hello, it’s been long~ it’s been a week since neet.
i have another exam tmr but i’m not studying for it cus well- i packed all my stuff anyway and idk, i can’t get myself to study anymore. the burn out is intense- like 2 years of burn out waiting to crash so wellll
i’ve been getting back to my hobbies for now !! more indoor hobbies cuz i still don’t have the energy to step out a lot but we’ve been drawing and reading again - i drew the mandala piece for my mom for mother’s day and the demon slayer piece- well just like that. also started reading bell jar by sylvia plath 🌸
my exam centre tmr is pretty far away and i have to be there by 8 sooo i’ll leave around 6.45-7 ;( (gotta sleep early but we know i wont)
anyway, i think im slowly gonna get back to going out too- for some reason crowds have been overwhelming and i get this random pang of guilt and sadness which makes going out really overstimulating :(( but we’ll get better.
also been reducing the amount of coffee i drink - i only drink one every two days which is a huge huge improvement and does make me sleep quality better but not by a lot. also gives me a lot of headaches :(
changed my desk set up and brought out my laptop so i can edit easier and do a few courses online cus too much free time :( i was thinking of doing this one neuroscience course but let’s see :) i also had to make a new yt account cuz my old one had nothing but neet on it and i was too overwhelmed to unsubscribe so safe choice- used my new mail id 😭 (ive had this mail id for a long time, the yt was on the mail id i had when i was in 7th) so yes okay, enough yapping for now
