ES || Hoy os traigo una idea genial para los y las más pequeñitas de las casa, genial para amenizar estos días de calor tan sumamente intenso: un libro mágico de baño! Aunque aún no tengo las muestras y no os lo puedo enseñar, en su interior encontrareis diferentes animalitos con los colores del arco iris, pero “sorpresa!” su color solo aparecerá si los mojas!! Es una súper divertida manera de descubrir y experimentar los colores! La verdad es que ha quedado monísimo! Que ganas que tengo de tenerlo entre mis manos y hundirlo en el agua… Si os gusta ya podéis encontrarlo en vuestras librerías de confianza, en amazon, la casa del libro y sitios similares. Espero que paséis bien estos días de calor, hidrataros mucho, comed frutas (los que podéis) y pensad en los osos polares cuando dudéis si es necesario el aire acondicionado! Siempre he sido una enamorada de la naturaleza por este motivo ha sido un placer aportar mi granito de arena para intentar concienciar sobre el importante problema que generan los plásticos sobretodo cuando acaban en el mar destrozando todo el ecosistema marino. Evitemos los plásticos de un solo uso para tener un océano limpio y lleno de vida, un pequeño gesto puede hacer mucho! 🐋💙

I have always loved nature for this reason it has been a pleasure to try to raise awareness about the important problem that plastics generate, especially when they end up at sea destroying the entire marine ecosystem. ES|| Mi conejito de pascua en cambio de ir a buscar huevos se ha ido a ver las estrellas de cerca! Os imagináis un mundo donde los conejos pudiesen construir sus naves aeroespaciales, ser astronautas y ir a charlar con los planetas? Sus cascos tendrían que ser gigantes para poder albergar sus largas orejas! 

EN || Instead of looking for eggs, my Easter bunny has gone to see the stars up close! Can you imagine a world where rabbits could build their own spaceships, be astronauts and go have a chat with the planets? Their helmets would have to be gigantic to accommodate their long ears!

ES || Para esta época del año, con tantas supuestas lluvias y cambios de temperatura, es genial despertarse y beber en ayunas un vaso de agua tibia con limón. Es un remedio natural que ayuda a las defensas, ya que aporta vitamina C, potasio y flavononas, favorece la digestión y además es depurativo y alcalinizante. La receta es fácil, exprimir el jugo de un limón, poner a calentar un vaso de agua hasta que este tibia y, finalmente, añadir el jugo del limón al agua caliente. Si quieres darle un toque más cítrico y potenciar los beneficios del limón, en cambio de solo calentar el agua puedes hervirla con unos trozos de piel del mismo limón, después la dejas enfriar hasta que este tibia y le añades el jugo del limón! Como con todos los remedios no a todo el mundo le van bien las mismas cosas, mi recomendación es escuchar a tu propio cuerpo. ENG || One of the things I miss the most these days is nature. Although I’ve my little plants on the balcony, they pale in comparison to the green fields full of flowers and bees. I’ve to admit that, every day, one of the moments that make me smile is when I see a neighbor's cat sharing a hobby with me: observe the birds while they eat medlars of a street’s tree. What a pity that this past week they have finished them all! Now I’ll only be able to read about them, draw and dream them ... ESP || Una de las cosas que más echo de menos estos días es la naturaleza. Aunque tengo mis plantitas en la terraza, estas palidecen en comparación con los campos verdes llenos de flores y abejas. Tengo que reconocer que, cada día ,uno de los momentos que me sacan una sonrisa es cuando veo al gato de unos vecinos compartiendo una afición conmigo: observar los pájaros que se comen los nísperos de un árbol de la calle. Que lástima que esta pasada semana se los hayan terminado absolutamente todos! Ahora solo me quedará leer sobre ellos, dibujarlos y soñarlos... CAT || Una de les coses que més trobo a faltar aquests dies és la natura. Tot i que tinc les meves plantetes a la terrassa, aquestes no són res en comparació amb els camps verds plens de flors i abelles. He de reconèixer que, cada dia, un dels moments que em treuen un somriure és quan veig el gat d'uns veïns compartint una afició amb mi: observar els ocells que es mengen les nespres d'un arbre del carrer. Quina llàstima que aquesta setmana passada se'ls hagin acabat absolutament tots! Ara només em queda llegir sobre ells, dibuixar-los i somiar-los ...  ESP || Hoy os enseño una parte del proceso de la ilustración del libro lleno de naturaleza y aventuras. Aquí podéis ver todos las ilustraciones de personajes del proyecto. Aunque se vean pequeñitos en la ilustración final cuando los pinto son bastante grandes y están realizados en acuarela y tinta china.  ENG || Today I show you part of the process of the illustration with the book full of nature and adventures. Here you can see all the character illustrations of the project. Although they look tiny in the final illustration when I paint them, they’re quite large and made in watercolor and ink.

ES|| Este conejo no es una sirena, aunque poco le falta. El conejo más aventurero del mundo, después de viajar al espacio a conocer los planetas y las estrellas, se ha aficionado a ponerse el neopreno y las aletas y salir a explorar uno de los mundos más desconocidos del planeta Tierra, el océano. Todos los dibujos están inspirados en animales marinos reales, podéis reconocer alguno de ellos? Si tuviera que escoger uno de estos animalitos para poder verlo de cerca creo que me quedaría con la ballena, la tortuga o uno de los peces globo, aunque todos me parecen bastante curiosos y el mundo marino, en general, es impresionantemente rico, aún me sorprendo descubriendo peces de colores y formas que no imaginaba posibles y, además, todavía estamos descubriendo nuevas especies. 🐋🐡🐠

All the drawings are inspired by real marine animals, can you recognize any of them? If I had to choose one of these little animals to see up close, I think I’d choose the blue whale, the turtle or one of the puffer fish, although all the creatures in there seem quite interesting to me and the marine world, in general, is impressively rich, I still surprise myself by discovering fish of colors and shapes that I did not imagine possible and, furthermore, we are still discovering new species. 🐋🐡🐠
