Bulimia isn't a long haired pretty girl bending over a toilet with a tragically beautiful face on. It's a puffed miserable face with vomit dripping from its chin and a fucking nose bleed. Anorexia isn't a slim figure shyly refusing a cupcake. It's hair growing all over your freezing malnourished body. Depression isn't a model with running muscara staring into the sunset. It's staring at the ceiling at 4 in the morning with burning eyes because you can't even find the motivation to close them. Self harm isn't lovely boys kissing your arms and telling you that you're still beautiful. It's nasty scars that will be there forever and showers that sting. Panics attacks are not burying your face into your lover's chest and having them to tell you that everything will be okay. It's feeling out of control and like oxygen has suddenly been taken from you. *Mental illnesses aren't beautiful* They don't make you special and don't make people suddenly care about you.
They are monsters that destroys life.
So stop taking them lightly and promoting them to impressionable teenagers on the goddamn Internet.

Pisces: Would sacrifice themself to save the polar bears
these are some reasons why your weight might have spiked up overnight:
ā you upped your sodium intake so now your body is holding onto water ā you ate more carbs than usual so now they are acting like sponges and holding onto water ā you exercised (especially strength training with weights) and now your muscles are repairing themselves to grow by holding onto more nutrientsĀ ā you ate later than usual the night before so the stomach is still digesting the food ā you weighted yourself earlier than usual so the stomach had less time to digest food ā you havenāt pooped yet ā your body is stressed (for example by eating too few calories) and so itās holding onto water as a defense mechanism
these are not:
āĀ you went over your limit by a few hundreds kcal āĀ you ate carbs/fats/fear foods āĀ you are a failure āĀ your ed/obsession/coping mechanism is not real or valid give it another day or two and everything will be back to normal.Ā
take a deep breath.Ā
everything is fine.Ā

23 calorie chocolate shake⨠(large)
ingredients:
⢠1.5 cups water (0)
⢠1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (7.5)
⢠1 tbs cocoa powder (10)
⢠2 tbs stevia (0)
⢠1/4 tsp liquid stevia (0)
⢠1/2 tsp cornstarch (5)
⢠5-7 ice cubes (0)
how to make:
⢠put everything in a blender and blend until everything is smooth and combined
this shake is so good if you want something sweet for low calsš„ŗ the actual calorie count is 22.5 for the whole serving but I just round it up to 23. Itās very sweet so if that isnāt your thing Iād suggest just adding 1 tbs of stevia instead of 2 (any 0 cal sweeter will work) you can also take out the cornstarch if you want, itās supposed to help thicken the recipe up a bit since itās so water based but honestly thereās not much difference w/ out it plus you save 5 cals so š¤·š½āāļøitās also very filling so if you need something to hold you over until you eat again this should do the trick
PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE DESSERT RECIPE 102.5 CALS
1/2 box sugar free cheesecake pudding mix (50)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (30)
61g pumpkin (22.5)
Make the pudding according to instructions on box 10 minutes ahead of time.
Put pumpkin in a mug, add 2 packets of stevia or sugar free sweetener, cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to taste, and 0 calorie spray butter to taste. Microwave for 45 seconds. Take out and mix.
Let cool, add pudding on top of pumpkin. Iām a fatass so I had 2 servings of this but at 200 cals, Iām not feeling too awful about it lmaoooo. Berries or fat free cool whip on top is also nice, and you can eat it layered like that or mix it together! Itās all delicious and SUGAR FREE
You will need:
1 egg (75 cal)
1 cup of chicken broth (10 cal)*
1 tsp of cornstarch (15 cal)
1/4 tsp powdered ginger (0 cal)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
optional (but HIGHLY recommended): 1/2 tsp sesame oil (25 cal) (total recipe 125)
Instructions:
Whisk the egg and set aside. In a small pot, stir together broth, cornstarch, and ginger BEFORE TURNING ON THE HEAT! Make sure they are thoroughly combined. It will look cloudy, but thatās okay.
Bring the mixture to a light boil. While boiling, stir the mixture clockwise to form a whirlpool. Slowly poor the whisked egg into the swirling broth while continuing to stir. This is what makes the cool egg ribbons! Stir and let cook for around 30 seconds to a minute. Remove from heat and add sesame oil (if using), along with salt and pepper.
*iām a vegetarian so I used vegetable broth, which worked perfectly fine!
Figured I would share my favorite quick and easy safe food:
Microwave egg white omelettes!
All you gotta do is crack two egg whites in a mug
Add whatever veggies you want
And microwave for around 90 seconds or until done!
I love this. Itās so good and is only around 35 calories! Such a great staple for breakfast

i completely changed the way i present myself in regards to my name and my pronouns and i guess itās bc i donāt like who i am
sometimes i feel like a different person like different people all at once even or just one after the other my personality is always the same but i feel different sometimes i feel feminine and cheery other times i feel more masculine and low key sometimes i feel like nothing like an entity like iām not really here i donāt know what i am
iām not sure who i should be which one of me is actually me? who am i?
Iām depressed, and I feel the need to apologise for that. I get it, I lay in bed all day and do nothing with my life. So sorry, I know you expect more from me. Iām sorry Iām disappointing you by doing nothing with my life. Iām sorry I havenāt gotten a better job, that Iām refusing to go school, or to have a life of my own. Itās just every god damn breath I take to do anything is just drowning me alive. I wish you would understand me when I speak, but itās like gibberish to you.
I felt that
Definitely not the first person to do this but I loved the original so much I just had to take a crack at it. This is William's 30 year purgatory.
I really Ā had lots of fun drawing the fnaf again .
āļø Am I going to be happy with myself if I eat this?
āļø Am I really hungry? Or am I bored?
āļø Did I plan on eating this food today?
āļø Will this food nourish my body in a healthy way?
āļø Will eating this food break my rules?
āļø Will I have another opportunity to eat the same food another day?
šI make sure I ask myself these questions everytime before I eat and if I get one wrong answer I decide not to eat it. This has helped me stop binge eating because it makes me aware of what Iām actually doing. š
Stay safe lovelyās š¤
Low Budget Agere Haul~šššš
I know some of you age regressors are young, and maybe donāt have a job, or maybe your short on cash (like me), but donāt fear! All of what you see here cost me $11.37 USD!! The stickers, coloring book, and hairties all came from dollar tree. The little plates and silverwear came target! The trays cost $0.99!! And the bowls 0.59!! The spoons and such (all of them) cost me $3.00.
So, if youāre short on cash, or maybe need to save up, you still have great options for little items! Have fun guys!
Letās all just admit that buying stuff is fun. That said, thereās a big issue of consumerism within the witchy/pagan scene. As magic work and the paganĀ āaestheticā becomes more of a commodity in the mainstream, thereās a mounting attitude of needing All The Items in the highest quality (even if weāre not certain weāll use them,) and big corporations mass-producing cheap stuff to make a buck off of a growing trend.Ā Hereās some things you can do to help detach your practice from that and support other people in the craft:
Go outside. Check your backyard or local park for local plant life, waters, roots, etc. If your work involves things from nature at all, you can probably find a lot of your supplies⦠in nature. It takes a little more time, but itās free and then youāve gathered stuff yourself!Ā
Make stuff. This one is pretty straightforward. There may be key items to your practice that you can make yourself instead of buying it! That said, I know sometimes spending money is inevitable so I wonāt dwell too much on this⦠letās talk more about shopping:
Shop mindfully. The price of a lot of items will skyrocket once it has a pentacle or other symbol engraved on it. For example, little mortars and pestles can be very pricey in witchy shops, but you could probably get a bigger one thatās actually food safe for less at a nice grocery store. Antique stores and international markets are now your new best friends.
Support small businesses!Ā Things are cheaper on Amazon, but the extra money goes to support real people, likely other practitioners. If you can, supporting small, local, independent shopkeepers and crafters does a ton of good. It also helps build and sustain a local community.Ā
Shop based on need. Donāt get something ājust in caseā (unless itās banishing or hex breaking stuff; those are decent to have on hand.) Itās tempting to impulse-buy a ton of niche items and ingredients, but unless you have a reasonable idea what youāre going to use them for in the near future, itāll probably just create clutter for you to deal with later.
Prioritize effectiveness over aesthetic. Ultimately your practice has to work for you, not just look good. I think making your work aesthetically pleasing to yourself can be an important part of really connecting with what youāre doing, but donāt make that desire burn a hole in your wallet and distract you from what brought you to this path in the first place. Altar envy is a real thing.Ā
Recycle/Upcycle.Ā Use old clothing fabric for an altar cloth. That old trinket dish makes a great offering dish. Enchant jewelry you already own. That jar of strawberry jelly you just finished off will work just fine for that spell. Things can be re-purposed and made into new things.
Analyze your offerings. Special occasion wine isnāt a special occasion if you do it every time. Not every offering needs to be a grand gesture, regular maintenance is more important generally.
Organize trades. Have any pals that also practice? See if you can help each other! You could trade different goods (that old mini cauldron you bought and never used for that abandoned tarot deck, maybe?) but also services. A protection spell for a luck charm. A reading for a reading. You help them with the laundry and they cook you a meal one day.Ā
As always, the goal is to foster a local community of individuals doing honest work, and shedding the consumerist mindset society taught us to make us spend more money. Take up the idea that you canĀ do magic completely on your own with what you already around you, and if you do want to spend money, see if you can do it in a way that helps the world a tiny bit.Ā :)Ā

Please donāt put lemon (or any citrus fruit) juice on your face! šLemon juice increases photosensitivity and can lead to chemical burns. There are safer alternatives, such as regulated AHAs for exfoliation or vitamin c serums for brightening.
BAKING SODA IS BAD FOR THE SKIN. Iām sorry, but itās a fact. Your skin is acidic at a pH level of about 4.5. Baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate, is very alkaline at a pH of 9. Throwing off your skin pH like that is not good for you. Toothpaste has the same problem; plus toothpaste has a bunch of skin irritants in itās formula.
Donāt use nose pore strips.Ā Theyāre a huge gimmick. Those black dots on your nose are sebaceous filaments, not blackheads. Look it up. Theyāre natural and can be minimized through proper cleansing and BHAs. Pore strips can make your pores LARGER and also cause broken capillaries. Iād personally like to tell Biore to fuck off with their shame-based marketing.
Avoid hot showers/baths.Ā šĀ I know, it feels great! Unfortunately, the hot water strips your skin of its natural oils, leaving your skin dry and unhealthy. Also, if you feel lightheaded after a hot shower/bath, that means youāre dropping your blood pressure with the heat. Again, not good for you.
If a product burns your skin, DONāT USE IT. The burning does not mean itās āworkingā. You can have a tingling effect from exfoliating products, but they should never burn.
Donāt over-exfoliate. I want to cry when people say they use scrubs every day! You should exfoliate physically 1-3x a week, depending on your skin. You can chemically exfoliate more frequently, but you still need to be careful. Raw, red, and flaky skin is not cute.Ā š”
Donāt use a bunch of new products at once. Patch test; itās always worth it. It sucks when you wake up in the morning with a bunch of zits and irritation and you donāt know which one of the 5 new products you tried was the culprit.
STOP TANNING!Ā āļøļø Sun exposure is THE worst thing for your skin. Sun exposure accelerates aging and puts you at risk for skin cancer. Avoid excessive sunlight and wear sunscreen every day.Ā
Be wary of essential oils. Sensitive skin can be easily irritated by these seemingly natural ingredients. Natural is not always full-proof.
Donāt be aggressive towards your acne! BHAs and tea tree oil are great PREVENTATIVE ingredients. Once you have active acne, time (and AHAs) are the only thing that will make it go away. You canāt scrub it off, sorry.
Donāt pay a premium on anti-aging skin care.š°Ā Anti-aging is all in prevention. Stay hydrated, limit stress, donāt drink (to excess) or smoke, and use sunscreen. No cream will undo years of damage, even if it costs hundreds of dollars.
