Okay, okay, I try to understand everything, but... why PE it's required? I know that sports it's important, and it helps being healthy, and etc, but why I should do sports when after run I feel nausea? Why can't I just do some exercises, and that's all? For example, I also have problems with hands (tremor, but for now I'm not diagnosed yet) and my tremor gets harder and harder when I do sports, and in the end I feel bad and humiliated. So why can't I just don't go on PE?

Данная болезнь носит имя английского врача Джеймса Паркинсона, который первый описал её.
Паркинсонизмом страдает около 1 % людей старше 50 лет. Он входит в категорию дегенеративных заболеваний, вызывающих ускоренное старение.
Даже с болезнью Паркинсона некоторым пациентам удаётся продолжить свой привычный образ жизни, хотя паркинсонизм может задеть и интеллектуальные и физические способности.
Почему возникает паркинсонизм?
Вопрос - действительно очень не простой.
Не полностью понятно как возникает болезнь Паркинсона, но было замечено влияние генетической предрасположенности и среды обитания.
Но на развитие болезни могут повлиять и другие факторы.
Учёные заметили, что с деградацией нервных клеток головного мозга, снижается производство дофамина, из-за чего ухудшается способность добровольных и автоматических движений тела.
Основными признаками данного расстройства являются:
тремор в состоянии покоя;
медлительность в движениях (акинезия);
мышечная ригидность;
микрография.
Чаще всего, паркинсонизм начинается в возрасте 55 лет.
Пациент с трудом делает быстрые движения, лицо становится невыразительным, речь - монотонная, а добровольные движения являются медлительными и редкими.
Больной с паркинсонизмом ходит сгорбившийся из-за поражения сгибательных мышц.
Появление тремора мешает ему при таких занятиях как подъём с кровати, одевание, питание.
В основном, лечение болезни Паркинсона базируется на лекарственных препаратах, например Леводопа (L-допа), но у них много побочных эффектов.
Могут использоваться и другие препараты, особенно для предотвращения разрушения дофамина.
При паркинсонизме применяются и такие виды лечения как операция, кинезитерапия и приживление клеток.
