I honestly can't even imagine what must have gone through Criston's mind after Rhaenyra rejected him. Like, the dude had risked everything for her! Viserys would have 100% tortured and killed him for "ruining" his daughter, and she just didn't give a shit.
I think that's one of the biggest representation of Rhaenyra's immaturity and recklessness. The girl believes she can dump others without consequences for her or them after getting what she wanted out of the relationship. She really is a spoiled brat and I blame it all on her deadbeat dad. 'Cause Viserys only knows two types of parenting:
