⭐️ RESET ⭐️
——————
- delete contacts you no longer speak to, old notes on phone, playlists you no longer listen to. 📱
- unsubscribe from podcasts, channels, music, remove apps & accounts that you no longer absorb. (replace these things with content the person you’re becoming would consume) 🎵🤍
- go through your wardrobe & create a donate, sell, & keep pile. don’t keep things you haven’t worn in months. before purchasing something, ask yourself if you’ll use it more than 5 times. for every item you bring in, 2-3 items should leave. 👚👙👟
- start adjusting your diet to fit your personal goals. remember that slow motion is better than no motion + discipline is necessary. don’t force yourself to get healthy / fit in one week this is a steady win - avoid burnout. writing your goals every week helps. ✍🏼🍳🍎🫐🥑
- practice detachment. i don’t mean from emotions & becoming ‘stoic’ but from materialistic objects, remove yourself from labels, become nothing so that you may become something. detach yourself from people that no longer serve you, stop dwelling on the past; there is only ‘right now’. detach yourself from the future, it is not promised & only creates anxious emotions. 🧠🫀🦶🏼
- learn to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. train yourself with breath work. I recommend pranayama, morning & night. I used to be anxious about anything that is ‘new’ until I started simply breathing properly & quieting my mind first thing when I wake up, I swear by it. 💆🏼♀️
- journal morning & night. track your mental + emotional patterns. write down why you feel a certain way & if you don’t know why, break it down instead of looking at the bigger picture. 📓
I could list more but I will end it here. There are levels to a reset. (lvl 1)
Embracing your natural beauty ˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚
• Minimal makeup that compliments your face. I go to school wearing Burt’s Bees tinted chapstick (literally my saviour 🤞) and that’s it. NOBODY CARES. LOVE YOUR FACE.
• Self care. Showering/bathing regularly. Exfoliating. Lip scrub. Moisturizing entire body. Beautiful natural products and scents. Gua sha (I will never stop talking about gua sha 😽🧘♀️). Hair oil. Simple skincare. Eyelash/eyebrow serum.
• Embrace the body hair, girl. This isn’t for everyone, but I say this because when I was WAYYY younger I would stress so much about shaving and needing to be hairless (and for what?). Now I only wax my underarms and below the knee, anything else I just trim.
• Healthy balanced diet. I’m talking eating nutritious, seasonal, whole foods that make you feel good (this does not mean restrict and only eat lettuce). NEVER SKIP OUT ON PROTEIN AND NUTRIENTS. + fibre if you’re not tying to get constipated.
• Affirmations and confidence. I am not lying when I tell you confidence and affirmations have changed my life. I’m still working on my confidence but it feels so good to compliment and love myself. I seriously be talking to the mirror like a crazy person 😭😭.
‘I love you so much. You did amazing today. You’re so smart. You’re so interesting. I love my body. I love my face. I’m so beautiful.’
Be confident and put yourself first.
Accept and celebrate your unique features <3

don't be shy about your niche interests!! even if people don't fully get it, it makes you interesting!!
remember people's names!!
accept compliments, don't go "oh noo you're too kind I'm so ugly I look awful blah blah blah" when people say something nice to you.
signature pen. Don't question it. every cool girl has a signature pen.
always look out for others, make sure no one feels left out when you hang out with a group, check up on your friends, etc etc
listen closely and think before you speak, that way you won't stumble over your words and appear more collected and calm! :)

A routine inspired by thewizardliz ? She has skin care hair care routine reads motivating books

workout
shower + self care
night
(_ _ ) . . z Z⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚୨ :★: ୧ ∗ ˖࣪ ໒꒱ ˚₊·
🧼 First things first, after you wake up make sure to drink water to boost your metabolism throughout the day! Also, create a mind movie so you can watch it everyday after you wake up.
Now, take your journal and start writing about your dream, ideal higher self, ask yourself questions like ‘What reality do i want to create?´ 'Who do i look up to?’ ‘What is the behavior I need to change about myself?’ ‘What's a new habit that I would like to create?’ ‘What is a thing I can focus on right now?’. After we have in mind who we want to become, it's important that every little decision you make today is centered to achieve your goals, and become your dream self. You can listen to a podcast while doing this so you get motivation!
💶 Then, head to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror and start repeating positive affirmations, such as ‘I am so beautiful’ or ‘My hair looks so pretty today’, even if you don't believe it, having a positive mindset is going to help us to stay in track with our goals!
Take care of your teeth, Liz says that our smile is one of the most important things in a person, and one of the key things that is going to make you more attractive! so, make sure to brush your teeth, floss, clean your tongue, etc.
🛣 Liz has a rather simple skincare routine, since her skin is so sensitive, it only consists of using a foam cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream to help with her eye bags.
Next step is to research and find our own personal clothing and makeup style, find out your body type, personal color, face shape, etc. It doesn't matter if you have to mix multiple styles that already exist to make your own! The most important thing is to feel comfortable while wearing those clothes or having that type of makeup on your face.
🏔 Liz doesn't like to force herself to have breakfast, she just dont eat if she's not hungry, however if you are hungry rather than focusing on calories focus on how nutritious your meal is. Whatsoever if you are not hungry and you are not going to eat, make sure to always take your vitamins and supplements!
Yes, it's time to drink a little more water!
⛰ Liz doesn't have a settled study routine but, it's important to spend our time wisely, if you can finish an assignment way before the time it's due, DO IT! Also, she emphasized that knowledge leads to confidence. If you put effort in your studies, every little thing in your life will slowly fall into place.
First, set healthy goals, like toning up your body or building muscle, try not to make ‘just being skinny’ your goal.
🧩 second, don't measure yourself with a scale or measuring tape and focus on how you look in the mirror, are you satisfied? if you are then you are done with the intense workout routine!
Liz goes to the gym and has her own personal training program, but here’s some kind of exercises she recommends; weight training, pilates and dancing with her main focus being toning up her abs and butt.
🏄♀️ Remember to drink water and that consistency is more important than perfection, go at your own pace, it doesn't matter if you can't do a 2 hour workout and look snatched in 3 days and you can only do a 5 minute workout, every little effort adds up!
Before showering, do dry brushing to exfoliate your skin and increase circulation (1-2 times per week). Then use shampoo and conditioner, research to find the best one for you, what may help others won't help you. Liz also uses a hair mask 1 to 2 times per week to get that shiny silk hair.
🎾 After showering take some time to shape and pluck your eyebrows depending on your face shape and what impression you want to give!
Liz uses face masks 1 to 2 times per week to cleansing her face deeply, then she does her skincare. After applying all the products do a lymphatic massage on your face and neck, you can also cool down your face with massagers or cold spoons for an extra depuff.
🍾 For self care, you can journal again, search for shadow work prompts, think of what things you should unlearn and relearn and don't forget to practice gratitude. Or you can take time to clean your room or house, you deserve to have a clean safe place!
Oh! and don't forget to drink water again.
🧃 Time for dinner! (only if you are not full yet), again, make sure to focus on nutrients rather than calories. Don't forget to drink a glass of water with your dinner. You can watch a documentary while eating to keep gaining even more knowledge.
Now, do your oral hygiene routine again. Also, put on eyelash conditioner and serum to wake up with perfect lashes! Then wear a silk cap or do a protective hairstyle to protect your hair from getting damaged while you're sleeping.
🍵 Then get in bed and drink a cup of tea with collagen to start relaxing your body. and it's finally time to manifest! watch your mind movie again and use your most useful method (affirming visualizing, subliminals, etc.), don't forget to ask god, the universe or whatever you believe in for signals and help!
Afterwards, you can read an inspirational book like ‘atomic habits’ or ‘the art of thinking clearly’ to keep nourishing your brain. keep a reachable goal like reading 5 pages everyday and then decide if you want to continue reading or not.
🥬 Before sleeping listen to a guided meditation, liz have one to be more confident and one to attract money, choose one that aligns with your goals!
Finally fall asleep in a healthy sleeping position, Liz sleeps in her back looking at the roof, but you can choose your favorite position, don't forget to get a pillow that fits the position (example: tall and lofty pillow -> for sleeping on your side)
🍈 Good night!
Woah second request done!! hope you liked this one was pretty fun to do and I might add some of these things in my own personal routine so I don't fall back into laziness, anyways how about you guys??
toodlezzzz!1!!!!!
“When you eat, you’re just feeding your failures. Look at your body—it’s the result of every time you gave in. If you were stronger, you wouldn’t need food at all. Thin people are disciplined; that’s why they deserve more than you.”
Stressed to Blessed July Rules and Guidelines🧘🏼♀️🕊️
Hey cutiesss! Welcome to Stressed to Blessed July!!! I am very excited about this challenge and I hope you guys are too. The way this challenge is going to work is a little different than Healthy Girl June. I want this to be a little more personalized to the individual person doing this challenge. That being said instead of giving you daily tasks I want to give you daily journal prompts and then maybe three weekly tasks+ the daily rules that will be below. I think this will work better for this challenge and allow you to improve what you need to improve.🧘🏼♀️🎧🕊️🤍
Rules!
You must complete 3 daily tasks that go towards your goal as a whole every single day! These tasks will be set by you the night prior.
You must block off and hour in the mornings and an hour at night for self care and relaxation (no work/phones allowed)
Everyday you will complete a 10-20 minute reset on your space to keep the area clean and stress free.
Journal everyday (I will be giving journal prompts but if you want you can do different ones as long as you journal every day)
What to do before July
Write down a list of what is stressing you out the most and why that is.
From that list create goals that will lessen the stress that is caused by it (if you guys want to send in asks I can help come up with ideas for goals)
These goals then become the tasks you will do every day.
Good luck cuties🎧😘
Setting and accomplishing goals is an important aspect of personal and professional development. By following these steps, you can increase your chances of success:
SET SMART GOALS : Use the acronym SMART to set your goals
S: specific: set real numbers with real deadlines.
M: measurable: make sure your goal is trackable
A: attainable: work towards a goal that is challenging, but possible.
R: realistic: be openly honest with yourself.
T: time bound: give yourself a deadline
DEFINE YOUR GOALS: Start by clearly defining what you want to achieve.
BREAK IT DOWN: Break your goals into smaller, manageable tasks. This will make them less overwhelming and easier to tackle.
CREATE A PLAN: Develop a detailed plan of action for each goal. Identify the steps you need to take and set deadlines for each task.
STAY FOCUSED: Avoid distractions and stay focused on your goals. Prioritize your tasks and allocate time each day to work towards them.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS: Monitor your progress regularly. Keep a record of your achievements and make adjustments to your plan if necessary.
STAY MOTIVATED: Find ways to stay motivated throughout your journey. Celebrate your accomplishments, seek support from others, and remind yourself of the reasons why you set these goals.
LEARN FROM SETBACKS: Setbacks and obstacles are a natural part of goal-setting. Instead of getting discouraged, view them as learning opportunities. Identify what went wrong and adjust your approach accordingly.
Remember, setting and accomplishing goals is a journey. Be patient with yourself, stay committed, and celebrate your achievements along the way!

Periods are something I always struggled with. I'm only now coming to terms with the fact that that time of the month should not be so physically and mentally exhausting. Having said that, these are some things, tips and tricks that help me get by!
Stay hydrated! I know we hear this one all the time, and as somebody who forgets to drink water, I know how annoying it can be. But! On months when I keep up with it I feel like my cramps are more manageable. Water retention often happens during menstruation, but on the other hand hormone fluctuations can lead to dehydration. Maintaining your liquid intake can help battle these two issues.
Look for natural remedies! I feel like even if some natural remedies act as placebo - if they ultimately help you and relieve your symptoms, why not keep turning to them? While there is not much scientific evidence, a lot of women online state that raspberry leaf tea helps with period cramps. I need to get back on drinking these! When I do, I start around a week before I menstruate and continue up until the end of my period. It's also available in pill form, but I personally prefer tea. Another one would be evening primrose oil.
Try wearing leggings! I don't mean something so skin tight that you struggle to put it on. Personally, I prefer your usual cotton leggings over joggers and loose pants, as I feel more comfortable. And just like you might find yourself in fetal position because being all "constricted" (? I don't know a better word) makes the pain more manageable, "the slight pressure might even help with the cramps".
Give TENS machine a try! If you find yourself struggling because of cramps, but don't want to keep taking painkillers (although myself I will take them whenever I cannot handle the pain), look into TENS machine. "A TENS machine is a small, battery-operated device that has leads connected to sticky pads called electrodes." I put the two pads on my lower belly, around where the pain feels the worse. If the cramps are really bad I just leave it on, and if the pain is less severe I would keep it on and off in 30-minute intervals. On Amazon they start from around 30 pounds or 39 dollars, but I would really suggest you set aside some money to get yourself one if you feel like your cramps are persistent.
Be gentle with yourself ♡ Do whatever makes you feel better, as long as it's safe of course! A warm bath, a hot water bottle. Quiet and cozy night in with a favourite show or a book. Remember that we all need some time off sometimes and that these "slower" days can help us push through and recharge for what's ahead!
Don't be afraid to seek help! Remember, period pain SHOULD NOT be excrutiating. It's not normal if it leaves you nauseous, unable to get out of bed and negatively impacts your life in any way. Just because it happens every month, and because a lot of women are struggling, doesn't mean that we should just get on with it. Don't let yourself be told it's normal or for anyone to minimise how you're feeling. If you think what you're experiencing might be abnormal, try seeking more information, be it online for the start for example. Endometriosis UK, a website for UK's charity regarding said condition, is a good place to start looking for more information.
