Jack: *comforting a little* You don’t need to act like something you’re not for people to like you
Spot: Yeah just accept the fact that no one likes you and move on
Spot: When you share really personal shit about yourself and it’s fine in the moment and you feel good but then a few hours later you’re like “why did I say that?!?!” And your brain is literally flickering the lights on and off saying “Welcome to hell!!! Welcome to hell!!!”
Spot: People always shoot down my ideas and I’m sick of it. Two sentences in and everyone’s already shouting “what the fuck that’s illegal” or “you can’t do that”. Like dear god just let me talk.

Race: Do you think Spot Conlon has feelings?
Albert: I will tell you one last time. Shut. The. Fuck. Up.
Spot: I have the sharpest memory. Name one thing I’ve forgotten.

🍪 As Mush drifted to sleep while waiting for his friends. He dreamed of being the owner of a nice coffee shop, where people meet and maybe even find love.

⏱ Tick tock. Tick tock. The sound of the clock wakes Mush from his slumber. He looks up to see the time. OH GEEZ, it’s Midnight already! Where are his friends?!

🧪🪄 “So ummm..” Spot stared blankly at his friends “what am I supposed to be doing with this?!” He held up the two gifts Mush gave him, an empty potion bottle and a “magic” wand. “It’s a memento” Mush said with a smile “to remember your first Halloween with us!” :D

🧙♀️ Although a bit scared, Spot couldn’t help but be excited at all the mouth-watering food he’ll be able to eat at Mush’s place. It was no secret that Mush and his family were great cooks. They even owned one of the best restaurants in town.

🌹 AHHH what’s that on Mush’s face?! It’s just a mixture food coloring dripping to his chin. Mush’s vampire costume isn’t complete without it.

👯 Nobody expected David “Davey” Jacobs and Sean “Spot” Conlon to get along. Davey was known as talkative in class while Spot was silent and closed off. It came as a surprise to people to see the two start talking to each other, bonding over a shared love of classic literature and being tired of the silly antics of their friends.
🎃 It’s Halloween and the duo are dressed in costume. Sean’s a king and Davey’s a famous news reporter.

Newsies but Spot Conlon and Racetrack Higgins’ roles have been reversed.
It’s the same but Spot Conlon is now one of the Manhattan Newsies and Racetrack Higgins is the “King of Brooklyn.” Spot used to be head of Brooklyn but retired to Manhattan and Race took over his position. When Jack and Davey go to meet Race in an attempt to convince him to join the strike they find him in Sheepshead Bay, eagerly watching the races.
