It just did. Pakistan did violate the ceasefire. I heard from a friend from Jammu.

New Development.

New development.

It is highly likely that Pakistan agreed to de-escalation and ceasefire due to pressure by China and USA. India taking down multiple F-16 among others may have put USA in China in a very awkward position

This was an overall win for India as India took down their air bases and bunch of terrorists. it is likely that Pakistan may break the ceasefire again or try to commit another terror attack in Indian territory. India has already announced that any further terror attacks in Indian territory will be considered an act of war.

India did it again. Their cowardice is out of this world. Targeting a mosque? That too in the dead of night? Going the Israel route I see. Like master like pet ig.

You all this is demi erasure. Calling it friends to lovers or "normal" love. Your age shouldn't be an excuse for this kind of ignorance.

SMH

Brooo Wtf 🤣🤣🤣

Brooo wtf 🤣🤣🤣

That's the definition of demiromantic btw.

Isn't that just normal love?

Doesn't everyone need a deep emotional connection before getting romantic attraction???

This is what their religion teaches them? War, looting and slavery. I mean, what was I expecting anyway.

They're never beating the allegations that they've fantasies of taking our girls as their war booty (maal-e-ghanimat). Also, note the racist undertones.

Oh still the left will somehow find a way to justify this and tell us how we're the villains in this. Would I be surprised? No.

"Har Har Mahadev! ✨ Celebrating The Divine Energy Of Maha Shivratri"

"Har Har Mahadev! ✨ Celebrating the Divine Energy of Maha Shivratri"

Shiva (Lord Shiva) + ratri (night), so Shivaratri means the night of Lord Shiva." Devotees of Lord Shiva generally observe a strict fast on this day, with some undertaking a nirjal fast, abstaining even from water. The Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam (12.13.16) states vaiṣṇavānāṁ yathā śambhuḥ, indicating that Lord Shiva is the best of the Vaishnavas, the devotees of Lord Krishna. Gaudiya Vaishnavas worship Lord Shiva on this day to seek his blessings to become better devotees of Lord Krishna (Vishnu), rather than to attain residence in the abode of Shiva.

Origin and History of Maha Shivratri

The origins of Maha Shivratri are deeply rooted in Vedic scriptures and ancient traditions. There are multiple explanations for its significance:

1. Appearance of Lord Shiva – According to the Linga Purāṇa, Maha Shivratri marks the divine manifestation of Lord Shiva in the form of a Jyotirlinga, an infinite pillar of light, symbolizing his supreme, formless nature.

2. Marriage of Shiva and Parvati – The Skanda Purāṇa and Shiva Purāṇa mention that Maha Shivratri is the night when Lord Shiva married Goddess Parvati, representing the union of Shakti (energy) and Shiva (consciousness).

3. Shiva’s Cosmic Dance – It is believed that on this night, Lord Shiva performed the Tāṇḍava, the divine dance of creation, preservation, and destruction, emphasizing the cosmic cycle.

4. Krishna’s Words in Mahabharata – In the Anushasana Parva (14.144), Lord Krishna advises Yudhishthira that observing Maha Shivratri with devotion bestows blessings and liberation.

5. Legend of the Hunter – The Shiva Purāṇa narrates the story of a hunter who unknowingly worshiped Shiva by dropping Bilva leaves on a Shiva Linga while hiding on a tree. This act freed him from past sins, signifying the power of sincere devotion.

Thus, Maha Shivratri has been celebrated for millennia, signifying Shiva’s role in the cosmic order and the power of devotion in attaining divine grace.

चैती गीत

Let's talk about Chaiti (चैती)

It is a folk song genre sung in Awadhi and Bhojpuri in eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Nepal and neighbouring areas.

Chaiti is specifically sung during the month of चैत्र—or as we call it in Awadhi, चैत—where it gets its name from. The most important aspect of a chaiti for me is the usage of रामा. I have never heard of a chaiti without it.

There are devotional songs—especially sung during राम नवमी and चैत्र नवरात्र. There are songs about the season itself—the koel’s call, the flowers that blossom in spring, and mango trees, the changing weather. And then there are the songs of yearning (बिरहा), sung by a बिरहन, a woman in longing. Why? Because spring is here, but the one she wants to experience it with is not.

The amount of मटका-s and सुराही-s I've broken as a kid and as a teen in summers is insane. I don't know how my parents found the courage to forgive me each time. We used to buy it in UP during summer vacation but never were able to carry it to Mumbai. All thanks to me.

The Amount Of मटका-s And सुराही-s I've Broken As A Kid And As A Teen In Summers Is

सुराही-s have those intricate details and my mother is fond of such pottery. And I've broken multiple. It's the American equivalent of breaking your mother's favourite vase or favourite china dish

matke ka paani has no right to be so goddamn delicious!
