the real cruelty of orv is that yoohankim were stuck in a tragic reverse isekai apocalypse novel instead of the slapstick cartoon comedy they truly belong. those guys should be dropping pianos on each others heads and hitting each other with cartoon mallets ala tom and jerry thats what their dynamic really needs. but alas they are stuck fighting in an apocalypse and tragically losing each other. its just not right....

Jake just loves picking him up and cuddling him like a living teddy bear.
He loves sitting down on a bed/cot or chair so Michael can kiss him no problem.
Or when they're cuddling he'll lay his head where Michael can run his hands through his hair.
Michael has Jake wrapped pretty much fdgdg the boy has it bad. Michael can very easily just drag him by the arm and Jake doesn't say a thing.
Michael is still pretty strong, so he very much doesn't have an issue pulling Jake around. Especially when Jake is in the infirmary (again).

I think it's funny to imagine that despite how obviously in love Jake and Michael seem to their siblings. No one else in the camp clues in that they're secretly dating.
At most they think it's a one sided crush on Jake's end.
Michael just does most of his simping internally , he can keep a straight face why mentally he's freaking out over Jake using him as an arm rest cause he's close.
Pretty much just-
When they do find out the two are dating they're shocked.
"Why you chose Michael of all people??"
"Cause he's smart,funny,kind, and can kick my ass. What more do you need?
"Kind???"
"Why Jake?"
"He's smart,adaptable,amusing, and can tolerate me."

Michael not liking to be touched by people outside his siblings and few rare others.
When he started getting close to Jake, Jake become one those that Michael was more comfortable with physical contact
Also meaning Michael very much started to want physical contact from Jake.
It felt wierd for him. Being hugged or hugging his little siblings is one thing. But wanting the same with Jake was entirely different.
Jake of course respected Michael's usual boundaries of no contact, and Michael was too stubborn to actually ask for the contact he wanted.
He would occasionally grab for Jake's hands or arms, but he never did much else. Even after they first started dating.
It wasn't until one night he had overworked himself to point of getting sick.
Jake had caught him a fevered mess in the infirmary one night and had tried to help him back to his cabin.
But Michael's legs gave out from under him, and Jake had to carry him to one of the cots.
He had went to move away after he had placed Michael down when Michael immediately grabbed his arm, making a soft noise of complaint. He wouldn't let go until Jake moved to lay beside him in the cot, letting the small son of Apollo feverishly nuzzle into his arms.
Both had fell asleep there, waking up not too long after by Lee who had came looking for Michael.
Lee did not let it go for the rest of the week, that's for sure.
After that Jake was a bit more cuddly with Michael when he got the chance. Michael would try to act annoyed but he would always lean right into it. He very much enjoyed his overly cuddly boyfriend, even if he tried to pretend he didn't.
"You have to run your hands through my hair?"
"You're practically purring like a cat."
"Shut up."
