70g of rolled oats (50 cals)
130g/medium Apple (76 cals)
2tsp of ground cinnamon (11 cals)
2tsp of Brown sugar (23 cals)
Instructions
Put rolled oats in microwaveable bowl, add water until oats are covered and microwave for 90 seconds
Cut up apple into cubes
Place Apple in oats, add cinnamon and brown sugar.
Mix until all combined and enjoy
All together this is 160 cals and fills u right up

They both take at least 4 days till you can see results but stick to them and you can lose and tone so much.

After going on a trek with a mate of mine this weekend and having to forcibly eat, my purging habits came back pretty bad. I hate binging and purging, so I decided to make a list of a bunch of things you can do to avoid a binge!
