I saw Chef today, a sci-fi movie about an alternate dimension in which a mildly acerbic restaurant review on AOL can go viral.

Don't be mad at me now. Of course I want May to be 'happy', and possibly move on from Ben Parker and have a new relationship in the future. BUT this May Parker x Happy Hogan vibe?? It feels like it's not for May's happiness, but a set up for Happy Hogan's sweet retirement life. MCU keeps portraying Marrisa Tomei's aunt May as a 'sexy' 'young' 'MILF' and 'dateable' material ever since her first appearance in Civil War and I HATE IT.
Sometimes, it just feels like Marvel put Aunt May's character for sexual attraction for other male characters to flirt and talk about in town. I like Happy's character but it just feels like Marvel's trying to make a 'hot, cool, sexy female character with some old scars who can provide emotional support' for 'tired, hurt, male character who went through a lot and need some caring'. I hope it's just for comic relief and not actually building a serious relationship. I want both May Parker and Happy Hogan to have great lives, but just not together. Please??
