This blog is verbal diarrhea for those strong stomached people. Im unforgiving, and don't really have a clue what im doing. Im insane.
In the past few years my activity on tumblr has been irregular. I have written original posts but also did a great deal of reblogging and quoting, which are both very nice but are not why I want to have a blog. For me it’s a place for intellectual exercise and an outlet of thoughts. I want to be more focused here to chisel my mind and crystallize my opinions and thoughts, therefore I will make an attempt at returning to exclusively post original content and I want to be more committed. If I could write here everyday I’d be thrilled but that’s probably way too much to be crammed into my schedule--which I admit is not full momentarily but airy spaces of time for relaxation are what keep me mentally fit so I don’t intend to deprive myself of them.
This is it for now, writing it down only so that I will be more motivated to follow through.
I just finished my geology midterm!! Real anxious about the results but i should definitely get above an 80% so it should be fine. I was sooo stressed about it it totally ruined my sleep schedule for the past week gods. I am TIRED!!!

The City of Smiles: Bacolod City 𓂃 ࣪˖ ִֶָ𐀔
Many families have different ways of spending quality time and bonding. My family, on the other hand, enjoys staying at home, gathering to watch movies, or eating together at the dining table while talking about our day. We love going on vacation, but we usually visit places that are easily accessible by car or bus.
However, on August 15, 2014, one of my most memorable childhood experiences was about to happen. It was the first time seven-year-old me got to ride a plane. We weren’t traveling internationally, but the thrill and excitement of my first plane ride were unforgettable. Our destination was Bacolod City, also known as the "City of Smiles." Our family went there for my cousin Keefer’s christening, and we stayed for five days.
Day 1 was our flight.
Day 2 was my cousin Keefer’s christening, where we visited a beautiful church and event venue.
Day 3 was when we explored a place called The Ruins—it was stunning and peaceful. The lush greenery and crisp, fresh air welcomed us, making it a truly memorable day.
Day 4 was an adventure at a camping site filled with fascinating and unusual sights—boiling mud, animals, bodies of water, and campers. I remember strolling with my grandpa, enjoying the place so much that we lost track of our surroundings. We suddenly realized we were lost in an unfamiliar place. We searched for signs and familiar spots but couldn’t find our way. Just when we started to worry, I spotted a man wearing a jersey with our surname on it—bingo! We had found our family again. We sighed in relief, laughed it off, and acted like nothing had happened.
Bacolod made me realize that the Philippines is full of beautiful places to explore. This trip inspired me to travel more, starting with my own country. And maybe, if I’m lucky enough, I’ll someday visit the places I’ve always dreamed of—Italy and Paris.
Day 5 was our flight back home. While I loved discovering new places like Bacolod, nothing is a place better than home. Fin.
