i feel like when Khan was younger (probably around Uzi’s age, maybe a little older. idk, open to interpretation lol), during the time where he was still working for the humans and would definitely get physically abused by them, he learned to handle pain pretty well— and at the same time developed a high pain tolerance; basically to the point where pain just became a minor problem; for example, it wasn’t a main priority for him to cure an injury as soon as possible.

Why I bring this up is cause I find it kinda ironic that Khan probably handles an injury, no mater what severity it is, as an annoying inconvenience, while he is horrible at handling his emotional pain.

Like. C’mon. You’ve seen the guy.

Literally locks his problems behind a door, drowns in his grief of the loss of Nori by putting all of her kooky insane stuff in a closet (and that could be implying that he sometimes goes to that closet just to loathe) and using doors as an unhealthy coping mechanism in fear of failing everyone, so he could follow Nori’s wishes with her idea, and protect the colony of course. But in the end, it ended up hurting everyone who depended on him, drew him far away from his daughter, and not even realizing that he was hurting Uzi, he (in denial, mind you) thought he was doing the right thing.

But then he acts completely chill as he literally floats in the air in episode 7, very clearly signifying that he does not really fear physical danger (unless it’s a Murder Drone bc that’s a trigger for him. last time that happened, he got a PTSD panic attack infront of Uzi in the Pilot lmao /lh) plus also impling that this isn’t his first rodeo. Crazy shit like that has just become normal to him.

Which I don’t think I can pick if that is kinda funny, or just tragically saddening.

oh yeah, i forgot to mention that i have been sick since like- two days ago(5/21) yippeeeee 🤡 /srs

I’m sorry to report, but I unfortunately realized just now that this comic’s writing is not accurate and can not be continued.

Since I’m never gonna share it now, imma just give ya’ll a jist of what this even was;

Post-canon situation where Uzi gets pissed at Khan (for whatever reason- idek wth I was thinking when I wrote this shit- 💀), Khan gets in his feelings about it because he feels like Uzi doesn’t love him and basically the rest of it is Nori comforting him.

Sooo… u might be wondering; “ how is this comic ‘ inaccurate ’ ? ”

wELL…☝️🤠 the reason why this is so stupidly inaccurate is because;

UZI WOULD NOT SHOW THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS KHAN ANYMORE BECAUSE BOTH HAVE ALREADY SOLVED THAT ISSUE BETWEEN THEMSELVES ON HOW THEY BOTH LOVE ONE ANOTHER, AND KHAN WOULD NOT GET IN HIS FEELINGS AND THINK THAT UZI DOES NOT LOVE HIM BECAUSE HE HAS ALREADY BEEN GIVEN THE CONFORMATION THAT UZI TRULY DOES LOVE HER FATHER BACK.

And sure, father and daughter can have their disagreements and quarrels, BUT IT WAS NOT WRITTEN IN THE RIGHT WAY ON HOW IT WAS GOING TO PORTRAY THAT- 😭😭😭

Random explanation time for my (one of many- 💀) self-indulgent design choices (/lh) yipeeee

I feel like the reason why Khan and Nori would be the only married drones to have an actual wedding band (and of course because that is a human tradition) is cause Nori (obviously) has been around humans for most of her life, and I like to think that (since she is a HUGE nerdy dork) she would definitely try to "research" stuff about them and find out about "cool stuff" (also she definitely would have gotten hyperfixated on the topic and started info dumping about humans to Khan lol-)

Basically what I'm trying to say here is that when Nori found out about the common human tradition of a married couple both wearing a ring, she wanted to do that kinda thing with Khan. And Khan just rolled with it because he loves her so much and would do anything to make her smile. (He loves his kooky wife <33)

Y’know what? Fuck it, Khan angst (+ Khori angst) info dump.

Obviously when N and Uzi were confirmed to be in a relationship with one another, Nori was not happy about the idea of- y’know- her daughter dating the thing that “killed” her, (/lh) but honestly, I feel like the “grudge” that Nori held (at least how I interpret it as) wasn’t much against the fact that N’s species was literally the thing that presumably killed her, but more like a “mom going into protective mode because her daughter is dating someone who she is suspicious of because of worrying that this person is not a good influence on her kid” kinda thing.

I’d like to think, in post-canon logic, that Nori would have at some point came around because she realized how much of a positive impact N has made on Uzi’s life. How much N genuinely cares for and loves Uzi—that he is good for her.

Nori would also have eventually came around and forgave both N and V. Of course she’ll never forgive their species as a whole, but Nori understands that it wasn’t their choice— N and V are still their own people behind all the murder.

This is something Nori has at this point (at least I would hope to believe so) has long processed fully and now is at peace with. She has moved on from her past— because if she wasn’t, for example, her main focus might wouldn’t have been find the patch to save Uzi, it would have probably been destroy all the murder drones to take revenge. And plus, it has been implied already that the events of her getting attacked has an extremely long time gap between the time when the pov of Uzi in the show actually starts. She has long moved on from all of it. She’s living in the present.

So basically TL;DR,

Nori has long moved on from the events in her past. She has learned to accept what happened and moved on long ago. It’s in the past now. She can’t stay stuck in it forever.

So here is where the Khan (+ Khori angst) comes in. 😈😈😈

Like I have just stated, Nori has moved on.

But Khan… still has not.

Khan definitely has never gotten the chance to process everything that has happened in the past— he is still holding that grudge because of all the pent up rage, sadness, and guilt that he has never learned to properly process. Because of his poor coping mechanisms/skills, he bottles up— he would try everything he can to make sure no one would ever see this kind of weakness in him. Ever. He just can’t allow that. Not right now…

So I feel like the conflict between these two situations could lead up to some kind of… important plot-point!

Nori tries to help Khan move on from his past, Khan learns how to process his emotions better, and at the same time, they both develop as people and grow stronger in their relationship with one another!

My honest reaction to discovering that someone wrote a MD fic with a queerphobic Khan:

Ik, very random and out of context, but I over heard from @electronix-arts about it. 💀

Random info about Khan that I’m implementing onto his character in my Murder Drones continuation/sequel. Also sprinkled some Khori in here. >:3

Basically an info dump about a character that i have projected onto a lot. 💀

Just as a bonus so ppl can at the same time learn more about me as well, certain attributes that apply to myself are marked with this star! —> ☆

ANYWAY- here’s the actual info lol:

He’s an extremely anxious person.

Has panic attacks occasionally due to his PTSD :( It doesn’t help that the episodes happen more frequently than before.

He barely gets any sleep; has really bad dark-circles as a result.

Very skittish; the type of guy to scream like a girl when he’s startled. Also very clumsy.

Horrible at hiding stuff; especially his emotions. Thinks he’s doing a good job at it, but he can’t fool anyone; especially Nori.

He’s a nervous wreck; he has very low self esteem and barely has any self confidence. Has insecure body language most of the time— hands up close to his chest, always looking down, etc.

Very sensitive and highly sympathetic. ☆

Tries to act like the tough-guy, but secretly is a big softy.

Thinks that showing any other emotion than happiness isn’t okay. As a result, he bottles up and represses his true feelings/emotions a lot. Nori always tells him that it’s okay to not be okay.

Does a lot of self-soothing fidgets; arm, wrist, and hand rubbing. Crosses his arms a lot when insecure, and avoids eye contact when he’s upset.

Chews on or just holds his fingers (mostly just his pointer finger) in his mouth when he’s stressed or in deep thought. ☆

He’s autistic. >:3

Does hand/wrist flaps, is sensitive to loud sounds, and gets overstimulated very easily. ☆

Is iffy with touch or any kind of physical contact; feels uncomfortable when given direct affection; especially without permission. ☆

When he’s upset, he usually doesn’t want to be touched. It fully depends on the situation and his current mood; he needs consent for physical contact. ☆

Nori always asks him if it’s okay to touch his shoulder and/or back, or if she’s allowed to give him a hug. Nori wants to make sure that he feels safe, but also wants him to feel comfortable.

Extremely touch starved; is horrible at hiding it.

Blushes very easily. Not used to compliments; or any kind of praise for that matter. He gets flustered when Nori is physically close to him; mostly an effect from his touch starvation.

He completely melts in Nori’s embrace. He sometimes purrs when he’s really happy and content in Nori’s arms. He’s like a giant cat (HEHE, PURRING DRONES HEADCANON GO BRR 😈 ✨💅)

He is the little spoon and Nori is the big spoon.

He has multiple small scars across his body. Mostly on his back, torso, chest, and arms. Has small scratches on his hands and legs, but they’re not easily noticeable.

Very insecure about his scars. He thinks they’re an eyesore, but Nori reminds him that scars can be beautiful.

Has broken humor. He laughs at bad jokes and is extremely outdated with current humor.

Very sassy. Uzi gets her stubbornness and smart-ass attitude from him.

Crosses his legs when he sits. ☆

He doesn’t like to swear and prefers not to. He pretty much only swears when provoked first. And when he does swear, it’s on very rare occasions when he’s furiously angry.

He in general is a very chill guy. He is terrifying when he’s angry. When he’s mad, you just know that something really pissed him off. He doesn’t get ticked off for no reason.

When he’s upset, it’s common for him to shut down; he sometimes goes mute as well. Nori tries to communicate with him using her visor. (Like that one scene in Ep 6 where N and Uzi were talking to each other with text popping up on their visors).

Knows SL! (ASL specifically). Sign generally makes it easier and more comfortable for him to communicate (in certain cases where he doesn’t want to use verbal communication). Nori also knows SL! She learned it especially for him. :3

Is uncomfortable with eye contact in general. He only really makes eye contact when it’s necessary for certain social interactions. ☆

I think that’s it?? Idk- I’ll probably add more later if I remember anything else that I could have forgotten.

Random asf, but I remembered just now that one time a few years ago, I got a comment on a YT video that I posted about one of my OCs, and I showed the character’s backstory; btw, a VERY angsty one involving major character death and violence, and the commenter basically told me to get therapy. 💀

Like dawg, have you actually EVER seen other ppl’s OC backstories?? /genq

I have seen SO MANY instances of people creating characters and traumatizing the SHIT out of them CAUSE THEY CAN. That’s just how artists work lmfao- 💀 /lh
