately I struggle with pretty intense Night Terrors so occasionally I am unable to sleep at all, or I get too exhausted and sleep in super late. My IDEAL and most consistent wake-up time is 5:30am.
I am actually not a functional human being if I don't down a whole bottle of water as soon as I wake up. I keep a full bottle on my nightstand so I can grab it first thing. Then I get up and fill a 40oz tumbler with cold water to keep me hydrated throughout the day.
Moving my body in the morning is sososo important. I tend to slack on this occasionally if I don't sleep or have bad sleep, but I try to follow along with either a 20-minute morning yoga video or a morning stress video. I'd like to get into Pilates too, and add it to the rotation.
I typically just take a quick shower in the morning to wash off any sweat from my morning movement and get reset for the day. I do a full shower with exfoliation and shaving and all that stuff at night.
I'm planning on making a full post about my skincare routine. Once I make that post I'll link it here :)
Again, will more than likely post my make-up routine at some point. But typically I just wear winged liner, mascara, blush, highlight, and lipgloss.
So I have an irrational fear of aging as well as a fear of illness, so I've been pretty strict on my supplement regimen for like 3 years now lol.
Multivitamin
Vitamin C
Iron
Magnesium
Collagen
I always start with Greens mixed with fruit juice so that I'm starting my day with some veggies. Then I have either a Matcha with oat milk and honey or a sugar-free Monster. I usually like to have a light breakfast, so I'll typically have a soft-boiled egg with salt and pepper, a light Baybel cheese, and a Yoplait yogurt. Diet Coke with Lime is a necessity.
I'd like to add some morning journaling into my routine as well as some outside time once we're done moving.
If anyone has any comments or tips on how to improve my routine please let me know! :)
⭐️ RESET ⭐️
——————
- delete contacts you no longer speak to, old notes on phone, playlists you no longer listen to. 📱
- unsubscribe from podcasts, channels, music, remove apps & accounts that you no longer absorb. (replace these things with content the person you’re becoming would consume) 🎵🤍
- go through your wardrobe & create a donate, sell, & keep pile. don’t keep things you haven’t worn in months. before purchasing something, ask yourself if you’ll use it more than 5 times. for every item you bring in, 2-3 items should leave. 👚👙👟
- start adjusting your diet to fit your personal goals. remember that slow motion is better than no motion + discipline is necessary. don’t force yourself to get healthy / fit in one week this is a steady win - avoid burnout. writing your goals every week helps. ✍🏼🍳🍎🫐🥑
- practice detachment. i don’t mean from emotions & becoming ‘stoic’ but from materialistic objects, remove yourself from labels, become nothing so that you may become something. detach yourself from people that no longer serve you, stop dwelling on the past; there is only ‘right now’. detach yourself from the future, it is not promised & only creates anxious emotions. 🧠🫀🦶🏼
- learn to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. train yourself with breath work. I recommend pranayama, morning & night. I used to be anxious about anything that is ‘new’ until I started simply breathing properly & quieting my mind first thing when I wake up, I swear by it. 💆🏼♀️
- journal morning & night. track your mental + emotional patterns. write down why you feel a certain way & if you don’t know why, break it down instead of looking at the bigger picture. 📓
I could list more but I will end it here. There are levels to a reset. (lvl 1)
1. stop! touching! your! face!
2. wash your pillowcases regularly
3. use cold water to wash your face
4. don’t do your skincare until after you’ve brushed your teeth
5. double cleanse if you can. first, with an oil cleanser, then with water and a foam cleanser
6. face masks once to twice a week
7. wash your makeup brushes frequently
8. avoid greasy/oily foods
9. face steaming once to twice a week
10. make sure you’re getting your vitamins in! take supplements if needed
Stressed to Blessed July Rules and Guidelines🧘🏼♀️🕊️
Hey cutiesss! Welcome to Stressed to Blessed July!!! I am very excited about this challenge and I hope you guys are too. The way this challenge is going to work is a little different than Healthy Girl June. I want this to be a little more personalized to the individual person doing this challenge. That being said instead of giving you daily tasks I want to give you daily journal prompts and then maybe three weekly tasks+ the daily rules that will be below. I think this will work better for this challenge and allow you to improve what you need to improve.🧘🏼♀️🎧🕊️🤍
Rules!
You must complete 3 daily tasks that go towards your goal as a whole every single day! These tasks will be set by you the night prior.
You must block off and hour in the mornings and an hour at night for self care and relaxation (no work/phones allowed)
Everyday you will complete a 10-20 minute reset on your space to keep the area clean and stress free.
Journal everyday (I will be giving journal prompts but if you want you can do different ones as long as you journal every day)
What to do before July
Write down a list of what is stressing you out the most and why that is.
From that list create goals that will lessen the stress that is caused by it (if you guys want to send in asks I can help come up with ideas for goals)
These goals then become the tasks you will do every day.
Good luck cuties🎧😘
