Reminder That Executive Function/ Task Paralysis Isn’t Force-of-will-able For The Most Part

I found a good rock at the river. Dunno what kinda rock but it’s a good one.

Has anyone else thought about how weird it is that we regularly get random strangers’ voices in our heads - singing/humming/whistling/rapping etc?

Bc I’m laying here hearing some random guy humming in my own head and it has struck me as odd all of the sudden

Imagine a faerie as a retail employee - like -

"Hello would you like to join our rewards program?"

"Uuuh... sure!"

"Alright, can I have your name and number? :)"

Today I saw a cute and odd mutt.

Doggo had the silhouette of an Aussie, face and size of a retriever, and color pattern of a husky. They were white and a greyish tan.

Shoutout to my favorite moment in the sound of music:

Most insane things I’ve seen while on the road:

- mattress on the highway got ran over by a semi. It went under, the semi waddled, the mattress bunched up, then ejected out the other end like a frog. No one was injured.

- “saw” (heard) a boom as a car passed us on a two way. Looking behind, the car was sideways and smoking. We were not hit and did not hit. We assumed a tire blew or something.

- 3 separate 2 car accidents on the same stretch of highway, separated by like a mile each

- Like 17 broken apart black baby dolls on the road. All different brands and not even slightly in one piece?? I have so many questions????

- A deer ran into us. Into the side of our car.

- A gas price that started with a $1.

- A car with red headlights. Or maybe flipped rear and front lights. Or maybe it was somehow driving backwards on the highway…

- A dude on a bicycle that was also a light-up unicorn. It reminded me of that scene in merry poppies with the carousel race.

Did you know that you have a face

I like the round ones. And the vivid color ones. And the funky stripey scarred looking ones.

I like to smash them open and look inside and stuff them in my pockets so I have chipmunk cheek cargo pants

Arright my more experienced friends, I need some brainstorming. Some ideas, if you will.

One of my favorite sweatshirts has finally gone from “I’ll just say this spill happened today” stained to “This is a paint shirt” stained

But. So has a whole load of my laundry. So! I want to save, at the very least, the whale and some of the flowers (embroidered directly onto the fabric, from Jeana Draws).

I have no idea what to do though. If it was a patch, I’d remove it and place it somewhere else. If it was just the sleeves or just the body, I’d just remove one or the other and see new bits on. Alas, motor oil and a machine washed chapstick have attacked both.

Any ideas on how to recycle these bits into something else wearable?
