MY FAV QUOTES. — 𝐹rom loablr
❝ the moment you accept something as true in your reality it’s true. the moment you change your mind and accept the unfavourable version, that’s your reality. no matter what the 3d is showing it’s true, if you say so — you are the operant in power, the creator. ❞ — @doemanifests
❝ if you want proof before belief, you’ll wait forever. if you believe first, proof will chase you. ❞
❝ the only thing standing between you and everything you want is the way you react to its absence. the hand-wringing, the despair, the creeping doubt, it’s a full-time job, and it pays in absolutely nothing. ❞
❝ do you check every morning to make sure you still exist? do you investigate gravity before stepping out the door? no. you assume. and in assuming, you make it real. ❞ — @hrrtshape
❝ y’all need to start being nonchalant and calm when manifesting. just decide something and move on. it’s done. not "on its way" it's done. you have it. you came, decided, and it's done. your mind and the world is not separate from you. "but the 3D-" no, "but why isn-" no. it’s done, relax. ❞
❝ you’ve spent enough time wishing, hoping, and consuming. it’s time to take responsibility for your life. stop sabotaging your own greatness with distractions. you have everything you need to succeed: your imagination, your awareness, and your decisions. that’s it. that’s the law. ❞ — @whiteobsidian
❝ can't believe you guys still listen to people who say you are lazy when it comes to manifesting. how tf can you put in work towards something that's already done? ughh in 2025 really???? ❞ — @itsrlymine
❝ your logical mind? it’s a product of conditioning, fear, and societal programming that taught you to “be realistic” and “follow the rules”. but guess what? the rules don’t apply to you anymore. you’re in a whole different league now. ❞ — @nymphaura777
❝ „what’s your shifting motivation?” nothing, i don’t have any motivation because i don’t see it as something i need motivation for. i don’t have motivation to wake up in the morning, i just do. i don’t have motivation to breathe, i just do. i don’t have motivation to shift - i just do. ❞ — @nikashifts
you don’t need perfect conditions to start. you just need to start. five minutes of focus is better than waiting for motivation to come.
Hello and welcome to this new post of mine! I decided to make a new series, this time about manifesting methods. I hope you find this useful and enjoy.
Masterpost > Paid Readings > Subliminal Channel
What it is used for:
The Manifestation Box method is honestly used for absolutely everything, and is a great method for anything you wish to achieve. For many this method works because you use actual physical objects to define your goals; already putting the manifestation into a physical form.
Instructions:
1. Choose a box
In order to do this method you need a box; this can be any box. It doesn't need to be pretty, or big, but it can if you wish it to be (you can decorate your boc with colours, crystals and sigils to connect it more to your goal if you wish).
2. Write your desires down
Take a piece of paper, or multiple pieces of paper, and start writing down your desires, what it is you want to manifest into existence. This can be as vague and as detailed as you want; as long as you know what you want to accomplish.
3. Add symbolic items
Find items that remind you or you correspond with your manifestations; maybe you want to manifest something for school, and you can add an old schoolbook, or a lover for which you can add a picture, or something that reminds you of them, or what you did together. Anything as long as you see relation and connection with your manifestation(s).
4. Put the box away
Close the box as you keep your intentions and mind, and put the box anywhere you want, I suggest following your first thought of where to put it, since intuition often has a reason for showing up if it does.

From Morning Routine to Nighttime Rituals | IT GIRL DIARIES
Becoming an IT Girl means embracing a lifestyle that balances beauty, productivity, and mindfulness. Let's take a look in the daily life of your ideal IT Girl...
Morning: Energizing Start 🎀
The IT Girl starts her day early, around 6 AM, with a refreshing glass of hot lemon water to detox and hydrate. She follows this with a quick workout, like indoor cycling or yoga, to get her blood flowing and boost her energy for the day ahead. After her workout, she treats herself to a skincare routine with gentle cleansers, serums, and sunscreen, focusing on achieving that effortless glow.
For breakfast, she enjoys a nutritious green juice, packed with spinach, kale, and ginger, which supports her clear skin and nourishes her body from within. She also takes a few moments for mindfulness practice, like journaling or meditation, to set positive intentions for the day.
Mid-Morning: Work Mode 🎀
By 9 AM, she’s in full productivity mode. To stay organized, she uses a to-do list or productivity app to break her day into manageable tasks. Whether she’s running a business, working on creative projects, or attending meetings, she prioritizes efficiency while taking short breaks to prevent burnout.
Lunch: Balanced and Light 🎀
For lunch, the IT Girl opts for a light, clean meal, like a salad with lean protein or healthy fats. She avoids processed foods and sugars, sticking to a nutrient-rich diet that keeps her feeling energized. During her break, she might catch up on reading or listen to a podcast that aligns with her personal growth goals.
Afternoon: Social and Active 🎀
In the afternoon, she may meet with friends, colleagues, or network with like-minded individuals. Socializing is a key part of her lifestyle, but she also remains selective about the company she keeps, ensuring her circle is supportive and inspiring.
To stay active, she might sneak in a quick walk or stretch, especially if she’s been working at a desk. Physical movement is important, even during a busy day, to maintain that IT Girl energy.
Evening: Wind Down in Style 🎀
As the day winds down, the IT Girl prepares for a relaxing evening. After finishing her tasks, she switches to self-care mode with an evening skincare routine, focusing on cleansing, moisturizing, and perhaps a face mask. She also enjoys a warm bath or some light stretching to soothe her body.
For dinner, she sticks to whole, unprocessed foods, such as grilled vegetables and lean proteins. The evening is her time to unwind, reflect, and recharge for the next day. She might do some light reading, indulge in a creative hobby, or spend time with loved ones.
Nighttime: Sleep Rituals 🎀
By 10 PM, it’s time for her nighttime rituals. The IT Girl knows the importance of quality sleep for her beauty and productivity. She turns off screens at least an hour before bed and enjoys a cup of herbal tea. Finally, she practices gratitude journaling to reflect on her day, setting a positive tone for the next morning.

1. I stopped doomscrolling. I gave myself set social media time and I was very strict about it. Doomscrolling is bad for you in many ways but when it comes to manifesting I find it makes you compare yourself to others which simply won’t help in your manifesting journey.
2. Using my absolute fav manifesting techniques, preferably simple ones so it doesn’t take up so much energy. The techniques I used were robotic affirming, subs, and my personal Pinterest technique!
3. Treat yourself like a god. Y’all know the drill I talk about this one all the time. Treating yourself like a god will literally bring your self concept back from the fucking dead
4. Daydream and be “delusional.” I swear this was the biggest one for me this time around. I thought in extreme detail about what I wanted and played it out like a super detailed movie scene and gassed myself up so much. After I started doing this step I started feeling so much better omg
5. Affirming and persisting. Obviously. I don’t even have to explain this one we all know it well lol
the energy of others: surround yourself with positive people and avoid those who drain you.
the videos you watch: select content that inspires, educates or entertains you in a healthy way.
what you read: look for reliable sources and material that enriches you intellectually.
who you follow: follow people who inspire and challenge you to grow.
what you scroll through on social media: avoid negative content and look for something that motivates you or makes you feel good.
the news: look for objective sources of information and avoid information overload.
highlights of others: compare less and celebrate more the achievements of others.
the advice you listen to: evaluate advice according to your criteria and needs.

🎀 what is pilates?
pilates is a form of strength training exercise that focuses on low to medium impact movements to improve muscle tone, stability, endurance, and mobility. pilates also focuses more on the smaller muscles of the body compared to traditional strength or weight training.
🎀 benefits of pilates
including the benefits that exercise generally brings, pilates:
improves mind-body connection and body control
improves active flexibility and mobility
works the core, improving stability
improves coordination and balance
reduces mental and physical stress
works muscles that can be neglected in our daily lives
treats and prevents body pain, including menstrual pain
teaches you how to pair your breath with your body
keeps the joints healthy without putting pressure on them
🎀 where to start
while you can absolutely start with studio or reformer classes, you can also do pilates routines on youtube! i recommend move with nicole and dansique fitness. if you want to get your cardio in as well, i absolutely recommend eleni fit. her workouts are some of the best i’ve ever tried!
🎀 personal tips
keep your core in mind. core strength is a major benefit of pilates because each movement requires at least a mild amount of core work to keep your body stable, so do your best to keep the engagement throughout.
start slow. pilates movements can take a while to fully understand and it can take a while to build the mind-body connection, so don’t push yourself too far in the beginning. your coordination will improve over time!
don’t underestimate it! while the movements are generally slower than other types of exercise, you will work your muscles just as much and in a way they may not have been worked before. sometimes i even find pilates more difficult than hiit or weights!

a guide to looking effortlessly perfect
"You’ve got the false narrative of a girl who spends 30 seconds on her appearance, when, in fact, you probably spent hours.”
1. basic hygiene:
having clean teeth and good breath
smelling good 24/7. i highly recommend finding a signature scent as a scent is associated with memory, id suggest something sweet yet not too overpowering like vanilla.
being clean in general. regularly shaving and exfoliating your skin to get rid of bodily hair and dirt that accumulates on your skin to make your skin glow.
clean nails. having clean and maintained nails (with a simple design if you wish) looks better than having acrylics that are wayyy too long and appear tacky.
2. hair :
having smooth healthy hair looks much better than dry and damaged hair. take care of your hair by finding the best products for your natural hair. get rid of your split ends as they make the hair appear really damaged.
in my opinion, loose waves look the most effortless yet pretty. but don’t ruin your natural hair by applying too much heat! you can try heatless styling methods to achieve this look.
3. diet and exercise :
being toned is the way to go to fit this aesthetic
avoid oily foods or sugary foods that damage your skin. don’t completely get rid of these as we all have our cravings, but try your best to avoid it
find a workout plan that works best for you, keeps you healthy but doesn’t burn you out! moreover exercise releases endorphins that improve your mood.
4. makeup and skin care :
natural makeup on clear skin fits this effortless aesthetic perfectly!
take care of your skin by finding a routine that fits you the best, consult with a dermatologist for the best results.
having smooth, blended makeup creates an illusion that you aren’t wearing any at all! this appears much effortless than a full face. also try to avoid those really huge false lashes that make you look tacky.
maintain your eyebrows and find a shape that fits you best!
5. outfits :
having a signature style which suits your body type is essential. experiment until you can find what suits you best! you can use a body analysis app for this.
wearing outfits you’re confident in, hot but not too revealing goes a long way. confidence is key. wearing overly revealing clothing might seem like one is trying too hard, but if you can carry it with confidence then that’s great!
jewellery : having dainty, signature pieces is key! find out which suits you better (gold or silver) through an ai analysis and invest in timeless pieces. personally, i think minimalistic pieces such as solitaires, simple pendants, classic hoops etc. look much more effortless.
6. personality :
don’t be too judgemental towards anyone as you don’t know what they’re going through and this makes you seem unapproachable
don’t talk too much or overshare! this creates a mysterious aura which draws people to you more
confidence is key! posture is very important too, carry yourself with confidence and walk with your head held up high.
7. examples and references :
serena van der woodsen (gossip girl)
mia thermopolis (the princess diaries)
cher (clueless)
elle woods (legally blonde)
rory gilmore (gilmore girls)
robin scherbatsky (how i met your mother)

How to Build a Life That Matches Your Pinterest Board
by Soleau Club
We’ve all got that Pinterest board. You know the one: sun-drenched mornings in linen sheets, açaí bowls on marble countertops, matcha in hand, soft-glam makeup, glowing skin, matching workout sets, walking through life with that effortless rich girl aura.
But the question is... how do you actually live that life?
The answer: you don’t just manifest it—you build it. One soft step, one beautiful detail, one aligned decision at a time. Here's how I turned my "dream girl board" into my real life—and how you can too.
First things first: take a step back and ask yourself—does my current reality even remotely reflect the vision I’m saving to boards at 2am?
This is your aesthetic audit. Pull up your fave board (you know the one), and ask:
What vibes are consistent? (Light, luxury, wellness, minimal, bold, cozy?)
What’s the version of me who lives this life like?
What’s one thing I could add, shift, or release to get closer to that?
This isn’t about pressure—it’s about alignment. You’re simply noticing the gap between dream and real life so you can start closing it like a boss.
Pinterest girls don’t just drink coffee—they have a moment with it. They don’t go for a walk—they take a sun-soaked stroll in a matching set while listening to an empowering podcast.
So ask yourself: How can I turn the most ordinary moment into something sacred and cinematic?
Try:
Lighting a candle while doing your skincare routine (bonus: play Lana or SZA in the background)
Drinking your lemon water from a wine glass, because why not?
Wearing that silk robe—even if you’re just working from home
You don’t have to wait for the perfect life to show up. You create it, by turning the mundane into magic.
Morning routines. Evening rituals. Soft girl Sundays. These are the glue of the Pinterest lifestyle—because it’s not just the aesthetics, it’s the energy.
Think:
A slow, phone-free morning with journaling, hot tea, and face mist
An evening wind-down with stretching, magnesium, and your favorite body oil
A “that girl” workout you actually enjoy—like hot girl Pilates or dance cardio in your living room
Design these rituals around how you want to feel. That’s the key to making it sustainable.
You don’t need to drop $10k on a full-life makeover. (Unless you can... then slay.) But most of the time? It’s about those tiny, luxe-feeling switches.
Try these low-effort upgrades:
Swap plastic containers for glass (your fridge will look straight-up chic)
Get matching hangers—trust me, it changes the vibe of your closet
Use linen spray on your pillow before bed (Pinterest girl core)
Add flowers—even grocery store ones—to your table, desk, or bathroom
It’s not about being rich, it’s about feeling rich in your space.
Let’s not forget the emotional clutter on your feed. You can’t build a dreamy life if your mind is flooded with chaos. It’s time to:
Unfollow people who drain your energy or make you spiral
Mute drama accounts, clickbait, or “that one friend” who only posts complaints
Curate your feed to match your vision—follow accounts that inspire, elevate, and align with your vibe
Your Pinterest life isn’t just IRL—it’s digital too.
“What would Pinterest Me do today?” Would she skip breakfast and doom scroll? Or would she make a green smoothie, put on SPF, and go for a soft walk?
Would she settle for chaos, or would she protect her peace like it’s vintage Chanel?
Let that question guide your choices until it becomes second nature. Eventually, you become her. Effortlessly.
Building a life that looks like your Pinterest board isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment, intention, and beauty in the everyday. It’s about showing up for the version of you that already exists in your dreams—and giving her a real place to live.
So go ahead. Romanticize your life. Buy the flowers. Make the smoothie. Say no to chaos. Say yes to joy. That Pinterest girl is already you. You’re just waking her up. 🌷✨
