Also I liked the way humor is delivered? Like the way it catches me off-guard makes it so good.

ALSO. THE FREAKING. REFERENCES. IN THE SERIES. First, FREAKING TETHYS AND CHARIS FROM M'S MERFOLK SERIES?!?!?! DEMETRIOS WAS THE GUY THEY WERE CHASING AFTER??????
