theres so many ways to explore how ghidorah ‘possessed’ ren since possession is such a big umbrella, but lately ive been thinking of a ‘gold fever’ au that diverges from canon after rens initial test run where he tore skullcrawler no.10 up, he becomes patient zero to the gold fever! im thinking a hivemind thing connected to ghidorah, i havent rlly thought of the basics of this disease since all i know is he goes on to infect walter— who as an extremely influential figure uses his platform to infect others through a screen (or mechagodzilla serves as a broadcast to infect the ppl of hong kong, kind of like how in DCeased the zombies started via a cellphone virus) g-team consisting of madison, josh, and bernie are also infected at some point which leaves the unsuspecting team kong in for a surprise when they return to the surface, and maybe maia even learns empathy after seeing whats become of her father!
just read chapter 33 and it’s already amazing the fact that Godzilla doesn’t stay down, it’s perfect also have a dialogue commission if you have the time it’s also a sequel to the last one so here we go
Victor sit’s in a bar trying to process what happened days ago the way he saw Madison all bruised up the tears sliding down her eyes the blood on her clothes it wasn’t hers. It belonged to someone else maybe someone she knew the guilt was eating him up
before he could pay the bartender an army of G team soldiers bust their way into the bar causing everyone to panic Sergeant Barnes orders everyone to leave including the bartender Victor tries to do the same but they aim their guns at him it leads to realize it might be about the girl because why else would they be after him
Mark Russel and Ilene Chen enter the bar while Mark glare is at Victor with rage before sitting down asking Victor, where they took Madison
Victor explain’s that Hayworth kept him out of the dark about Madison only telling him it was supposed to be a simple job also recalling how there were bigger forces at play
Mark decides to calm down after hearing victor’s story and decides to show him something on his phone a voicemail from a terrifiedMadison explaining to her father on how the senators and governments were working with Alan Jonah to take down Godzilla and Weaponize Ghidorah
As the voicemail goes on Madison becomes hysterical explaining how they kill Josh and cold blood, but before she could say anything else so barge in and kidnapping her gunshots and Madison’s screams can be heard before cutting off with Victor saying this
Victor: Jesus….and I thought your wife was worse
Mark: welcome to the club
Mark confirms that they also captured Hayworth and are currently interrogating him for any more information the only thing he said was Las Vegas Mark theorize as it could be where they’re keeping Madison
before the conversation continues Sam Coleman calls from the Argo in a panic explaining that Rodan seems to be making his way towards the city they are at leaving mark confused on what he could be looking for
Mark Victor and Chen alongside G team race outside to see Rodan piercing himself on top of a building roaring like a demon out of hell seemingly angry whatever it is, it’s pissing him off
Mark Victor Chen and G team both board the Osprey and begin flying to the Argo while Rodan begin tearing the city apart including the bar, they were just in
here we goo !
The whiskey burned on the way down, but Victor could barely taste it. He sat hunched in the bar, forehead resting against his knuckles even if he was nothing but restless. He did his best to drown out the unwanted memories bubbling their way to the surface. However, try as he might, he couldn’t possibly shake away the image of Madison— the tears streaking down her face weren’t for herself, they were for whoever’s blood had soaked into her clothes.. Judging by the shaken-up look etched in her gaze Vic knew all too well, he could only assume it was someone she knew who hadn’t made it. “Goddamn it.” Victor hissed under his breath, rubbing his temple.
The guilt sat heavily in his chest, pressing against his ribs like a weight he couldn’t shake. He had known long before Hayworth contacted him: he wasn’t a saint, but he’d never imagined he’d stoop as low as to being a human trafficker— intentional or not. Before he could toss some cash on the counter, the bar door exploded open with heavy force.
An army of G-Team soldiers stormed in, weapons raised, the metallic clicks of safeties being switched off sent a chill down Victor’s spine. As easily as he could be blindsided, Vic wasn’t stupid— based on the way the patrons scattered, barstools toppling as people rushed for the exits. He knew they were here for him. “Out, now.” Sergeant Barnes demanded to the likes of a bartender who had already begun backing away, not in the mood to be on Hayworth’s bad side by potentially blowing their operations, Victor moved to follow.
Unfortunately, they were steps ahead of him. Before Victor could reach the exit, one of the personnel pointed a rifle to his chest. Vic’s heart sank to his feet, watching as the soldiers parted and Mark Russell entered with the kind of fury in his eyes one would only experience upon finding out their child was in danger. Ilene Chen followed closely behind, her gaze was a practiced stoicism, but Victor could tell she was sizing him up. Mark didn’t sit right away, he just stood there, glaring.
“Where is my daughter?” Mark demanded, Victor exhaled through his nose, dragging an ashamed hand across his equally ashamed face. “Look, I didn’t know what the job was.. Hay— Harrison kept me in the dark, he said it was a simple delivery, I only found out when I opened the van.” Victor pleaded, avoiding saying Hayworth’s name because he knew Mark had mercy, Hayworth did not and would have him killed for the slightest slip-up. Admittedly, Vic gulped as he watched Mark’s hands curl into fists on the table with white knuckles, but he didn’t interrupt, showing he was at least willing to hear Victor out. “I tried to pull out, but he said there were.. Bigger forces at play. That’s all I know.” Victor admitted, it was a half true, okay, maybe a three-quarters true since he still hadn’t said Hayworth’s real name, but in his defense, he heard through the grapevine Hayworth was simply an alias he used while working under Simmons. Mark’s nostrils flared as he weighed out the credibility of Victor’s words, then, slowly, he pulled his phone from his pocket and slid it across the table. Victor hesitated before picking it up, glancing at Mark before pressing play.
A voicemail from Madison Russell crackled through the speaker, her voice was shaky, rushed, and well? Understandably terrified.
“Dad, listen to me— Jonah’s not working alone. The government— senators— they’re in on it. They want Godzilla gone. And Ghidorah— holy shit, Dad, they want to weaponize him—"
Victor felt the blood drain from his face, but the recording had no care for his comfort, continuing with Madison’s voice growing more desperate.
“They killed Josh. Cold blood. Just— just gunned him down like it was nothing—” From over the phone, Victor could hear Madison’s breath hitch, followed by a door bursting open, heavy boots, gunshots, Madison’s screams, and then nothing at all.
Victor slowly lowered the phone, swallowing a breath he hadn’t realized he was holding. “Jesus.. And I thought your wife was bad..” Victor trailed off, “Welcome to the club.” Mark bitterly huffed, shaking his head. He went on to rub a hand down his face, Vic guessed he was trying to suppress the growing rage bubbling beneath the surface. “We got Hayworth, so don’t push your luck. He’s not talking much, but the one thing he did say? Las Vegas.” Mark stated, “Vegas? You think they’re keeping her there?” Victor pondered, it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch— Vegaa was a tourist city, and like every tourist city, it had a large underbelly of crime that would be easy to slip a kidnapped human through.
Before Mark could answer, his phone buzzed violently. He snatched it up, pressing it to his ear, fortuneately or unfortunately, Vic could make out the conversation fairly well due to the person on the other end yelling.
“Mark? We’ve got a problem, a big one.” The voice on the other end began. “Sam, now’s not the time—” Mark tried to put simply, “Yeah, well, Rodan doesn’t seem to give a shit about your schedule.” Another voice cut in, “Shut up, Rick.” Ilene snapped, confirming the other voice as Rick Stanton. “What?” Mark muttered, “He’s inbound. Headed straight for the city.” The first voice exclaimed, Mark exchanged a look with Ilene, then pushed away from the table.
Victor thought he was off the hook only for the building to tremble, sending his stomach into a twist as a large, prehistoric shadow loomed over the bar, blocking out streetlights.
A guttural, ear-splitting roar tore through the air, like that of a demon shrieking from the depths of hell itself.
Outside the shattered window and the first Titan Victor had the misfortune of seeing up close— Rodan, perched atop a nearby building, wings half-spread, firelight gleaming against his volcanic hide. His eyes burned with fury, his beak snapping open in another deafening screech.
Without warning, The Fire Demon dove, sending the bar into chaos as glass shattered, debris rained from above, people screamed in terror as the building began to collapse, flames licking hungrily at its edges.
Mark grabbed Victor by the collar, dragging him toward the exit. “Move, now!” Mark exclaimed, G-team soldiers were already outside, scrambling into Ospreys. Mark, Ilene, and an unwilling Victor rushed aboard, the aircraft lifting off as Rodan smashed into the street, sending a shockwave through the city.
As they ascended, Victor stole one last look at the wreckage below. Gone was the bar, and in its place was Rodan at the center of it all, his wings flaring as he let out another furious shriek.
congrats for the 800 hits on Ghidorah’s voice it’s one of the greatest stories ever made
I have a pretty cool dialogue challenge commission for you if you have the time it’s for Rodan spinoff pitch idea so here it goes
Idris Elba’s character and Harrison/Hayworth arrive in a van at some deserted area to meet with Alan Jonah for a delivery Harrison tells Idris Elba character to fetch the package
idris’s curiosity soon turns the horror when the back of the van reveals Madison Russell tied up in the back a group of hyena soldiers stormed the van aggressively carrying Madison out with Alan congratulating them on a successful job

That answer leaves Idris question on WTF he just get himself into
thank you soo much! you’ve been here since the very night i published it and im so glad u like it !! thanks for coming to me for dialogue challenges theyre always sm fun and im glad theres still ppl who come to authors for dialogue examples instead of chatgpt ! here we go !
A dusty van pulls up to the edge of a desolate, wind-beaten parking lot. The sky is an overcast sickly gray, paired alongside thick air with the miasma of gasoline and salt from the nearby bay.. The smell of gasoline was the only sign of civilization, giving Madison the false hope of a nearby gas station. Unfortunately for her, they showed no sign of stopping as the headlights carved a jagged path through the dark, illuminating a rusted cargo where Alan Jonah and his men— the Hyenas, as they dubbed themselves, waited in patient silence. Eventually, the van’s engine sputtered, then died on them. From the driver’s side, Hayworth, a stray the now deceased Walter Simmons found at a bidding auction and was right to keep close, stepped out. He was unusually composed, hands in his pockets, illuminating the aura of a man who had done this a thousand times before.
Following Hayworth’s exit, the passenger door swung open seconds later. Idris Eiba’s character— (I’m gonna call him Victor for rn) moved in a slower, more cautious manner, eyes darting toward the armed men and back to Hayworth to determine if the conman had anything up his sleeves. A sharp exhale exited his hesitant lips, unable to place his finger on why this suddenly felt so wrong when he was previously on board.
“Gentlemen,” A British accent— Alan Jonah, former British colonel, eco-terrorist, the man responsible for releasing one of Satan’s greatest soldiers or Satan himself, it didn’t matter, it caused the most deaths since WW2.. “Right on time.” Jonah added, his presence being the pinpoint to why Vic felt such uneasiness. “We don’t make a habit of disappointing our clients.” Hayworth replied breezily without missing a beat, despite how often someone like Hayworth would have to lie, Vic knew he was telling the truth with how quickly Sarah Heyes vanished into thin air the moment she stuck her nose into something she shouldn’t have. Jonah, ever the cold-blooded killer, didn’t do so much as chuckle, simply nodding and gesturing toward the van with a notable disinterest in any form of conversation. “Then let’s see if you’ve earned your keep, shall we?” Jonah mused, Hayworth didn’t hesitate at this, giving Victor a nod toward the back of the van. “Go on, fetch the package.” Hayworth dictated.
Victor felt a rare wave of hesitation, something in Hayworth’s tone made his gut twist, but at the end of the day, Victor valued his brains and didn’t want to have them blown out for disobeying an order. He stepped toward the back, opening the door—
And an extremely unwelcome feeling dropped to his stomach as Vic laid eyes upon a tied up, gagged, hell, barely even conscious Madison Russell, staring back at him, complete with dried blood on her temple and wrists raw from the rope bindings. “What the fuck?—” Victor barely managed to stammer, whirling around to look at a very unapologetic and almost smug Hayworth. “You didn’t say anything about trafficking people.” Victor pointed out, however, Hayworth didn’t do so much as flinch. “It wasn’t your business to know.” He simply put, stepping back to allow the Hyena personnel to swarm the van, rough and uncareful hands dragging Madison out. To her credit, the girl thrashed and protested the most her near-unconscious body allowed her to do so, a muffled scream escaping the gag.
Despite Jonah being all about the idea of humans being the real monsters, he seemed to prove himself to be a prime example of such when he watched with a sick pleasure. “Don’t look at me like that, it’s just business.” He snarked in a tone that bordered on condescending as he came to a pause, a smirk tugging at his face, wrinkled both age. “How’s your mother these days? I haven’t heard from her ever since she outlived her usefulness.” Jonah added in a snark, Madison stopped her thrashing to freeze, all while a cruel grin split Jonah’s face in two. “Oh, how could I forget.. Must be my age catching up to me, she’s dead, isn’t she? Sacrificed herself for the greater good, just like a true hero.” Jonah’s smile faded as beat of silence washed over the group. “Let’s hope you’re as useful as she was, you worked well as a bargaining chip amidst the Mass Awakening, i’m certain you’ll do famously.” Jonah elaborated.
Due to being well— tied up and gagged, the only thing Madison could do in protest was glare at Jonah as her eyes burned with fury, but she (wisely) said nothing as the soldiers hauled her away, shoving her from one vehicle to the next. Afterwards, Jonah turned back to meet Hayworth’s gaze, tossing a thick envelope to his chest. “Here’s a fun fact, this is just a fraction of the fortune your old boss gave me for Monster Zeroes remains, funny how it comes full circle..” Jonah trailed off, his gaze settling on Victor in a glare that was almost enough for him to dash away from the scene. “You should teach your boy here to ask fewer questions.” Jonah pointed out, Hayworth didn’t reply, opting to snatch the envelope with an unreadable gaze.
The pair watched as Jonah and his mercenaries drove off, leaving nothing but tire tracks and a bad omen behind in the dust. Victor, fuming, turned to glare at Hayworth. “You knew.” He spat, less of an accusation and more of a statement. “I knew.” Hayworth replied in a deadpan, “And you didn’t tell me we were handing over a damn kid?” Victor shot back, Hayworth let out a rare chuckle and shook his head in amusement. “You’re so naive..” He paused, eyes weighing Vic from head-to-toe, “Victor, listen to me. You think this is bad? This is just the surface.” Hayworth explained, his tone losing its brief humor. Victor clenched his jaw, nostrils flaring. “Then tell me what the hell’s really going on.” He demanded, “Bigger forces at play than you realize.” Hayworth simply put, after that, there was silence, the weight of it settling between them like a storm waiting to break— or maybe the quiet before the storm, regardless, the van’s engine growled to life again, leaving Victor clouded with the lingering wonders of what the hell he just dove into.
if Madison did inherit Ghidorah’s curse similar to Ren what would the relationship be?
how would Madison react when Ghidorah reveals himself to her what would the relationship be?
Since he did try to kill Madison in KOTM I can imagine him and his brother deciding to play some psychological horror tricks on her
Walter possibly surviving and framing Madison & monarch claiming they were responsible for mechagodzilla is awesome concept to show you just how smart Walter is and possibly leading to Madison and the others to get made fun of on SNL similar to ren
What would Ren be doing to get proof of Madison‘s ghidorah curse to Walter?
these are unique hypotheticals so let me dive in!
- i imagine madison would be way more resistant since as opposed to ren who has a similar dynamic to cletus and carnage, madison and ghidorah could have a similar dynamic to flash and (anti?) venom, idk i dont tap into that side of marvel much but what i mean is madison is an unwilling host
- i think madison would be more vocal ab what happened to her, ghidorah might js use her as a carrier to give him a more useful vessel since madison lacks the skill to achieve any of his goals
- i think if walter survived (say him and madison were standing on opposite sides of the control room in gvk) he would have a legitimate reason to hate titans since you didn’t state whether or not his daughter, maia survived i assume she didn’t and since he’s established as a powerful person where ‘no cost is too high for him’ he could prolly sue the living hell out of monarch and put them out of commission, if hes anything like real world billionaires who get so bored with their money they decide to buy their way into having their hands in politicians pockets, he could go as far as to throwing mark and friends behind bars, blaming bernie for mechagodzilla going rogue
- honestly, ren might not even be involved at all and could’ve went on to align himself with some other anti-titan organization, since he only saw simmons as a stepping stone, it can be assumed his loyalties did not lie w apex at all and he was only sticking around so he could personally kill godzilla, but since that failed, he could be elsewhere.
heard on ao3 you plan on doing another Ghidorah’s voice what if with Madison inheriting Ghidorah’s curse which I’m really excited about since Ghidorah’s voice is an unexpected masterpiece of Godzilla media
I could definitely see Ghidorah and Madison’s shared psyche being more like Dr. Jekyll, & Mr. Hyde so when Ghidorah takes over he decides to have fun with Madison’s body, taking it on a rampage similar to let’s say in Hulk 2003 during with Bruce his first transformation or electro’s awakening in amazing Spider-Man 2
There could be some really awesome imagery with lightning bursting out of Madison with ghidorah taking over
first off, thank uuu so much for complimenting ghidorahs voice im so glad u like it :)
second off, maddie being possessed by ghidorah rather than ren would be interesting but now that i think of it i once im done w ghidorahs voice i prolly wont be on the fanfic scene since in addition to ghidorahs voice i own a discord rp server that i need to keep alive and since im writing anywhere between 3k and 7k words per chapter i find myself too burnt out to reply on disc which is smth i def wanna fix. back to the topic on hand, i’d encourage others to take inspo on ghidorahs voice and write their own take, of course, maddie is a more trusted individual than ren so i think others would believe her and she’d also be more willing to accept help (ren wasnt willing to accept bernies help when he couldve been saved), ren has a lot more hate in his heart than maddie does for ghidorah to feed off of, and ren already hated godzilla for his lifelong issues w/ his father, however, i dont see ghidorah having much use for maddie since as smart as she is, ren has access to technology and is obviously brilliant as we saw in gvk, that ultimately resulted in mecha king ghidorah but i dont think maddie would be capable of building mkg, and with ren going on to become controller X, i dont think maddie would stoop that low.
at the end of the day, i do encourage others to explore this idea since i have a lot on my plate writing wise 💀💀
