He's baby

Finally made my version of Batstarion! Because I love both bats and Astarion.

He is a scary and powerful vampire, as you can see. (I think I made him way too innocent-looking. Imagine him with little angry eyebrows, maybe)

Made mostly of felt/wool. I modeled him after a northern ghost bat rather than a vampire bat, sorry. Someday I'll make a more realistic, fully articulated version (perhaps a vampire bat), but bats are harder to make than I thought. Hope you like him!

The horrors in which our world is shaped—the way it fleets and falls, bends only to disrupt— are not so apparent when you grow so accustomed to humanity. Focusing on nothing else but your fellow species—how you guide or succumb to the very rules you aren’t aware you follow. Once everyday begins to feel the same with your mundane chores and work schedule, you begin to believe every single day is the exact same. Without noticing the person who called out to you hasn’t left their home in months.

Without noticing the dying plants beneath your feet that never regrow due to the traction of hundreds of others. Do you notice exactly how many people smile everyday, how many others lead destructive lives? No; how are you meant to? You focus on the exhaustion you feel, the pain you’ve learned to encumber. The learned smile that fades when no one is near, the anxiety you suppress simply to get by. How many others feel the same? How many others will never let in on the giant secret that everyone contains?

The horrors in which our world is built upon don’t lie simply in the humanity of it all. If you are especially empathetic, you may notice how wolves tear apart their prey, or spiders trap theirs. How certain species—what we’ve named—manipulate their food in order to live. Do we draw the line at survival, or is horror how we live our lives? Playing willfully ignorant to ensure our days run better.

The horrors in which our society is built upon—manipulation, deceit, mutilation, dread—go ignored in light of a better life; a world we deem perfect—impossible to en capture. The way we are all so uninspired— feigning happiness in our impossible-to-enrapture world. A house so filled with dread, a twin you feel magnetized to, a city encompassed in hate—they all become normal. A mundane piece of life.

Perhaps that is where our genres originate. A romanticization of our own world, a necessary form of escapism so our lives aren’t as apprehensive. However unenthused our genres become, how cliché and unoriginal our creations turn into, we all live the same lives where an escape is deemed a necessity.

Our authors and artists deemed hopeless in a world dependent on their creations—however dull they may be. A horror-stricken world that feigns self-reliance, one so positive it is built on self-assurance. Allow us our creations, no matter how depraved, allow us our intentions to bring forth the true dreads in our world.

We crave peace in a war-stricken earth and creativity where it is suppressed. We all wish our version of good in this world and we all tear our humanity away from our very souls. Those of us who crave violence and those of us who crave peace are all the same in our creative fields. In our obligations and moralities. We wish for light, we wish for dark; we all wish for our own contradictions.

The way we tear apart, bend, misconstrue and manipulate—how we bring satisfaction and trust to only those of us “deserving”—how we trap, misalign, subdue, willfully ignore… and destroy.

Perhaps that is what creates our horror—in which our world is shaped.

The day before yesterday I made a small articulated doll of Bob Velseb which took me between 4 and 5 hours to make but I really liked the result, I also made 2 small knives as accessories. ☆w☆ ♡w♡

Apart from Bob, I made a Lila doll, it's the best thing I've done so far.

Heyyy, how are you all doing?

I have done this drawing(I think I made it in October?)on paper but I managed to make it digital and painted on ibis paint on my phone.

Many things happened, my laptop went to Valhalla in mid-January, and many other things in my home broke too, I'm studying quite a lot, I downloaded Twitter(the worst choice in my life), I went from center-left to full-left to maybe radical left, and now Elon Musk is attempting a coup in my country just because n4z1 propaganda is illegal here and he considers this 'censorship'. There are other things, but those are the main ones.

I found a sketch in my folder yesterday that I had done some months ago, and I had to draw it digitally. Basically, it's Donatello hugging someone while showing the middle finger at another person behind them(maybe at Leo? Lmao).

The pose reference I had gotten in Pinterest at the time but I can't find it anymore.

There are two different sketches because I thought I had lost the first one(the laptop crashed), so I did it again but the Medibang had, somehow, saved the original one and I just discovered after finishing the second.

Ugh, I love this man and I'm a slut for hand kisses.

I had this drawing done for almost a week; I don't know exactly why I didn't post before.

It's inspired by that one scene in the movie 'Anna Karenina'. It randomly popped into my mind and I HAD to draw it with Future!Leonardo. I wanted to put a part of the lyrics of some music because why not, I thought in many, from the Beatles to Lana Del Rey to even Metallica(don't question my train of thought, I haven't taken my ADHD meds for two weeks straight) and I ended up with 'As the world falls down' by David Bowie since Leonardo loves Glam Rock.

I think it's kind of yandere-ish? I don't know 🤷🏽‍♀️

In case anyone wants to see it, my first attempt drawing it(I ended up hating it and re did it), the current drawing's Sketch, and the scene I mentioned.

I suffered too much trying to figure out the hands.

Listening to Raph gushing about something he likes.

It's just a small idea I had some days ago, but it's basically Raph watching a movie/show/wrestling late at night and gushing about it to his SO, and they listen and watch with him even if they don't completely understand it.

Also, a random cute little thought I had was that he would keep a pillow near his bean bag chair just in case his significant other wanted to carelessly lean into him and such, since, you know, they could get hurt by the spikes (and yes, that's a pillow, I spent too much time trying to figure out how to draw it and it doesn't look good-).

The only difference between the two pieces is that in one I tried to do a red lightning coming from the TV.

The sketch, just in case anyone wants to see it, and also a drawing on paper with the ship dynamics thing-y of the last post. If my memory doesn't fail me, it's about two months old.

This month is going to be really chaotic for me but the next drawing will probably be Leo's ship dynamic or an yandere-ish future Leonardo based on a really specific thing. The only hint that I'm going to give about the F!Leo one: "The boys".

Honestly, I didn't like either of these drawings but I'm just posting to have some peace of mind 😅 However I'm still doing Leonardo's ship dynamic and maybe (just maybe) Donatello's too.

A bunch of sketches I have done, trying to find a way I would like to draw the turtles. As you can see, I don't have favorites (I'm obviously lying). If think that any of the expressions or the poses in the second one are familiar, it's because I used some panels from Chainsaw Man as reference.

I got excited when I saw that there were watercolors in the Medibang(I love using watercolors in real life art) and I ended up also doodling Katana Man, Makima, and Laura(my OC). For Makima, I didn't use references, I tried by memory, that's why she's so weird.

I will eventually get some real art done, I swear-

I know that I said I was going to post some traditional art(and I will) but I got a drawing tablet(I don't know what those are called in English-) and I got really excited, like, I literally couldn't stop of stimming in that day. So have some fluffy stuff with Mikey. It's weird to draw on a tablet but I think I'm getting the hang of it.

Well, I finally got one of my sketches done. I must say, drawing on the phone is more difficult than I used to remember. The only difference between the two drawings is the eye color.

Anyway, while I was drawing this, I was thinking about two possible scenarios:

Content Warning: Yandere, obsessive and controlling behavior, stalking(mainly online), catfishing, kidnapping mention.

About Y/N: they/them pronouns and neutral terms, such as: obsession, friend, darling, when talking about the reader.

1) Donnie befriending and becoming obsessed with someone he met online. It would go as far as straight-up kidnapping or with him pretending to be human using the Cloaking brooch and meeting up with them a few times, but eventually, his friend finds out. Maybe it would depend on how far the obsession had gone.

2) Or Donnie hacking Y/N's friends' devices and pretending to be them, so he can gather some information about his darling and then, ruin whatever friendships and relationships they have. I imagine that he would just delete the contact, or hack the person's account and use it to permanently block Y/N if it was just a friend or someone they didn't talk to that much, but if it was someone they were close to, talked to all the time, or even worse: someone his obsession liked, and even flirted with... Donnie would go an extra mile, to say the least.

There is a fanfic here on Tumblr with the second scenario I mentioned called "All for You.", I recommend checking out ^^ .

I was taking a break from drawing this, I think two days ago, when I happened to stumble across this fanfic.

Fun fact: The most of the on paper drawings are about the Future!Donatello and Future! Leonardo and a bit yanderish(?) lol
