´ It girl ` guide magazine đâď¸
hiiiđ if you want to start your journey of becoming the best version of yourself, you have to create habits for your daily life. in this part of the ´ It girl ` guide magazine i will tell you all about habits and how they will improve your life.
1. optimize habits you see on social media to your life. in the age where social media is part of our daily lifeâs, we are constantly trying to be influenced. try to optimize habits you see on the internet to what you need and to what you think would help you.
2. start small. if you want to include new habits into your life, you have to start small. let´s say you want to read 50 pages per day but normally donât read a lot. try starting with ten pages and increase the amount over the span of a few weeks.
3. reward yourself. find a way to reward yourself after you stick to habits an amount of time. what worked for me are check lists. it´s not only a ay to stay organized, but also the feeling of checking every habit off is so satisfying to me.
1. donât go on your phone for 2 hours after you wake up. our brain is constantly confronted with information. if the first thing we do is go on our phone, our brain will be overwhelmed. it will not only change the first few hours of your day, but also the whole day, because your brain wonât have the continuous urge to go on your phone. (the same thing works at night - 2 hour before bed, no social media,)
2. wake up earlier. this will give you more time to ge ready for the day and leave you more time to start the day calm and relaxed and not in a hurry.
3. move your body daily. you donât need to go to the gym or do hard exercises. it can be something light, like going on a walk, stretching, yoga, running.
4. plan your day. planning your days, weeks or months can help you get an overview of what you have to do. it will also improve your time management a lot!!!
5. clean your room. a clean room helps you have a clear mind. if you clean your room everyday for a few minutes will prevent your room to get so messy that you have to do a very big deep clean.
6. reading books. and with reading books i also challenge you to not only read fiction but also non-fiction and classics. this will improve your vocabulary and your knowledge, wich can also help you at school.
7. get 8-10 hours of sleep. i know for some people this sounds impossible, especially during school, but try sticking to this for a few weeks and you will see and feel the differences.
8. do your homework or assignments done as soon as you get them and donât procrastinate. this will improve your time management a lot.
xoxo đ
ps. one of the next parts will be about time managementđ¤Ť
You can manifest anything literally anything ! Money, beauty, a boyfriend, your celebrity crush ?? All of them are possible !! Dream big cause you deserve it !!
Affirm that you have it because you do, it could be robotics affirmations or mind saturation both works. Then these affirmations will become assumptions. Assumptions make your reality!!
Persist in the assumption that you have your desires! Even if you feel like it's never coming or you have doubts. Trust me it will come faster than you think.
The 3d does not make your reality the 4d does! Getting validation from the 3d is useless. It's not your job to change the 3d, it is yours to change the 4d !! The 3d has no choice but to reflect what you assume eventually.
This is all you need to know to manifest yet you're still here scrolling like a loser instead of applying the law ? Waiting for a miracle isn't going to manifest sh*t. Go live your dream life already.
Don't be too harsh to yourself ! It's normal to have doubts or constantly check the 3d.
If you're too lazy to affirm or just don't want to : subliminals !! You don't have to do anything but listen to them and you can do it overnight <3
Make pause if manifestation feels more like a chore than an actual fun thing to do to improve your life.
That's all !! Stay hydrated and AFFIRM !!!
If you have any questions feel free to ask (this is my first post ever btw)

2025: #2 u are the main character of ur life
âď¸.U.NEED.TO.GET.CRAZY.ABOUT.UR. LIFE .THIS is ur life. your story, your movie and Youâre the main character of it . But hereâs the problemâyouâre sitting there, acting like youâre just an extra. Let me ask you something: when are you going to wake up? When are you going to stop living like someone else is writing your script? Because newsflashânobody else cares as much about your story as YOU should.
N1 Youâre Not Here to Be Average
Do you feel it? That spark inside you? The one that says youâre made for something bigger? Stop shoving it down. Stop telling yourself, 'Iâm not special,' or, 'Iâll never be that person.' Because let me tell you somethingâyou already ARE that person. The only difference between you and the version of you that you dream about? Action. Average is safe, but itâs boring. U NEED TO KNOW Being 'okay' is easy, but itâs unfulfilling. You werenât put on this planet to blend in. You were born to stand out, to do something, to leave a mark. But first, you have to believe that. You have to take risks. You have to dare to be seen, to be heard, to be ALIVE.
N2 Get Obsessed with Yourself
This is the part where people get uncomfortable, but IDGASS . You need to fall in love with YOU. Not in a shallow, fake, selfie-obsessed wayâbut deeply, madly, passionately in love with the person you are becoming.Spend time with yourself. Take yourself out on dates. Sit in silence and listen to your thoughts. Who are you, really? What do you want? Not what society wants, not what your parents want, not what your friends think is coolâwhat do YOU want?Get crazy about discovering your passions. Throw yourself into books, art, music, whatever lights you up inside. Because the more you pour into yourself, the more unstoppable you become. Youâre not just living life; youâre creating it. So why not make it something spectacular?
N3 Stop Waiting for Permission
Why are you waiting? Waiting for someone to tell you youâre good enough? Waiting for the 'right time'? BRO WTF Let me tell you something nobody is coming to give you permission. Nobody is going to hand you your dream life wrapped up in a bow. You have to go out there and TAKE IT.Stop looking for signs. Stop waiting for everything to feel perfect. Itâs messy, itâs chaotic, and sometimes itâs downright terrifyingâbut thatâs the beauty of it. The magic happens when you stop overthinking and just DO. Take the leap, even if you donât feel ready. Life isnât about being readyâitâs about showing up, again and again, until you create the life you canât stop dreaming about AND THIS IS DISCIPLINE
N4 Reclaim Your Power
Letâs get one thing straight: you are powerful. Not in a vague, 'manifestation vibes' kind of way, but in a real, tangible way. Every decision you make is a choice. Every habit you keep is a vote for the kind of person you want to be.But hereâs the catchâevery time you let someone else control your narrative, you give away a piece of that power. Every time you shrink yourself to fit someone elseâs expectations, you lose a little more. Stop giving it away. Own your voice. Own your choices. Own your life. You are the architect of your story. So start building something worth remembering. And if people donât like it? If they donât 'get' you? Let them go. Your life is not a democracy itâs YOUR kingdom. Rule it unapologetically.
N5 Romanticize the Hell Out of Everything
Hereâs the secret nobody tells you: life is as magical as you decide to make it. Stop waiting for the big momentsâgraduation, the 'dream job'...âto feel alive. Start finding beauty in the small, ordinary, quiet things.Make your morning coffee an event. Cook ur dinner by urself. Write love letters to urself. Turn sunsets into poetry. Life is happening right now, and if you keep rushing to the 'next thing,' youâre going to miss it.Romanticizing your life isnât about pretending everything is perfect. Itâs about choosing to see the magic, even in the mess. Because when you do that, life stops feeling like something youâre just survivingâand starts feeling like something worth celebrating.
This is Your one life. Your one shot. So stop living like you have forever. Stop waiting, stop hiding, stop playing small. You are the main character of this story, and itâs time to act like it. Get crazy about your life. Get obsessed. Because when you do, everything changes. Now go out there and make something beautiful I'm proud of u 143

2025 : #1 be disciplined
Motivation feels amazing, doesnât it? Itâs like a sparkâa burst of energy that pushes you forward. But what happens when the spark fades? Thatâs where discipline steps in. Itâs the routine you build, the habits you cultivate, and the consistency you stick to even on days you donât feel like it.
So, instead of waiting to feel ready, discipline says, âLetâs go, regardless.â Itâs the engine that turns dreams into reality.
"Ask urself right now: Whatâs one thing I can commit to daily in 2025? Write it down. Small steps lead to giant leaps."
1.Building Your Disciplined
How do u stay disciplined? Start with these three small steps:
âď¸.Growth is not supposed to feel good. Youâre going to hate it. Youâll feel like quitting more times than you can count. Thatâs normal. Growth is built in the moments where you want to give up but donât.
1. Create Clear Goals: Be specific. Instead of saying, âIâll study more,â say, âIâll study history for 30 minutes every evening.â BUY A SMALL NOTEBOOK AND WRITE ALL UR GOALS WITH SMALLER ONE TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE
2. Track Progress: Whether itâs journaling or using an app, tracking helps you stay accountable.
3.Master Your Mindset: Stop waiting to "feel motivated." Understand that motivation is fleeting, but discipline is reliable. Every time your brain tells you to quit, remind yourself: your emotions donât run the showâyour goals do.
2.Excuses Are Lies
Excuses are lies youâve sold yourself to stay comfortable. 'Iâm too tired.' Lie. 'I donât have time.' Lie. 'Iâm just not motivated.' Biggest lie of all.
Hereâs the truth: Youâre scared. Scared of failure, scared of discomfort, scared of how much effort it takes to change. But let me tell you something: Fear is temporary. Regret is forever. Which one do you want to live with?
No more excuses. You donât need more time. You need more discipline. You donât need motivation. You need action. Stop talking about what you want and start doing the work to get it. Right now.
3.look at yourself in the mirror
Look yourself in the mirror tonight and ask: Am I proud of the choices I made today? If the answer is no, fix it tomorrow. And if the answer is still no, fix it the next day. Donât let yourself off the hook.
2025 isnât your year unless you make it your year. Stop expecting change to happen to you. You are the change. Get out of your head, get off the couch, and get to work. The only thing standing between you and the life you want is your own laziness. Crush it.
4.Action Plan for a Disciplined Life
Stop acting like youâre doing enough when you know youâre not. If you want that dream college, that perfect GPA, or that career you keep fantasizing about, you need to stop wasting time and follow a real plan. Get up the second your alarm goes offâno snooze, no excuses. Tackle the hardest, most uncomfortable task first thing in the morning because procrastination is for quitters. Create a non-negotiable schedule and stick to it like your life depends on it, because it does. Eliminate every distraction: delete the apps, unfollow the nonsense, and stop treating your phone like your best friend. Hold yourself accountableâwrite down your progress every day. If you didnât do anything to move forward, face the fact that youâre the problem. Plan your next day before you sleep, so you wake up ready to win, not wander. And for the love of everything you want in life, stop choosing comfort over progress. Your excuses wonât get you that GPA, that acceptance letter, or that dream jobâbut discipline will.
1. Kill the Snooze Button: Get out of bed the moment your alarm goes off. No "just 5 more minutes." Those 5 minutes are the difference between starting strong and losing the day.
2. Start With the Hard Stuff: Tackle your most challenging task first thing in the day. Procrastination is your enemyâeat the frog and move on.
3. Create a Non-Negotiable Schedule: Block out specific times for studying, working out, or any critical task. Treat these blocks like appointments with your future selfâdonât cancel.
4. Cut Out Time-Wasters: Delete apps you waste time on. Unfollow distractions. If you spend hours scrolling or binge-watching, youâre digging your own grave.
5. Build Accountability: Tell someone your goals and have them call you out when you slack. Better yet, make it publicâyouâll hate embarrassing yourself in front of others.
6. Track Progress Daily: Write down everything youâve done that day to move closer to your goals. If you havenât done anything, face the hard truth: youâre slacking.
7. Plan Tomorrow Tonight: Before you go to bed, write out your next dayâs schedule. If you wake up without a plan, youâve already lost.
8. Say No to Comfort: Skip the cozy excuses. If itâs not pushing you closer to your goals, itâs holding you back.
Discipline is the foundation of every success story. Itâs not about luck, talent, or fleeting motivationâitâs about showing up, doing the hard work, and making the right choices every single day. If you want to achieve your dreams, you need to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start building habits that get you closer to your goals. Cut the excuses, own your failures, and take control of your life. The road to greatness isnât easy, but every sacrifice, every uncomfortable moment, and every disciplined action will take you one step closer to the future you deserve. You either make it happen, or you watch someone else do it. The choice is yours. The clock is not waiting for u !

8 Rules for Self-Respect
Keep your standards high. For yourself, your relationships, your career, and everything. Don't settle for less; know your worth. <3
Don't tolerate people who put you down, lie to you, or try to take advantage of you. The more you allow people to mistreat you, the less they will respect you. Stand up for yourself!!
Don't chase. What belongs to you will find you, and the people who care for you will stay by your side. So don't make a fool out of yourself by chasing something that's running away from you.
No more people pleasing. Learn to say "no". You don't have to apologise or explain yourself; saying no is completely fine.
Figure out which people in your circle make you feel good and who is draining your energy. Don't surround yourself with those who waste your energy.
Take care of yourself. How are you going to be confident and respect yourself if you don't care for yourself?? Invest time, energy, discipline, money and love into becoming the best version of yourself. <3
Be mindful and selective of who you trust. Don't take criticism from people who you wouldn't take advice from.
Your boundaries are non-negotiable. Boundaries are about how you respect yourself. If someone oversteps them, cut them off!
2025 is our year of self-growth, what better place to start than setting boundaries and learning to respect ourselves?

As someone who has gone through SO many versions of herself and is now slowly growing to be a person she's genuinely happy and in love with
Trust me when I say I've had a lot of identities these past few years. It took me a lot of time to really find the best version of myself, the version that I'm genuinely happy with, the version that my 10 year old self would have looked up to. However, it's different for everyone. The definition of an "it girl" to me might be different from your definition, and the personality and life that truly feels me might not suit you. So, please take note that this is highly subjective and it's all about you and what works for you.
The one and only thing I did to rebrand myself: I created a character.
I gave my character a new name. You can give yours your current one or a nickname. I gave mine my second name. I built this character, I envisioned her, I turned her into a realistic person that I knew I'd look up to.
Basically, create an alter ego. And it wasn't easy to curate this character for me, it took a lot of time for me to build her into someone that I'd want to be, someone that still has flaws but embodies the energy and lifestyle I want.
Know what you want. How does this new you act? What do they like and dislike? What matters to them? How do they impact the people around them? What are they like? How would you describe them? What are their flaws and how do they deal with it? What are the bad habits they got rid of?
Make sure this version you want feels like you. This isn't about turning into another person, it's about growing as a person. It's about looking in the mirror and loving what you see with no doubt and no regrets. It's about knowing what you want and taking it right away, and it's about taking control of your own life and shaping it into one that you will fall in love with every single day.
Look up to this person. Get to know this person, know every single thing about them. Make sure that as you create this alter ego, it's truly someone you'd 100% look up to.
Fall in love. Personally, this part is my favorite. I start to visualize and imagine this person so much that I completely fall in love with her. This version is me, truly me, and utterly me. It's not someone else, it's the person I want to be because everything about this person feels like me. I start to romanticize growing and becoming this person, slowly shaping myself, changing my lifestyle, taking action, taking initiative, and building myself and my life brick by brick to fall in love with what I see in the mirror.
Take action and build yourself up. Slowly embody this person. You can't change overnight, but you can grow and shape yourself step by step.
This is NOT about turning into someone else. This isn't about changing yourself to be more likeable or to please others. This is all about knowing what direction you want to go and taking it. Make sure this character is realistic and truly you. Do not try to be someone you won't be happy with, be someone that will make it easier for you to love yourself. Don't become someone that will only push you beyond your limits and break you, become someone who can take control of their own life enough to build their life solely for themselves.

a guide to looking effortlessly perfect
"Youâve got the false narrative of a girl who spends 30 seconds on her appearance, when, in fact, you probably spent hours.â
1. basic hygiene:
having clean teeth and good breath
smelling good 24/7. i highly recommend finding a signature scent as a scent is associated with memory, id suggest something sweet yet not too overpowering like vanilla.
being clean in general. regularly shaving and exfoliating your skin to get rid of bodily hair and dirt that accumulates on your skin to make your skin glow.
clean nails. having clean and maintained nails (with a simple design if you wish) looks better than having acrylics that are wayyy too long and appear tacky.
2. hair :
having smooth healthy hair looks much better than dry and damaged hair. take care of your hair by finding the best products for your natural hair. get rid of your split ends as they make the hair appear really damaged.
in my opinion, loose waves look the most effortless yet pretty. but donât ruin your natural hair by applying too much heat! you can try heatless styling methods to achieve this look.
3. diet and exercise :
being toned is the way to go to fit this aesthetic
avoid oily foods or sugary foods that damage your skin. donât completely get rid of these as we all have our cravings, but try your best to avoid it
find a workout plan that works best for you, keeps you healthy but doesnât burn you out! moreover exercise releases endorphins that improve your mood.
4. makeup and skin care :
natural makeup on clear skin fits this effortless aesthetic perfectly!
take care of your skin by finding a routine that fits you the best, consult with a dermatologist for the best results.
having smooth, blended makeup creates an illusion that you arenât wearing any at all! this appears much effortless than a full face. also try to avoid those really huge false lashes that make you look tacky.
maintain your eyebrows and find a shape that fits you best!
5. outfits :
having a signature style which suits your body type is essential. experiment until you can find what suits you best! you can use a body analysis app for this.
wearing outfits youâre confident in, hot but not too revealing goes a long way. confidence is key. wearing overly revealing clothing might seem like one is trying too hard, but if you can carry it with confidence then thatâs great!
jewellery : having dainty, signature pieces is key! find out which suits you better (gold or silver) through an ai analysis and invest in timeless pieces. personally, i think minimalistic pieces such as solitaires, simple pendants, classic hoops etc. look much more effortless.
6. personality :
donât be too judgemental towards anyone as you donât know what theyâre going through and this makes you seem unapproachable
donât talk too much or overshare! this creates a mysterious aura which draws people to you more
confidence is key! posture is very important too, carry yourself with confidence and walk with your head held up high.
7. examples and references :
serena van der woodsen (gossip girl)
mia thermopolis (the princess diaries)
cher (clueless)
elle woods (legally blonde)
rory gilmore (gilmore girls)
robin scherbatsky (how i met your mother)
gigi hadid
How I get whatever I want.
- Journal. Itâs important to plot out what you want before you begin doing anything new. Sit down, concentrate, and take the time to visualize what you want for yourself. Journaling is an extremely effective tool, and itâs important to be able to write about what you want instead of creating a concept in your mind.Â
- Make goals less abstract: Find or make a path to the goal, then zone out (networking, reading, research). Your goals should not be abstract or difficult for you to understand. They should be clear, planned out to the best of your ability, and reasonable enough to achieve in 90 days. If you have a long-term goal, set up a series of short-term goals that will set you on the right path.Â
- 3 month hiatus and just fixate on work. Be strict with time and money, keep a schedule, donât allow minor distractions to sway you from your path, and use the next 90 days to bring yourself closer to the finish line. Can your hiatus be longer than 3 months? Yes, but if it becomes necessary to extend it, be sure that youâre engaging with the real world and not isolating yourself.
- You have to be sure of what waiting and a little bit of luck will do for you. So much of it is a waiting game, and while I believe that itâs important to work hard instead of being hard on yourself, knowing that luck plays into your success is imperative. If you donât see immediate results, keep going until things fall into line.Â
Plan, prepare, and then put your whole soul into action.
SHOW. UP. AS. HER. Not next week, not next month. Not next year. In real-time, in the present moment right now. Each time you delay your very best self in the future youâre screaming to the universe âI am not worthy as I am right nowâ. I am not worthy of investing in me, in how I look, in going to the pilates classes, in taking myself out for the nice lunch I promised, on going on the trip thatâs been on my bucket-list for years. On waking up early like I promised myself. Delay, delay, delay. There will always be delays unless you DECIDE to take control. Unless you decide that the version of you in this moment IS WORTHY of the investment. Each of us has in mind this higher, elevated version. The 2.0. The upgraded you. Your job is to build habits that bridge the current you to the elevated you. What needs to change to get you over the bridge? What do you need to do? What do you need to stop doing? These are the daily questions. Do some reflections. Make a plan. Stick to it.Â
