// 29/08/23// - TW ED - today was hard. I woke up knowing it was a hard day, I didn't wanted to eat so my bf had to came home and bring some food. I was feeling like it was the right thing, that I deserved that but then I got home after bandoneon class and argued with my mom for "using a young boy like him (he's younger) to eat all of his food while I could just eat whatever I find at home like plain cookies" so yeah... I decided to skip dinner and just go to bed and watch To the bone

Went to bandoneon class

Went to sign language class

Teo came home with food bc I didn't wanted to eat

Watched half an episode of Stranger Things at Teo's place after class

Watched To the Bone

oops my bad i thought i was only fasting for 45 hours.... hahah nope i input the info into the fasting app and I've apparently been fasting for 60:11:45 damn thats great that I couldn't tell lol

So I was working with my family member at their job, and it's a graveyard 'stay up all night' kind of job with heavy lifting.

The only thing I ate that entire time was a turkey bacon roll from wawa at 2am which was 510 calories, and then went home and slept until this morning at 10am, which means I'm now not only back on my bullshit, but also 45 hours into fasting.

I'm on my period and the cramps were so bad I impulsively ate a chocolate croissant.. 230 calories!!

That plus warm soup is ~370 cal in total (upped it to stay on the safe side)

Sigh, at least I'm gonna be burning calories at work

I'll try to not fast often since I have a pretty busy schedule playing badminton and having music lessons on friday. I'll eat a piece of fruit before rehearsal I guess :p

Also, I really missed the hunger pains from having an empty stomach, feels better than any drug to me fr (not that I've ever done drugs so I can't even compare, really 💀)

That means my total cal for a piece of fruit would be lets say... 120 cal to be on the safe side yk bananas and such can go pretty high!

Have you noticed that your outfits just don't look right on you? It's odd because they looked stunning in your head, but they look tacky when you put them together. Now, let's see. Is it your body that you're visualising those outfits on, or is it someone who looks 20kg slimmer than that pudgy body you're in? It's wishful thinking. Obviously, an outfit will look good if there's a good figure underneath, and that body of yours definitely isn't 'good'. You pretend that you look like that while you make your outfits, but you're snapped back to such an awful reality when your stomach pokes over your jeans and there's a bulge of fat all around the strap of your tank top. The best accessory for any outfit is a skinny body, so you should go and get one.

Im 22 student of criminology🤍

I had a problem with huge weight swings and was caught in a vicious cycle of starvation and overeating... I have a bad relationship with food and honestly in my head I don't even know what I really want.

I vent my thoughts and feelings here. Sometimes I feel like I'm dying and other times I laugh at the ed meme.

I am currently trying to get my weight back on lw ... I don't feel good about my body and this is the only way to improve it. Lately, every meal has made me feel sick and nauseous. I believe that I will get the discipline like before.
