I know my entire page is Critical Role stuff but I do have other interests— I had this idea and just need to get it out into the world.

Can someone please make an animatic of Jim and Claire from Tales of Arcadia using “Will You Fall In Love With Me Again?” From Epic: The Musical? I keep imagining Jim asking Claire after he goes back in time after the end of ROTT. It’s a little too perfect, I mean Claire was the one to say he shouldn’t stop trying to make her fall for him in other timelines.

rewatched the entirety of tales of arcadia, 3 series and .... the movie..

and and i came across and idea somewhere i forgot where, of combining the httyd + Tao universes!

to be clear, i don't mean in a crossover where to franchises meet but the lore being combined into one universe ahah, so events in httyd still happened then idk years and years later toothless the king of dragons is still alive but ancient and has met the champion of arcadia, the trollhunter Jim!

It's been well, so long since his dragons have interacted with humans, so it was quite surprising to see one enter his secret home,

don't have much story or lore in it yet, it is just a fun thought for now, having toothless meet new ppl that remind him of his old friends

sometimes they resemble them a lil too much..

did i mention he talks here now? I dubious choice but idk, i think it would be fun

Claire to jedna z moich ulubionych postaci. Jest świetnie zarysowana już w tych pierwszych odcinkach. Jak postać i osoba, której życie nie kręci się wokół protagonisty, jednocześnie będąc miłą, dobrą osobą.

Jasne, rozumie, że Jim ma sporo na głowie. Rozumie, że ma swoje problemy i może sztuka nie jest jego priorytetem.

Ale ta sztuka jest ważna dla niej. A Jim sam zgłosił się na casting, do roli jednej z głównych postaci. Podjął się tego, a jeśli się z tego nie wywiąże, to nie będzie tylko jego problem. To będzie problem też dla niej.

Claire to nie tylko love interest, ale postać z krwi i kości, z własną osobowością, pragnieniami i celami. I nie będzie się uginać tylko dlatego, że protagonista jest odważny, dzielny i ratuje świat.

No i ogromny szacunek, że ktoś nie reaguje pozytywnie na odpowiadanie przemocą na przemoc.

Actually on that Note how would they Explain Baby Enrique to People Not in the Trollhunters Circle? Accidental Baby Acquisition? Adoption? Would Claire Parent Him? Would She and Jim Co-Parent??

More on the topic of Merlin being a piece of shit

Merlin did expect Jim to be a teen. He said it himself. He said he’s been off by 14 years, which would, if we assume that it’s +14 years, and not that he expected Jim to be 2 yo, which would bring our boy to 30.

Can you imagine the actual difference that would have made???

A 30 yo is an adult, with formed believes and some established achievements. A 30 yo finished high school, went to college, finished college, had a job, had a long-term relationship, maybe even lived apart from his mother, basically someone who already has some sort of personal individual existence. A 30 yo is fully responsible for his decisions, or at least should be. A 30 yo has life experiences to fall back on.

A 16 yo has none of that.

And Merlin understands that. Merlin makes a choice for him, knowing full well that this child with anxiety and issues and a protector complex will do as planned if the pressure is applied in all the right places. Which is exactly what he did.

Honestly, I need a fic where James Lake Jr, a 30 yo man who works at a local high cuisine restaurant and also is part-time Home Ec teacher at Arcadia High who, on the way to school in the morning discovers the amulet.

I need his gf, who he lives with, the leading actress of the town’s troupe, to be strangely concerned for him picking glowing stuff on the street.

I need his best friend, the headliner of the Arcadia Radio Station, to be convinced that Maybe We Should Not Talk About This On The Radio.

I want Jim in the teacher’s lounge at 10 am drinking bad coffee and making fun of Strickler cause “Man, you must really age well, since you look EXACTLY the same as you did when you taught me history. You are what, sixty now?”

I want Barbara, the head of the clinic, asking Jim over dinner if he is ever going to marry that girl, because it looks like the two of them are pretty damn ready for that. She is not asking for grandchildren, that’s their deal, but it’s been a while since she has been to a nice wedding.

And most importantly, I want Jim to look Merlin in the eye and tell him to fuck off.

A small little girl with ash blond locks can be seen standing in the shadows. A woman with cinnamon brown hair, and gold eyes is yelling at a man and woman. The man had black hair and ruby eyes was yelling back. The final woman had mocha brown hair and artic eyes was screaming back. The little girl just stood and watch the fight. Tilting her head she begins to walk to the artic eyed woman. Only to be backhanded onto the floor. 

The little girl got up from the ground with the help of a man with black hair, and the tips of his hands black. The man wipes the tears from the little girls face. The man whisperers

 An older version of the little girl woke with a start. The girl known as Odette stared at her lap, hands pulling her hair. Feeling a hand on her arm she jumps up. Looking up all she sees is her foster brother Toby. The concerned look on Toby’s face was all she needed to see, Odette knew she needed to clam down. Breathing in and out her ash blond hair goes in her face. Moving her bangs to the side her forest green eyes meet Toby’s emerald eyes. A smile graces her face as she pulls her hair.

“Good morning too you too Toby.” Odette yawns. Stretching a sun beam shines in her face. Flinching she squints, opening her eye she see the window open. Confused Odette looks at Toby but he just smiles and hands her a gift bag. Tilting her head she opens the bag. In the bag is a black tennis skirt, grey short sleeve shirt, and a pair of black converse. Looking at Toby with a smile Odette hugs Toby.

“Thank you Toby this is very nice” Odette exclaims. 

“No problem. I just thought you would want a new outfit for your first day of real high school. Nana helped me pick out the outfit, I don’t really know what your fashion look is but I thought this was a good start. Plus we have to go get Jimbo from his house. Remember him I told you all about him.” Toby explains. 

Nodding her head Odette gets out of bed and goes to the bathroom. Odette cleans her hair, washes her face, brushes her teeth, and does her hair. Odette pulls her hair into a ponytail then braids it loosely. Walking out of the bathroom Odette goes to the kitchen. Toby throws her an apple and the pair walk out the door. 

As they get to the garage Toby puts in the passcode. As Odette grabs her skateboard Toby grabs his bike. They make there way across the road to see a boy cleaning up garbage. As the two talk Odette just stands there shuffling. The raven haired boy looks at Odette confused.

“Toby who is this”Jim states pointing at Odette confused. “Oh that’s Odette my new sister” Toby beams putting an arm around her shoulder. Odette just smiles quickly, then the smile disappears and she just looks at the floor.

“I’m James but everyone calls me Jim. So your staying with Toby, umm yo-you look really nice.” Jim blurts. As Jim gets a good look at her he sees the small ring of pure black around her forest green eyes.  Odette’s rose pink lips. The dark circles under her eyes, the light flush to her cheeks. The way some strands of her ash blond hair fall out of her braid. 

“Oh here Toby I made lunch sorry I didn’t make you one if I had known”Jim starts. A light chuckle comes from Odettes lips. “I’m a pescatarian, and you made meatloaf. Don’t worry let’s go to school, or we’ll be late.” Odette giggles.

As the Jim and Toby ride bikes Odette skateboards next to Jim. Jim notices that she is falling behind so he stops. Titling her head Odette looks at Jim confused, but he just motions her to grab the back of his bike. As the group get closer to the canal Jim forgets Odette is holding on and he jumps into the canal. A smirk comes on her face as she does a flip with her board and lands near Jim. 

Jim looks at Odette with an odd look when her remembers that she was riding on the back of his bike. “ODETTE I’M SO SORRY I FORGOT THAT YOU WERE HOLDING ON TOO MY BIK- do you hear that. Is someone calling our names” Jim questions. A shocked look comes over Odettes face and she nods her head. The pair looks around and notice a pile of rock. Slowly the two walk over to it.

How Trollhunters made me terrifed of Highschool. (A Life story)

Ahem hello world, no I am not dead. Now thats out of the way:

Here is how Trollhunters planted a fear in my head before I went to highschool. For those who don't know i'm currently 16. Which means I am now in my final year of Highschool, But it also means i've had this fear for around 6 years and now it's comeing true.

What is this fear you ask? How does it link to trollhunters? I'll tell you.

Do any of you remember that one episode where Jim has to turn small to catch a gnome? And in the process, miss a day of school and miss being there to a spanish exam? Well I remember it well.

And no, my fear isn't missing a school test. But it is to do with learning a forgien language. Back when i watched trollhunters for the first time, I was learning Spanish in my Primary school. And i hated it. I just couldn't memerise anything that was said but hey i was 9 or 10 soooo. Moving back to the episode.

Jim's exam was a speaking exam. A freaking speaking exam. My little mind couldn't handle the fear of having to 1) Speak infront of anyone at school. And 2) Speak in a language that isn't English.

So the fear of one day having to do it stuck in my mind all that time. And it made me scared that once i'm in a highschool i would have to do that exam.

Time passes. And i was put into a class to learn German. Do i like German? No. Did i get a choice? Hahahaha no. No i DID not. Anyway so that fear climbed it's way back to the front of my mind. And stayed there.

And ALSO i only stayed in that class because i "Knew how to do the work that one else did" WELL TEACHER, MABYE THAT'S BECAUSE THE ANSWERS WERE ON THE BACK OF THE BOOKLET AND NO BODY ELSE BOTHERED TO NOTICE!. Ahem. So now i'm stuck not only doing German, but the harder course. I barley understood the normal course.

And you guessed it, I have to do a speaking exam before i leave the school. And it's the thing i've been dreading since i was young.

So yea, thats my story. If i'm still hear by the time i finish school i'll tell the story of how it went. BUT until then. I will just be thinking of how everytime i rewatched that one trollhunters episode i got shivers before i even got into highschool, all because of the speaking exam.

The second chapter to the start of anew if out sorry that it took awhile with school starting I've been a little bit stressed but chapter will be out soon.

The first chapter of the rewrite ending is out on my wattpad you and find it under Randomfangirl663 now its only a recap of the ending where they find toby there are some spelling errors in the book im sorry.

I have finally decided on how im going to rewrite the ending but im not going to start writing it till tonight and after I'm done writing some of it if anyone would like to check it because im not the best at writing ill send it to you.

So please tell me that I was not the only one who thought that they where going to bring back every character in Rise of the titans back when they first announced that they where making it or is it just me.

So i think that im going to try to write a different ending to the movie on here or wattpad in a way that makes sense on how they could have ended the movie and have an ending that makes everyone happy because I am finally done crying into my Blinky plushie over this stupid ending.
