"I'm not buying it. You can't be serious, Ma" You already knew that Miles was dismissive but not this bad. He didn't even look at you. Making you feel all but tinier.
"Do you even know what you just asked me?" He gave you a look that seemed judgmental but genuinely curious at the same time. Still clearly and disbelief that you propose such a thing.
"All I asked, was that I can help you be the Prowler N' shit. You know I'm smart and I scored the highest on every fitness test so you know I'm athletic and come on it's just a huge waste of poten-"
"Ma, this ain't a fucking game!" He looked genuinely annoyed. "This Prowler shit goes way beyond what you're assuming. It's dangerous not only is it dangerous but it's something private. I never should've told you about it in the first place I don't need a sidekick cuz I work alone. Plus how would I be able to live with myself 'f sumthin' bad happened to you. Picking his gaze up from the ground he looks at the buildings in the distance. Having an amazing view of the city from the building where you guys sat. With a sigh, he redirects his attention to you. "Look, I really care about you. More than anything else in this fucking world. And I'm not gonna risk losing everything so you can fuck around. Y'r too important for that..."
Silence filled the atmosphere besides the quiet wind that blows through your hair. "Miles... I'm aware of the dangers of being the Prowler or having any type of association with him. But I care about you more than anything. Plus, y'know I'm too crazy to give a fuck about safety."
You scooted closer to miles with a crazy smile plastered on your face. He still looked indifferent and kept his gaze at the cars riding under his dangling feet. "C'monnnnn Miles!" He didn't change the look on his face or his gaze.

Mary put the pencil she was holding down and looked at her creation. Peter was sitting in Richard’s chair with his head resting in his arms on the table. He looked so innocent then, with his cherub cheeks, wide eyes, and freckles, but the question that fell from his mouth was so complex.
How could a robot understand morality?
“Yes,” Mary said.

When Tony Stark recovers a shut down cyborg on a routine Hydra raid, he makes it his own personal mission to get the bot working again.
This story idea has been floating around my head for a long time! I only have a couple chapters written, but it's been an interesting one to play around with. Peter Parker or 'SPY-DER' is a decommissioned Hydra killing machine created by none other than Richard and Mary Parker. In Tony's excitement to apply the Ultron program to his Iron Legion, he accidentally wakes up not one, but two murder bots.
So, Iron Dad fans, what if... this isn't really cut? I mean, we didn't see when they separated, what if, before they separated but after the cut of scene we saw in Endgame this really happened, and what if we see the whole scene at the start of Far From Home?

a running joke between my best friend (cis guy) and me (trans nonbinary) is he'll ask me to rank a group of characters/people from most to least transphobic and one time he had me rank every named character in the spiderman ps4 game. everything was going smoothly, everything correct, and then i got to screwball and had to reconcile my deep hatred for her with the fact that she is 100% absolutely trans. it was a dark day.

I think Spider-man should keep his identity a MAJOR SECRET.
The way people perceive him and treat him rely on NOT knowing who he is. Especially other heros! It is so much more entertaining to see that tension and those misunderstandings, instead of just using, "i have cameras around the city" or "I literately stalked you". It is so much funnier for these highly trainer spies and trackers to just- lose him, at a street corner or something. cameras everywhere except that one blind spot he always disappears from. For some reason all photos of him are blurry and unfocused, and his mask always rips in just the right spot so that you can't actually see his face. It fits with the Parker Luck (tm), because his life would probably be easier if they just figured it out- but they can't, because he's a slippery fast elusive vigilante that never sticks around. Who's actually just incredibly unlucky and late for class. which I think is far more hilarious.
I think its what the MCU made me miss, because in the literal first movie of his, everyone knows his age, identity, friendship, house. HIS villian, knows who he is, and this isn't like, kingpin or Green Gobiln its...THE VULTURE??? LIKE- okay i guess everyone can know about the ONLY character that had a secret identity? every other hero is a world recognized super star at that point, why must you take this one too? Wheres the funny "why do your socks look like that peter?" when he's wearing his suit under a robe, or the frantic pulling away of his backpack whenever someone gets close. We lose so much tension between his friends too, ned already knows, MJ already probably knows, flash is too dumb to figure it out, and other characters either don't matter or care about it, or move away. AUNT MAY knows so those phone calls where he's trying to come up with an excuse while at a bank robbery? literately robbed from us.
