So I just wrapped up my little 7 day pretty girl challenge, and let me tell youโ€”she delivered!!! This was such a fun and easy reminder that your inner reality always reflects outward, no matter what the 3D tries to show you.

And people noticed too!! While shopping at the mall, strangers were literally coming up to me and telling me how pretty I lookedโ€”I was internally gushing, omg!! Even my friends were like, "Wait... did you straighten your hair?" And, "why is your skin so much lighter all of a sudden??" Like YES, thank you for noticing โ™กโ™ก

โ‹†เผบ๐“†ฉโš”๏ธ๐“†ชเผปโ‹† ๐”๐”ข๐”ฑ๐”ฅ๐”ฌ๐”ก๐”ฐ โ‹†เผบ๐“†ฉโš”๏ธ๐“†ชเผปโ‹†

I kept it super simple. Listened to appearance subliminals daily, made a Pinterest board of my dream look, and that was it. But the key part was mindset. Anytime I looked in the mirror, even if I didn't fully see it yet, I'd mentally affirm:

เผบโ™ฐเผปOmg my skin is literally flawless

เผบโ™ฐเผปMy hair is sooo long and straight today

เผบโ™ฐเผป Damnnn my brows are full and shaped perfectly

I never thought against it. No questioning. No checking the 3D for proof. Just full belief. Because your mental reality creates your physical reality. Period.

Stop giving your 3D power it doesn't deserve. You literally have full creative control. This challenge reminded me of that in the most fun, effortless way possible.

And get thisโ€”I even manifested a bunch of random things this week without even trying:

เผบโ™ฐเผป The exact red leather jacket and black leather pants I saved to my Pinterest board the night before... I literally got them the next day?? Insane.

เผบโ™ฐเผป Made a new guy friend at a soccer game just by thinking, "I'd love to make a new friend today" โ€” he sat next to me, and we hit it off instantly.

เผบโ™ฐเผป Finally went to a bonfire party ( I've been wanting this forever, and it was sooo fun!!)

เผบโ™ฐเผป Went on a spontaneous shopping spree, and everything was suddenly 50% off...like what??? I walked out with two bags for half the price!!!

This challenge reminded me just how natural it is to shift into any version of myself when I stop giving the 3D a voice. You're the operant power. Always. More fun challenges are coming soon!!

- What is the Doll Project?

The Doll Project is a series of self improvement, similar to 75 soft or hard except it has no end date. Throughout the project we will work on 3 main factors that determine our life:

1) Mentality

2) Health

3) Looks

Throughout the project you are expected to journal everyday and post your progression. Weight trackers, assignment trackers, Bookkeeping charts, Reading logs, school planners and more will be used.

Throughout the process there are questions youโ€™ll need to answer you can comment or write down wherever you please.

The Doll Project

Mentality

Mental health is a big challenge for everyone regardless of how they live life, so on our journey we will try to make it easier as time passes,

Answer these questions and write down if it applies to you or not.

Do you suffer from Depression?

Do you or have you had an ED?

Do have thoughts about self harming

Do you feel nervous 24/7?

Does being around others scare you?

Do you feel as if nothing matters?

And now we will talk about your priorities

- Do you procrastinate?

- Do you listen to background noise?

- Do you feel incompetent nowadays?

- Do you get angry or sad easily?

- Do you struggle with focusing?

- Do peopleโ€™s opinions affect you?

- Are you afraid of not fitting in?

After answering these I want you to write a paragraph on how these things correlate with each other and affect you and why do you let them hurt you. As we progress we will work on

Now moving on, health. Health is THEE most important thing for human beings, it controls your mood, lifestyle and many other aspects of life; now answer these questions and write down if they apply to you.

Is your eyesight impaired?

Probably the one everyone was looking forward to, looks! I know everyone thinks of the basics: Face & body, but I plan to make everyone work on everything including how you speak.

During the Doll Project we will find ways to beautify ourselves and heal our insecurities we will learn new manners become the person we envision ourselves as. Now, Answer these questions.

How do you perceive your figure?

Introduction

Hi, call me Ladybug. I'm 16 and created this blog to better document my "revenge transformation" into a more attractive, intelligent, peaceful and healthier me.

My main focuses are losing weight, fixing minor skin issues, getting extremely high grades, fixing my mental health, making more friends and becoming more fashionable. Which seems like a load of work all written together like this, but by documenting my progress, I really think I'll be able to make changes.

Something important to note is that a lot of my mental health issues stem from the fact that I am autistic and suffer from an anxiety disorder, so my self-esteem is the pits and has been for a while.

fiquei de fรฉrias dia 20, ai agora to estudando genetica molecular pq nรฃo tenho nada pra fazer e รฉ um a materia do semestre que vem KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

ร‰ bom pq distrai da fome ai me ajuda a manter a dieta e ainda me adianta coisas pro semestre que vem, antes estava lendo iron flame, estou tentando chegar na pรกgina 500 hoje pra ve finalmente acabo esse calhamaรงo.

Hoje resolvi fazer meu moodboard do que eu REALMENTE quero, nรฃo do que eu acho que tenho que querer. Alรฉm disso tambรฉm recomecei minha dieta, e quero ver se nรฃo vou estar com no minimo uns 5kg a menos atรฉ 13 de abril
