yes definitely, ive always wanted to be thin, and in asia (where im from) the beauty standard is to be skinny and pale, and im neither unfortunately. tbf i live in a western country now, so ive started liking my skin more

hii, honestly i try and skip lunch as i eat it in school and if its a packed lunch i offer it to my friends and stuff. 800-1000 isnt bad, as thats less than the average person anyway so i would exercise more and if you would prefer, try and purg3 after you eat. if u say ur going to have a shower and turn the water on whilst you do it, you can hide it easier 💕

aaa ive been so busy the last few days i forgot to do this 💔 but im not 100% sure as i dont want to self diagnose. however i definitely have some issues to do with food

ive always wanted to lose weight, and i got really depressed for my first few years of secondary school and got really chubby and i think thats when i properly started skipping meals and exercising more

its a metab day, not a binge, i repeat to myself as i shake back and forth in my padded white room

considering im on 3d tumblr, im definitely not losing in a healthy way. i just try not to eat anything or do omad, with one metab day a week and i chug water and go on walks
ok but the best motivation to lose weight for me is when i put on my 3d playlist and meander meaninglessly around fields whilst being overcome by feelings of crippling self hatred
how the flip do yall fast for more than 20 hours im here dying at 19 hours and already thinking of food :/
