Always yes with this
There are degrees of shipping people with the Batfam. Like a spectrum even for established relationships.
And each non-bat can be anywhere from full civilian to other JL to someone turned this character into a bat by proxy.
My favorite is bat by proxy because it's a hilarious thing to me.
I mean, the ships that come to mind where the later works really well are Birdflash and TimKon. Which makes it better. Because Wally is a Flash and Kon is a Super. Two of the other rather large clans of themed leaguers with two of the other more recognizable family heads. I mean, throw in JayRoy and it's three of the others and adds in the Bruce v Oliver fun.
And the Bat by proxy thing.
I don't mean they just side with the Bats over the rest of the League. I mean they start becoming Bats by virtue of always being around them.
Like Wally just accidentally learning to be better at hearing people sneaking up on him because if he's gonna go to brunch with Dick at the Manor he has to be able to dodge these near silent people. Especially Damian, who will stab him if he fails a vibe check, and Tim, who will steal and solve your cases or hack your phones ringtone to be stuck at the loudest setting and playing Barbie world for every notification and there is no in between our way to tell which kind of day it is. So none of the League can sneak up on Wally. And he's smiling and capable like Nightwing but has also picked up that steal slightly crazy smile and no other flash is quite as scary as Wally.
Or Kon, after being constantly threatened with kryptonite by Steph, Jason, and Duke at various points just gives up and learns how to fight through the weakness and goes through enough bat training to be able to survive when he and then he's one of the best trained Supers in hand to hand and no one understand how. And because he's always around Tim, he gets really good and reading people. Because his life can and will depend on being about to tell if Tim is approaching someone at a gala for WE business or for RR business. Even the other supers are confused at how quick his is to pick up in the slightest shift in body language.
And Roy. It was easiest for Roy, going from Arrow to Bat. But that doesn't mean he didn't have to just get used to casually collecting blackmail as some kind of twisted way of showing love. The first time Tim gave him and Jason a photo of them on a date where neither of them knew Tim was watching or talking pictures Roy is shook. By the tenth he's finding it endearing and hoping that Tim manages to get around Jason's traps to get done candids of Lian. No other arrow is quite as stealthy, despite the red of his costume.
And the JL, even the 'families' they came from, know that they have the ability to appear normal. To blend with the rest of the League, but the longer they're with their Bats the more cryptid they become. Until Flash finds himself unsettled by Wally in the same way as the other Bats. And Big Boy Blue refuses to train with Kon for a different reason than before, no longer because of the clone thing but for the same reason he avoids training with any of the Bats. And Green Arrow finds himself looking over his shoulder for Bruce and Roy on the Watchtower.
And their secrets are more and civi identities locked down. No names in my the field and they never slip these days. Like any good Bat.
New Leaguers meet these converts and can't tell the difference between the Bats Batman chose and the ones the other Bats brought into the fam.
And the rest of the League starts to wonder: is being a Bat contagious?
Just thinking about Dick freaking out over losing his title of best uncle to Jason.
Dick showing up to take Lian out and give Roy a break only to hear she's having a fun day with Jason
Dick walking into the room with the toy he knows Lian really wanted, only to find out Jason got it for her first.
Dick showing up to game night at Roy's only to find Jason already there.
Just Dick getting increasingly frustrated and his rival Jason having no clue well the the rest watch on in humor and exasperation. Roy finds the who thing hilarious.
Picturing it all coming to a head when Dick is babysitting Lian and she shows him a new photo they put up. Dick all dejectivly being like, "look, it's you and your favorite uncle."
The pure shock and joy he feels when Lian tells him he wrong and her favorite uncle is "you uncle Dickie, duh!"
The door opening and Lian shouting "Papa!" As dick turns to excitedly tell Roy what Lian said only to see it's Jason who's holding Lian.
Dick just bluescreening.

HEADCANON
Roy likes to call Jason pet names, but like old fashioned pet names (he gives me the vibe of being an old soul) but I'm not saying sweetheart or love, I'm saying like angel, babydoll, dear and darling, lovely and stuff like that and jason doesn't know what to do with it besides blush and hide somewhere.
(Clark also does it, but we all know he does bc he was raised in a farm, and Bruce loves it and answers in kind)
And roy does it in public, in private, in whatever setting he is. Besides the normal jaybird, these are common within roy vocabulary that is meant for jason.
*in a meeting with the other bats, in the bat cave*
Jason: me and roy can handle it, no need to add more people we could be seen.
Roy: you sure, angel? I mean it looks like there's gonna be alot of them.
The bats: *some looking shocked others holding back laughter*
Jason: *blushing under the helmet and thanking that he has it on* y-yes, we can.
Roy: you the boss, babydoll.
Jason: OH MY GOD CAN YOU STOP?!?!?
Dick, Tim, Steph and duke: *laughing like crazy*
Bruce: *murmuring something about queen children*
Cass: *patting jason shoulder for support*

Out of all batfam relationships the ones that carry more angst and conflicts are jayroy and timkon.
Timkon - mainly because of kon being a successful science experiment on clones. Everyone sees him as an unstable experiment, expects him to snap and destroy the world. They spent most times guessing which personality he's going to have - lex or Clark's- forgetting that kon is a human being with a soul and a mind of he's own.
Jayroy- cmon they are the receipt for angst. Ex drug addict that did a lot of mistakes, hurt a lot of people, had a daughter that he didn't know, but he turned a new leaf and became better for those that remained and came after. But people only see him as the drug addict- even thought most didn't know him at that time- don't see him more than an untrustworthy person that can relapse anytime. But jason also has his luggage. He had trauma of when he died, it still creeps on him in the most expect moments, the Lazarus pit is something that changed him every way bc no matter how much u wanna make him normal he isn't and can't bc that pit changed the way he is human - his new normal different than what people expect him to be - but the real jason (a mix of the old and the new jason and something more) shows up when he sees he can, when he's comfortable when he's happy with the situation and vibe. And they have a good relationship bc they have the same problem - they have trust issues, they have problems trusting people bc for both they had people leaving them (the reason doesn't matter, it can't matter bc in their eyes they left and nothing else matters) and bc of that they also built walls around themselves as a couple bc they want to protect each other from the evils around them
I could write a whole thesis abt Jason and Roy's relationship
Roy Harper is hot and no one can make me think otherwise. He's hot in a sense of nasty hot, like he knows he's hot so he will act on it. Tight white t-shirt and spread legs kind of hot. It's also bc I like gingers.
Anyways he's hot. He knows that, dick knows that, Ollie knows that, Kory knows that. Ya know who else knows that?? Jason.
Jason has his issues with intimacy and sometimes he hesitates, due to that it took some time to realize that the hot feeling in hi stomach was his attraction to roy. Basically, he discovered that he found roy hot af.
Does he know what to do?? Yes, he knows what flirting is and is good at doing it. Is he afraid of acting on it?? Yes, maybe bc of his issues. Does he want to confess to roy and finally touch that piece of hot meat? Yes, absolutely Yes. But will he??
He doesn't have to, because roy beat him to it. Turns out roy likes them crazy, traumatized but deep down loving. He likes jason.

Roy and Jason ship is such deep and messy relationship that one day I would like to explore.
They both have issues (no, one is not worse then the other, they have issues that are bad for them don't fight me) and it would be such a way to explore how they handle those issues together. Jason is probably a wall made of concrete that won't let anyone enter no matter what, and roy has tried to jump over the same way some people did to him when he was an addict, but he can't and roy has to live knowing that he only has less than half of Jason's heart.
Maybe one day I will write something long for them
