My net for tdy was around 1.2k cals SO PATHETIC I mean it’s way under maintenance but still,anyways I started my fast at 6 and plan to fast 20 hrs then my intake will be around 500-800 I’m also going on a 2 hr walk tmr SO LOCKING IN also gonna post daily wieiads to hold pig ahh acccountable

I ended up not working out so I’m going to try and fast for two days but if I don’t, to make up for it my cal intake will be 200 for the next five days
I slightly binged what should I do???
I ate 2,000 cals and was supposed to eat under 800
After my net being 453 cals yesterday I lost 1.8 pounds
If I continue to have an intake under 500 I’ll be at my gw in 2 weeks hopefully
