Breakfast~ 1 ice Americano Lunch~ chicken mentai rice + 1 ice Americano Snack~ 1 Sourdough chia cranberry + cherry tomatoes and vegetables crackers + chicken cheesy sausage +1 bottles of vitamin C orange water + 1 ice Americano + whole bread with Greek yogurt Dinner~ egg and cheese on slice of whole bread + green salad + 1 green tea

Total:~ 2000-2300

I really tried this time and I finally reached for sure the 2000 (I would normally need 2100-2300 for maintenance so it’s a win hehe) Since I would have never be able to do it in just 2 meals I tried the snacking small portions method and it worked pretty well

Yes a couple, and they all reacted differently

My family was worried a lot especially my parents, they tried to do their best

My best friend at the time scolded me (it was funny not in a harsh way)

One of my dear friend noticed and told me out of nowhere “you gonna 3@t right?”

Some of my other friends understood because they were struggling or struggled with something similar but kept an eye on me just to be sure I was okay

I have this friend that I love so much but don’t see that often, who told me that the fact that I was leaving for 4 months was worrying because maybe I could rel@pse… they couldn’t been more right AHAHAHAH do they see the future or something??

Since I r3l@ps3d I løst something like 5 cm around my w@!st and 3 around my biceps (my upper arms are my biggest insecurity) !!!

Remember that you can gain a bit of w3!ght but compare it to your m3@sur3ments can help you not freaking out

I meeeeean I’m a cheese lover so yeah and I had some a week ago and I won’t stop myself 3@t!ng it but in moderation and anyway real cheese can be really expensive so I save money in the same time by controlling my portions

I actually have some leftover in the fridge that I didn’t touch for a week because I didn’t felt like it. I’m proud of that haha

I’m entering a weird mode when I need someone to 3@t with either way I would just skip it until dinner time

I basically forcing føød in my bødy right now just to keep it functional and I’m exhausted because it’s the finals and I’m really active + I don’t wanna g@!n all the w3!ght back so I have to be extra careful to 3@t “enough” from now on

I have mixed feelings about the stage that I’m in right now lmao

It was girls night✨ so happy because I was the one proposing sharing this pizza that we previously talked about and it was soooo good, I love burrata and it was so worth it and so filling in a good way Also if anyone is wondering, no, I didn’t f@st on purpose, I just didn’t had the time to 3@t a real meal today. I personally wouldn’t recommend the f@st!ng method because it just make you wanna 3@t more when you break it and it personally make me think about føød a little to much for my own good haha

OMG I was ⭐ing so I made a huge meal (bigger than the one of today episode) and I couldn’t even start it! I stopped myself, listening to what my body was telling me instead of the craving! I’m really proud because if I haven’t listened I think I would have felt so sick
