Welcome back to my cozy cottage! Relax, and sit back, I'll provide you the best effective routine that I have ever made, by using my whole knowledge of 3+ years in the field of void state and the subconscious and conscious mind, dabbing in subliminals and finally finding the key, this routine is for anyone, I personally used it for a couple of days and I can assure you, it works wonders, it soothes the mind, helps you realize what the void really is, and how it doesn’t matter how much you tried and failed, this routine is something special I'll share β™‘

𝑩𝑬𝑭𝑢𝑹𝑬 𝒀𝑢𝑼 𝑷𝑹𝑢π‘ͺ𝑬𝑬𝑫, 𝑷𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑺𝑬 𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑫: please bear in mind, the void DOES NOT need any routine nor it needs any special work, the void is you, you enter it every night, you have the key in your hands. This routine/guide I made is just a simple bearing way to help you let go of the void and let it come to you, a guide i made that has some helpful information to anyone needing it, remember, you control your reality, you decide how to enter the void, and you decide when to, with that being said, lots of love β™‘

Chapter II: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 π’—π’π’Šπ’… π’”π’˜π’Šπ’•π’„π’‰ 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕, 𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆

Chapter one// an introduction to the void, what is it?

β€œthe void, merging nothing and everything at once, sit back and relax, the void has no hurry”

A state of awareness, where an individual is at it's most calmest point, a point where you feel an extreme wave of calmness and peace, with the feeling of reassurance, hope, and positivity, in this state, nothing that you have not intended for it to happen, will simply not happen

Why? Because you, are the void, you, hold the control over the void, you have the key, you turn the way the key should turn.

One might argue, but how can I reach it?

Reach it? You have already reached it, it's within you, it's you, you enter it every night.

The void state is a state of awareness ,it's not something you have to achieve to get the benefits, the void itself is you, your consciousness

The void is recognizable once being aware in it, it's a place where you are detached from being the one you are binded to in this reality, you'll feel weightless, formless, some report they feel like a β€œslime-like substance”, as to what it looks like, it depends, some say it's a certain color, yet most have an established idea that it's a dark dark place, some could say they are surrounded by stars, it's up to you and your consciousness

So, what makes it so popular and special in this community?

It's the sole fact that the void cannot block the desires you give it, it will manifest instantly the moment you intent to, nothing, I repeat, nothing, is impossible in this state, bending the fabric of reality can happen so easily as a human who had detached it's consciousness from it's being, that what makes the void special

Now I made it sound so special and such, we'll get the catch here, it's completely something easy as special as it sounds, and no, I am not saying this as a way to make you be positive or such ever, it's simply the hardcore truth, that this? Is the easiest thing

The void is within anybody, regardless of anything with them, it doesn't matter, it has no boundaries, no limit, nothing, but you are everything there

Chapter II: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 π’—π’π’Šπ’… π’”π’˜π’Šπ’•π’„π’‰ 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕, 𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆

Chapter two// The switch

Now that we truly understand what it is, how about we go through methods? Surely you have seen such thousands of methods and tips, sometimes might overwhelm you

This is completely alright, it's nothing bad, take a seat, keep calm, understand you'll eventually enter any time, so why panic?

You can choose whatever you want to your liking, however, many report they feel more motivated when they follow a routine

Let it be, I have come up with a challenge x routine for you, and please please understand, this DOES NOT mean you have to use this to enter the void, no, in fact, you can snap your fingers and enter the void, the void doesn't need concepts or such, but concept had helped those with desperate mindsets, so it can help

In short, go with whatever your guts tell you, because the subconscious mind sends you these subconscious messages through gut feelings, and for sure your subconscious knows your body way more than anyone, trust it and follow it's instinct

Let's start shall we now?

( The void switch routine )

This routine will be heavily insisting upon reprogramming the subconscious mind, and before you say anything, no, it won't take 21 days or 4 or anything- it takes how many days you assume, in this routine, there is no deadline, simply do this until you reach it, it's easy and very simple, I'll teach you to effortlessly impress both the subconscious and the conscious mind for the void

- Use this one affirmation only for the rest of the routine

β€œSubconscious mind, ensure me to enter the void at will”

Or whatever else you choose, to, just remember, please use the term β€œsubconscious mind ____”

- Upon waking up, tell yourself this affirmation, tell yourself as though you're just saying some fact, repeat it for some time while you are groggy, because in this state, it's a state of the theta mind, it will pick up affirmations easier

- Now I highly suggest this, to listen to [Lotus Mi’s pure affirmation tape], doesn't matter how long or when, minimum amount of time you have to listen is at least once, you can loop it through the night if you want to, it's completely optional, the pink link above will lead you to the subliminal

- Now, this here is extremely important, whenever you get a thought of the void or anything related, feel that have already reached it and have it, feel like you're a master at the void, repeat your affirmation and believe in it

- Now, comes the important part, before sleep, I want you to lay in bed, get comfortable, and just actually prepare yourself to sleep, do something that you'll get sleepy with, a state where you are so groggy and so sleepy but not sleeping yet, in this state, command your subconscious mind, tell yourself that chosen affirmation over and over till you sleep, I swear, it's extremely important and it's the highlight of the journey, you are reprogramming your subconscious, just like how Joseph Murphy said β€œgive your subconscious a problem before you sleep, and let it solve it for you while you fall in sleep”

That's it! That's the routine that I've been taking literal two weeks to test it off and it's extremely efficient, it worked so so well for me, I'm sure you'll immediately see the difference once you try it, the subconscious mind is a treasure

(for more detailed way about the β€œcommand your subconscious mind before sleep” technique, here you go)

1. Get comfortable in bed, just be like other days and get yourself to sleep

2. Stay awake until you get physically so tired, and I know some might say they would have problems with that, you can count until you feel groggy, or daydream, or listen to music, do anything that makes you go sleepy but not sleeping yet

3. Now comes the important part, close your eyes for sleep and simply command your subconscious mind over and over again, tell yourself that affirmation I told you about, do that till you fall asleep

INCREASING YOUR ATTENTION SPAN

DAILY MEDITATION. Meditation is known for increasing focus and concentration. Try to increase the minutes you meditate each day, limiting the number of times your mind wanders/

DRINK BLACK TEA. Black tea contains L-theanine which affects the part of your mind which helps with focusing.Β 

LIMIT DISTRACTIONS, especially those around you. Phones, TV, background noise, or bustling scenery are not the best features for a productive session. A calm, quiet, minimalist area is ideal.Β 

TAKING SHORT BREAKS BETWEEN. Your brain needs time to recharge and refocus on the task at hand. Some ideas are taking a short walk, meditating, reading.Β 

START DOCUMENTING THE TIMES WHEN YOUR MIND WANDERS. This helps you to be more aware of anything that may need to change. E.g my mind wanders more in the afternoon than at night, so I’ll do most of my work in the afternoon.Β 

REGULAR EXERCISE. When there’s more blood in the brain, our concentration increases, so be sure to find ways to get your body moving and blood pumping.Β 

CREATE A MINIMALIST WORKSPACE. Remove distracting decor, add reminders of anything productive and make it comfortable enough that you focus for long periods.Β

Hey cutiesss! Welcome to Stressed to Blessed July!!! I am very excited about this challenge and I hope you guys are too. The way this challenge is going to work is a little different than Healthy Girl June. I want this to be a little more personalized to the individual person doing this challenge. That being said instead of giving you daily tasks I want to give you daily journal prompts and then maybe three weekly tasks+ the daily rules that will be below. I think this will work better for this challenge and allow you to improve what you need to improve.πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸŽ§πŸ•ŠοΈπŸ€

Rules!

You must complete 3 daily tasks that go towards your goal as a whole every single day! These tasks will be set by you the night prior.

You must block off and hour in the mornings and an hour at night for self care and relaxation (no work/phones allowed)

Everyday you will complete a 10-20 minute reset on your space to keep the area clean and stress free.

Journal everyday (I will be giving journal prompts but if you want you can do different ones as long as you journal every day)

What to do before July

Write down a list of what is stressing you out the most and why that is.

From that list create goals that will lessen the stress that is caused by it (if you guys want to send in asks I can help come up with ideas for goals)

These goals then become the tasks you will do every day.

stay off of your phone for about 1-2hrs when you first wake up - to start the day peacefully, have some you time and allow yourself to think and have a clear mind

brush teeth | mouthwash | cleanse face

take medication (if you take any)

freshen up | shower or take a peaceful bath using relaxing bath oils or bath bombs, candles, rose petals, surrounding the tub with crystals (optional)

skin routine

get dolled up .. hair and makeup (optional)

put on clothes that make you feel pretty and comfortable

open windows for fresh air or go outside for a while to get some fresh air

romanticize your day by having the cutest breakfast. makes yourself something delicious, set the table with fresh flowers, eat from your favorite plates and drink from your favorite mug, have soft music playing in the background. eating outside or by a window is also a great way to romanticize your breakfast

make your bed | tidy up

journal | write in your diary | plan out your day

meditate ( about 10-15mins )

start your day with positive energy and good vibes

1. stop! touching! your! face!

2. wash your pillowcases regularly

3. use cold water to wash your face

4. don’t do your skincare until after you’ve brushed your teeth

5. double cleanse if you can. first, with an oil cleanser, then with water and a foam cleanser

6. face masks once to twice a week

7. wash your makeup brushes frequently

8. avoid greasy/oily foods

9. face steaming once to twice a week

10. make sure you’re getting your vitamins in! take supplements if needed

i have come up with a kind of challenge to become our best version before the end of the year.

with this habit we are going to implement healthier habits in our lives and abandon those that are not benefiting us, also get to know ourselves better and manifest our desires or goals for the next year.

the challenge has a duration of 21 days but obviously after that we have to continue with this healthy lifestyle that we have created.

- habits to implement on a daily basis

drink two liters of water a day (recommended for physical and mental health).

movement (training at home, at the gym, going for a walk, running, yoga, pilates, any activity that allows you to exercise your body)

commit yourself to one habit during these 21 days, for example journaling.

choose a meditation on something you want to improve in your life, it can be self-love, relationships, economic abundance, health and do it daily (i recommend before going to sleep) during all the days of the challenge.

also choose a video of affirmations, a subliminal, mantra that has to do with the meditation you chose and listen to it at least once a day and if you can more, whenever you feel like it.

print, make or buy a calendar to keep track of this challenge and mark the days you met, if you miss one, start again, propose it.

go to bed an hour earlier than you usually go to bed and get up half an hour earlier than you usually get up.

- habits you need to start replacing now

screen time, stop being so much connected to social media and do something outside or even at home but you don't have to use your phone.

in any social media, stop following 10 accounts that you think are "hurting" you and in turn follow 5 new ones that you think will help you in your personal growth and development or at least inspire you something positive, the time you are going to use social media at least see things that nourish you.

stop worrying, when a problem or difficulty of any kind comes up, write in a journal how you feel, do a meditation or anything else that keeps you focused on something other than the problem, if necessary you can feel the anger or sadness, but don't get stuck in those thoughts.

instead of spending time watching tv or any streaming platform, read a book or listen to a spiritual/personal growth podcast.

during these days you can write in your diary these kinds of things:

how you would like your year 2024 to be.

all your goals for the next year.

how you would like your best version of yourself to be from now on.

an extraordinary event that you would like to happen before the end of this year.

a letter of forgiveness to someone who hurt you (it can be yourself too).

a list of 10 things you would do or would like to happen to you if you believe that everything is possible for you.

list of books you want to read from now and this 2024

a mantra or affirmation that you will write daily every morning for the next 21 days. write one that comes to mind or one that resonates with you.

- how to do the challenge?

organize your day to implement the habits i mentioned at the beginning such as exercise, journaling, drinking the two liters of water, doing the meditation you chose, listening to the affirmations you chose.

if one day you don't do any of these things, propose to start again from day 1.

you don't have to exercise daily either, if you are just starting out it can be 3 or 4 days but for example the other days go for a walk or do a stretching routine.

what i have proposed are small habits that can be done daily and complement the routine you have right now, you can do it and after those 21 days you will see a significant change in your life.

this challenge is just a kind of game to make it more fun and have more motivation to implement these habits in your day and start doing it now and not when the year begins. that your best version does not wait any longer to come to light.

OPTIMISING THE SLEEP + MAXIMISING YOUR BEAUTY

This post is all about how to optimise your sleep and beauty at the same time <3 I hope everyone can use at least one tip today and apply it to their sleep routine.

Have a sleep schedule

it is ideal for us to sleep at the same time, and wake up at the same time everyday. This is so our bodies are producing what we need at given times, and healing us of any injuries without interruption + strengthening our circadian rhythm(regulates our alertness and sleepiness)

Create a good sleep environment

Before you go to sleep, make your room clean and wipe off any excess dust, a cluttered room makes for a cluttered mind. Turn off all lights and close curtains. Having a good sleep environment allows our body to shut down more easily.

Avoid caffeinated drinks and high sugar drinks before bed

Caffeinated drinks should not be consumed 4-6 hours before bedtime possible, which does include soft drinks. It keeps you alert, which causes trouble for your sleep. Sugary drinks before bed reduces the quality of your sleep.

Have time to wind down befor bed

Don’t do any high focus activity, or high intensity exercise before bed. Our body and minds need time to release the stresses and excess energy from the day. Reading, mindfulness, disconnecting from social media, journaling are some things we can do.

Avoid doing high focus activities, exercising and eating in your bed

Your brain should only associate your bed with sleeping or relaxing, or else it makes it harder for you to go to sleep easily.

Minimise naps during the day

This can contribute to any sleep complications, if you really do need to nap, keep it under an hour.

Sleep on your back

Sleeping on your side or stomach can cause asymmetry in your face. Plus, allowing your face to touch your pillowcase can cause acne because of bacteria.

Use a sleeping mask

Blocks out most of your sight, minimising the distractions in your sleep. Make sure it’s a comfortable one which you wash regularly, or it can cause acne.

Sleep using a silk pillowcase

Pure silk can be very beneficial for your skin and hair but also minimises the skin pulling on our faces.

Wash your face before snoozing

The excess residue and dirt on our face transfers to our pillowcase, which we use the next day and causes acne. + an unwashed face can lead to breakouts.

Sleep with a humidifier

For my dry skin girlies, a humidifier allows for your skin to stay moisturised during your sleep, to wake up to bright, glowing skin. This is really recommended, as we are getting into winter.

Brush your teeth before bed

This can help remove any prior food particles, protect from any bacteria and regularly doing this limits the ability for plaque to build up + bad breath is minimised in the morning

Use an overnight moisturiser

For my dry skin girlies, again, using a good overnight moisturiser can help keep your skin glowing throughout the night.

wearing a bonnet

Reduces having tangled, messy hair in the morning and protects your hair from too much friction. Silk/satin ones are recommended.
