🌼Goals to reach -for me- to be perfect: (To reach before school starts)
Of course reach my goal weight :(which is 43 kg/95 lbs or less)
Have a consistent skincare and nice skin for once (I've always had acne and skin problems)
Have nice nails (better if a bit longer)
Learn at least a new language, two would be awesome but one is okay too
Cut my hair and dye it (It's important that I take care of it and buy masks and treatments)
Have a new piercing!
Buy new clothes
Get better at dancing ughh
Tidy my room and KEEP it that way
Exercise with math since I almost failed class this year (next year I want to have really high grades)
Be nicer and meet new people, that would be awesome since right now I've had a lot of issues with my friends and lost them I guess
Work on projects!!!

with 18 grams of protein (mainly from the cottage cheese) I swear I'm a whore for cottage cheese
The spring mix covered a lot of the egg plant steak but the 2 thick slices of egg plant were 38 cals
101 cals for the entire large 416g eggplant!(if you wanted)
Also the xanthan gum, soy sauce and tomato juice was used to make a "terriyaki" sauce for 17 cals--there was so much left over I used some as a dressing over the spring mix

I wanted to share this diet and maybe help out a few ppl. Even though it’s my first day today, I tried it a year ago and within 4 days I lost a kilo (2.2 pounds) and ever since then I never gained it back. This time I’m planning on being more committed and if anyone wants I can post updates :))
Also sorry for the picture being blurry my friend sent it to me through Instagram :(
