Perjalanan yang panjang

Selamat senin malam, kamu.

Semoga segala lelahmu dalam bertebaran dimuka bumi mencari rizki Allah senantiasa diberkahi . Hari kemarin , minggu 16 Desember 2018 hari yang sangat amat panjang, bukan karena waktu yang aku habiskan tetapi karena betapa banyak hikmah Allah disetiap jalan yang ku tapaki. Dimulai dipagi hari saat berdiri di peron 2 stasiun lempuyangan bersama dengan berpuluh-puluh orang lainnya yang tentu saja memiliki tujuan yang sama, berebut tempat duduk di kereta jarak dekat ini. Alhamdullilah beruntung, walau aku tidak menjadi yang pertama memasuki pintu kereta, aku tetap mendapatkan tempat duduk.

Begitulah hidup bukan ? Memasuki kereta diibaratkan seperti memasuki dunia. Berkompetisi untuk mencari tempat duduk walau harus berlari2 dari gerbong satu ke gerbong yang lain adalah seperti mencari rejeki di dunia ini. Terkadang kau harus melangkah lebih jauh sampai keujung gerbong untuk mendapat bangku kosong, meski kau terakhir dalam mendapatkan bangku dibanding penumpang lainnya, toh intinya tetap sama, sama2 dapat tempat duduk

Lain cerita dengan apabila kamu sudah berlari kesana kemari tetapi sudah penuh semua, jangan khawatir kamu masih bisa berdiri di antara gerbong, di dalam situ juga terdapat pegangan yang sudah dipersiapkan untuk penumpang berdiri. Jangan khawatir rejekimu memang seperti itu, toh nantinya penumpang yang berdiri maupun yang duduk akan sampai pada tujuan yang sama.

Lantas bagaimana dengan penumpang yang jika menemui gerbongnya sudah penuh tapi enggan untuk mencari ke gerbong yang lain ? Entahlah, antara sudah bersyukur atau berfikir positof bahwa gerbong yang lain juga sudah penuh.

Satu pelajaran berharga yang didapat dari naik kereta jarak dekat jogja -solo. Alhamdullilah terima kasih ya Allah diantara hikmah2 dan pelajaran menarik hari kemarin itulah yang terindah .

What’s the one thing that always cheers you up? Post a photo of it, take a GIF, or illustrate it. Toss a sticker on it, if you’d like.

Never forget that you are valid! Post a selfie with “valid” sticker (see below).

Make a list of things you like about yourself.

Make a checklist of 5 acts of self-care you promise to do for yourself this week.

Make an audio post with a song that helps you zone out and re-energize.

Dear You

First, love yourself. These words aren’t merely part of some feel-good slogan; in a modern, hyper-commercialized world where we have become the product, society is filled with messages preying on our insecurities. Telling us why we aren’t good enough, why we aren’t thin enough, why our eyebrows are too sparse to ever consider ourselves beautiful, why we need to wake up at 4 a.m. to go to the gym and squeeze productivity into every second of the day, all slapped under the guise of self-improvement. These messages are addicting for the promises they contain: if we just eat a little more salad, if we could just lose a few more pounds, we can finally be happy. It’s a double-edged sword. Know that you are a fluid being. You are not a stagnant lump of rock; you are a living, breathing, growing human being, and you are the sum of your choices and experiences. But also: know that you are enough. Yes, you with all your beautiful flaws and messy imperfections and awkward pauses and craving for carbs or whatever else is supposed to be evil these days. You are more than enough, right now. You are beautiful and you deserve to be happy in your own skin Embrace all the insecurity. We built with incredible  and unique character that does mean,  there no creature on earth as same as you. We merely need to be process our mine  and always move. Thriving our skills become master in that field. No one better than anyone else if we talk about skill. Go ahead and rich your dream! Just run. If one day you will found that you lost and getting so sad. Everything was so mess. Remembered that I would tell yourself that heartbreak is a result of reality falling short of my own expectations —dreams that crystallized into something I thought I deserved so badly that I could almost taste them — rather than a sign to retreat into a cold shell, wrapping my heart inside layers of artifice.

Go ahead everyone. Always believe and pray.
