AN EARLY START ;
the only way that i can enjoy my mornings is if i have plenty of time to do what i need, without being too in a rush yk? so i'll sleep early and wake up relatively early so that i have adequate time to myself.
another thing that i have been incorporating into my morning routine is no scroll mornings bcuz i dont want doom scrolling to sap up my getting ready time in the morning, cuz im worth every minute of time i put into preparing myself for a successful day.
MORNING WORKOUT ;
i almost always work out in the morning, the only time that i won't is if i wanna head to the gym later on in the day, after school or whatever. so i always leave out weights and resistance bands for myself to use in the morning.
i have the workout that im doing already decided in my agenda on my notion and one that i do often, i'll link right here bcuz its rly easy and light for the morning which is just what i like.
ADEQUATE PAMPER TIME ;
i want to have as much time as possible to make myself look my very best bcuz getting dolled up and pampering myself helps me just as much mentally as it does physically.
before i take my shower and get ready and alladat i always have some chlorophyll water first thing bcuz its easily absorbed first thing in the morning along with lots of other benefits which i talked about in the it girls magazine.
HEADSPACE ;
i always wanna start my day off by being in the right headspace so as i go about my morning i like to say/think affirmations that are more self concept focused to get me in the best headspace before starting my day.
this is a rly short post but i like to keep my morning routine pretty simple cuz most of the intricacies of it involve my pamper time and routine but i like to just have time to relax β¨
Found these all off Pinterest.

And
easiest way to induce pure consciousness/the i am state/the void state/whatever you wanna call yourself!
β first, however, i want to ask you: who are you? the answer should be: god, the creator, i am, pure consciousness, void. these are the only valid and true answers to that question, by now you should probably know why.
β next, that that is out of the way, i want you right now to decide you are going to induce the i am state whenever you want and however you want. decide it once.
that is all you have to do to induce pure consciousness/manifest/whatever. ig you find yourself doubting: remind yourself who you are. god. donβt let that statement fly above your head. truly understand it, and relax. bye bye for now!!!! β‘οΈ
β β β this isnβt a self-help guide. iβm not your guru and this isnβt a powerpoint on gratitude. this is just me. sitting on the floor. iβm not here to raise your vibration. iβm here to askΒ why you think you need raising in the first place. i'm here because iβve been hoarding revelations like they're concert wristbands. i'm here because reality is porous and iβve got the straws. no, literally, iβve sucked on timeβs milkshake and found it lukewarm. we can do better.
you will not find steps here. there is no staircase. i burned it. we fly now.

Β΄ It girl ` guide magazine πβοΈ
hiiiπ if you want to start your journey of becoming the best version of yourself, you have to create habits for your daily life. in this part of the Β΄ It girl ` guide magazine i will tell you all about habits and how they will improve your life.
1. optimize habits you see on social media to your life. in the age where social media is part of our daily lifeβs, we are constantly trying to be influenced. try to optimize habits you see on the internet to what you need and to what you think would help you.
2. start small. if you want to include new habits into your life, you have to start small. letΒ΄s say you want to read 50 pages per day but normally donβt read a lot. try starting with ten pages and increase the amount over the span of a few weeks.
3. reward yourself. find a way to reward yourself after you stick to habits an amount of time. what worked for me are check lists. itΒ΄s not only a ay to stay organized, but also the feeling of checking every habit off is so satisfying to me.
1. donβt go on your phone for 2 hours after you wake up. our brain is constantly confronted with information. if the first thing we do is go on our phone, our brain will be overwhelmed. it will not only change the first few hours of your day, but also the whole day, because your brain wonβt have the continuous urge to go on your phone. (the same thing works at night - 2 hour before bed, no social media,)
2. wake up earlier. this will give you more time to ge ready for the day and leave you more time to start the day calm and relaxed and not in a hurry.
3. move your body daily. you donβt need to go to the gym or do hard exercises. it can be something light, like going on a walk, stretching, yoga, running.
4. plan your day. planning your days, weeks or months can help you get an overview of what you have to do. it will also improve your time management a lot!!!
5. clean your room. a clean room helps you have a clear mind. if you clean your room everyday for a few minutes will prevent your room to get so messy that you have to do a very big deep clean.
6. reading books. and with reading books i also challenge you to not only read fiction but also non-fiction and classics. this will improve your vocabulary and your knowledge, wich can also help you at school.
7. get 8-10 hours of sleep. i know for some people this sounds impossible, especially during school, but try sticking to this for a few weeks and you will see and feel the differences.
8. do your homework or assignments done as soon as you get them and donβt procrastinate. this will improve your time management a lot.
xoxo π

MY FAV QUOTES. β πΉrom loablr
β the moment you accept something as true in your reality itβs true. the moment you change your mind and accept the unfavourable version, thatβs your reality. no matter what the 3d is showing itβs true, if you say so β you are the operant in power, the creator. β β @doemanifests
β if you want proof before belief, youβll wait forever. if you believe first, proof will chase you. β
β the only thing standing between you and everything you want is the way you react to its absence. the hand-wringing, the despair, the creeping doubt, itβs a full-time job, and it pays in absolutely nothing. β
β do you check every morning to make sure you still exist? do you investigate gravity before stepping out the door? no. you assume. and in assuming, you make it real. β β @hrrtshape
β yβall need to start being nonchalant and calm when manifesting. just decide something and move on. itβs done. not "on its way" it's done. you have it. you came, decided, and it's done. your mind and the world is not separate from you. "but the 3D-" no, "but why isn-" no. itβs done, relax. β
β youβve spent enough time wishing, hoping, and consuming. itβs time to take responsibility for your life. stop sabotaging your own greatness with distractions. you have everything you need to succeed: your imagination, your awareness, and your decisions. thatβs it. thatβs the law. β β @whiteobsidian
β can't believe you guys still listen to people who say you are lazy when it comes to manifesting. how tf can you put in work towards something that's already done? ughh in 2025 really???? β β @itsrlymine
β your logical mind? itβs a product of conditioning, fear, and societal programming that taught you to βbe realisticβ and βfollow the rulesβ. but guess what? the rules donβt apply to you anymore. youβre in a whole different league now. β β @nymphaura777
β βwhatβs your shifting motivation?β nothing, i donβt have any motivation because i donβt see it as something i need motivation for. i donβt have motivation to wake up in the morning, i just do. i donβt have motivation to breathe, i just do. i donβt have motivation to shift - i just do. β β @nikashifts
