... i dont really consume like "mainstream" 3d media apart from songs like my fav (โกใฎโก) dy1ng on the inside. (its spelt normally im just paranoid abt getting t-worded)
i did learn c@lori3 count1ng from a book i read years ago in elementary school. i cant remember what uts called or enough of the plot to look it up (i have *tried*) but one of the characters is a figure skater with an 3d and at the time (unhelathy relationship with f00d but not full on 3d yet) i genuinely thought it was unrealistic for her to have the c@ls of stuff memorized.

my gw is basically my ugw weight. at it (50kg) ill be underweight (16.3 bmi) but not *severely* underweight.
i also hope to slowly build some lean muscle so with any luck ill be 50kg but look in the 40s

day 3: weirdest ed-related habit
i dont really think i have any super weird ones but ig:
ive got one stim thats wrapping my hand around the opposite wrist and then tapping each finger together and another thats rubbing the bones of my knuckles with the opposite thumb (both f@t-checking or whatever its called i forogt)
quietly picks this back up like i didnt disappear for almost a month teehee

pickles - low c@l and high salt helps with low blood pressure (my worst/current least favourite 4n@ symptom)
shirataki/konjac noodles - super low c@l and really filling (quiet pricy tho so only as treats/if im reallllly craving noodles)
cucumbers - low c@l and tasty i just fuckinf love them rlly what more can j say
strawberries - MY ONE TRUE LOVE MY BABIES low c@l and so incredibly delicious i will grow my own someday bc they too are way to expensive
quest bars - low-med c@l w/protein and i like specifically the brownie and double chocolate ones bc if u microwave them for like 10 seconds theyr like warm fresh brownies!!
sugar free pudding/jello - low c@l and fulfills my sweet tooth
rice cakes - low c@l. back on my basic 3dblr bullshit
grape tomatoes - low c@l, tasty, snackable, way too expensive especially with how easy they are to grow and how prolific their plants are
pocky - my sweet tooth again lol. kinda unconventional safe food but the ones that come in multi-packs are like 60-75 per mini package which is pretty good cause i can stretch those an hour, hour and a half and have them with tea usually

idrk what "expectations" means in this context but eh
expectations in terms of my goals r:
id like to be sk1nny enough that people tell me to eat more but not enough to get involuntarily committed. like "oh you're wasting away you should put some meat on your bones" not "you're becoming a skeleton bird r u okay?"
expectations in terms of how quickly i can get there:
im waayyyy better at med-res than low or high (low i just do med anyways and high i b1ng3) so it'll be more slow n steady (for 4n@ at least lol)
