Getting drunk with a prince? Must be a royal of a great time.
honesty hour.
“ i can’t drink and tell. what happens between royals stays between royals. ”

“But you’re not sure?” Though phrased like a question, her tone made clear that it was anything but. That certainly seemed like something one ought to know about themself. “Well, you have to tell me all about what that’s like. I’ve never possessed someone myself. Never really saw the appeal of it.”
“That’s what I said.” The former ghost boy was hardly concerned with details, he had and always would be the reckless type. “Uh --- it’s like putting on a costume but with more feeling.” He chuckled, having no better way to describe the sensation. High or sober, he was no word smith.
i’m standing out here in the pouring rain begging for salvation. ‘cash or credit?’ they ask. but my pockets— they’re empty! i’m rich in sin alone.

not quite the reaction harry had grown accustomed to in auradon. “aye, that would be right.” now the boy had his full attention. it wasn’t every day that someone actually challenged a pirate of all people to a drinking contest. “really think ye can drink a pirate under the table?? alright, i’ll bite. ye got a deal. an’ i’ll be looking forward tae ‘earing all o’ ‘bout halloween town.”
the former ghost grinned when his offer was accepted. drinking against a pirate would certainly be a challenge but not one that salem couldn’t handle. “i think, never say never.” he chuckled, shaking his head excitedly. “sure. okay, so should we find a bar then?” or the skellington boy had plenty of alcohol at his place if the pirate rather do the contest in private.
It took the former ghost a moment to remember who the woman was. It had a been a bad night for him when he met her, he honestly remembered very little about their talk but he felt comfortable in her presence, at least. “Oh, hey! Yeah, it’s pretty strange but I like it. Reminds me of my dad.” His dad who was the king of Halloween but also loved all things Christmas, including the chilly snow.

Maleficent had been interrupted at the damn festival. But there was no reason to give up. This little abomination from Halloweentown presented a great opportunity, especially after some research. He had been a ghost in his home world, and the transition to human was not always smooth. “Hello stranger.” She said, her sweet princess form bouncing towards him in the snow. “Weird weather we’re having, isn’t it?” Some chaos she wasn’t responsible for but definitely approved of.

some could say it was sad that the first person salem wanted to go to was the very person that he should hate. but it was nobody’s fault but maybe his own that elva would never return his feelings. harry was a good guy underneath all his bad boy exterior and salem had little room to judge, anyways. “so uh -- cheers ! to --- moving on ! ” he chuckled, already high because he had smoked before going over to the pirate’s place.

okay, so maybe harry had finally met someone that could actually drink more than he could. and that was saying something. he’d quickly lost count of just how many glasses had been thrown back over who knew how long. back pressed against the bed, harry let out a giggle, blinking as he tried to focus his vision. oh, yeah, he was drunk. “tha’ was… fun. didn’t think anyone could out drink me,” the first mate slurred.
“told ya!” he exclaimed, finishing off his last drink before he collapsed beside the pirate. it was a major accomplishment in his book and he would take it for all that it was worth. “don’t uh forget in the mornin’ that ya owe me a bottle of rum,” he reminded with a cheeky grin, staring at the other male for a moment before latching onto his arm like it was teddy bear. “it was close though.”

Elva stood awkwardly for a moment, not knowing what to do. “Salem…I do love you, just not like that.” She tried to search her feelings, to find something that might give him hope, and even felt guilty about that. She was supposed to be with Harry, she wasn’t supposed to be trying to make Salem feel better. Still, Salem was her best friend. She wanted him to be happy. “I wish I could say something to make this better. I’ll always be here for you, that hasn’t changed. And nothing has to change between us unless you want it to.”
“I --- I don’t know what I want.” This was a mistake. He knew the chances of rejection were high and he was trying to keep himself stable enough to not need the drugs and alcohol anymore. This was doing the opposite of that and no, Elva was not to blame in the slightest but right now, he couldn’t be near her. “I um --- I should go and clear my head.” He ran his fingers through his hair, blowing out a frustrated sigh as he tried to muster up some semblance of a smile.
