First piece submitted for me this year! I wanted to do Debmund piece with the pair cosplaying as other pairs, whether canon or not that inspired them. I do feel while I most likely have some that are left out whether intentionally or not, these are the ones I feel had the most important impact on the process I had with these characters. My intent was to one, have fun with the cosplay aspect of it and two, to provide something to the people that like my character. I want to make a fanfiction with my character in it someday and finally provide closure for some people. Until then though, this is just something to show my thought process as I developed the ship in my headspace over the years. I also finally have closure on making Harold and Rhonda as Ares and Aphrodite! Woo, that was a clear connection that I wanted to do for so long. Finally something Hey Arnold related that has nothing to do with my fan character! I l know it's not near Valentine's day yet, but I’ve been making shipping art of underrated to nonexistent HA ships that I figured I might as well make it into Valentine's day thing. Plus I go back to my college course on the third of February so wanted to put this out quickly. I wanted to do this because I see no art for SidxSheena, ArniexGloria, and LorenzoxNadine that I wanted to do my part so I can say there is at least one. I suppose the wording of some of these cards I have a feeling it shouldn’t be used as actual cards, but I prefer attempting to be funny over being overly mushy with Valentine's stuff. Hey Arnold Episode Ideas
Whether the ratings of TJM failed or not is still debatable. That’s not the point of the post though. I decided to give out episodes I would like to see if there ever will be a season 6. They are in no specific order. I just type down whatever comes to mind.
1. Stinky Goes Viral
Somebody found a box of cassette tapes that has all of Stinky’s Yahoo commercials in them. Thinking that these will make them famous on MyFace, they post a compilation of them. Things get out of hand when Stinky finds out and demands the video to be deleted. The damage was already done because someone had it saved and reposted on a different account and now there are multiple remixes of the original video.
Moral of the Episode: Be careful what you post on the internet and learn to roll with your internet fame, no matter how embarrassing it is at first.
2. Little Miss Broken
Helga is forced to work on a project with P.S. 118’s “ever so” perfect girl, Lila. Too embarrassed to work at her new “home” with Lila she asks to work at Lila’s place. When she gets there she finds some interesting, yet depressing box of song lyrics in Lila’s room. She starts to consider maybe they have more in common than she originally thought.
Moral of the Episode: You don’t have to be happy all the time, nobody’s perfect, and everybody has a bad day.
3. Permit to Learn
Harold is finally old enough to get a learner’s permit. After some miracle, he passes the written test. However, his mother is too scared for him to go out on the big, scary road while his father just doesn’t trust Harold not to ruin his car and sky rocket his insurance. Will Harold rebel and do it on his own or will Arnold come to the rescue before it happens? Will Harold actually develop a fear of driving because of his parents?
Moral of the Episode: I don’t know… driving is boring and dangerous? (or is that just my irrational fear of driving talking)
That’s all I have for now. I’m open to see more episode ideas. Just don’t make it about shipping for every episode idea. I have my specific pairs just like everybody else but I try to keep my episode ideas centered on possible problems they would have in their semi-modern age.
okay maybe I’m biased, but did it bother anyone else how literally none of the characters acknowledge that Harlan /is/ like family to Viktor? When they’re deciding whether or not to give him to the Sparrows it’s always “Harlan saved our lives” or “Viktor owes Harlan for giving him powers”. Not “Viktor partly raised him” or “Harlan is like a son to Viktor”. Family is soooo important but Harlan doesn’t get to count?

It's a few hours before the end of the world and they don't want to take their ONE chance to save the universe??? Except for Five, with the future self story, everyone else doesn't have A SINGLE REASON for not trying to fight the end.

an academic weapon. that's what her teachers in high school always called her. she was bright, top of her class, always. so why was it so hard to put words to paper. she would be writing her thesis soon to graduate and yet she couldn't even get through a ten page research paper. ophelia wasn't at risk for failing or anything but she held herself to much higher standards than this. that's how the girl found herself sat in langley for going on five hours now... five hours of little to no progress. her eyes dart around the library hoping for a bit of a distraction that would ideally get her back in the right mindset to grind this paper out. chocolate hues fell on the familiar face not far from her own work set up, "lila, hey" she sighed in relief, "shit. i totally spaced on the climate policy paper. i've been trying to get anything into this document for my conservation class, sharking fining and its survival impact on immediate dependent ecosystems. " ophelia groaned at the realization that an entire paper slipped her mind. "i've had such bad brain fog recently so absolutely, swap notes, mutual rage, i'm down for it all at this point. i need to get my mind going back down the right path."

lila wasn't usually one for silence. not the kind that settled between bookcases, humming with fluorescent light and dust motes. but langley library had a way of stilling her – of quieting the chaos that usually lived just behind her ribs. and today, she needed that more than she cared to admit. she sat cross-legged at a corner table, surrounded by the organized mess of open books, sticky notes, and a hulf-drunk coffee that had long gone cold. her laptop was open but ignored, the screen dimmed to black. instead, she was thumbing through a worn copy of this changes everything, underlining with more pressure than necessary. her jaw tightened as she read another passage that pissed her off – in a good way, in a this should make everyone angry way. she let out a short breath, sat back, and rubbed at her temple. “jesus,” she muttered under her breath, barely loud enough for anyone to hear. except someone did. lila looked up, brows lifting as her eyes caught a familiar figure a few tables over. ophelia. her hand hovered in a pause before waving. “hey,” she said quietly, then gestured at the chaos in front of her. “guess we're both gluttons for punishment.” a small smile tugged at the corner of her mouth – rare, but genuine. “i'm digging through all this for my climate policy paper. you too, or are you just here for the vibes?” she let her pen fall against the table with a soft clatter, then tilted her head. “i've gotta say… it's kind nice. knowing someone else here actually gives a shit.” her voice dropped slightly, more vulnerable than usual. “gets a little lonely, y'know?” lila shrugged it off quickly, already shifting back into something lighter. “anyway, if you wanna join forces – compare notes, or rage about fossil fuel subsidies – i'm not going anywhere for a while.”
Apart from Bob, I made a Lila doll, it's the best thing I've done so far.
season one five had the best character structure ive ever seen and over the seasons he became so… irrelevant that rhey had to bring up something as big as him “stealing” his brother’s wife in irder to make him interesting again.
