The day I met my doppelganger.. of sorts

I love shopping and one day me and my husband, as usual, went together to the local mall and did a lot of grocery shopping. Luckily that day the queue at the checkout was quite small and as we stood in one line we both noticed that the cashier looked just like me!

A short but thinner version of me to be exact but our facial features were so similar! She looked at me almost the same time we looked at her and we could see her surprise.

Me and her, we both started giggling at the same time, controlling so other people won’t think that we’re making fun of them.

I was really surprised and my hubby nicknamed her as my twin and from that day onwards no matter how rush her counter was, I’d checkout there itself.

Oddest thing was we both smiled at each other happily, but neither of us knew the other’s name — probably because it felt like we knew each other with just uttering “Hi” and “Thankyou, bye”.

For some reason it felt more comfortable just smiling. Then she left the job and we moved to another city. But still remembering those moments make me smile.

This has made me curious to see what kind of people I’ll meet in the future, whether they be friendly or not. It’ll be interesting none the less.

A sudden urge to get better

I decided to keep track of my slices of life on here, maybe get some exposure of being seen and post a little peak of my journey of getting hotter. An accountability reminder to myself.

Bem vindo Março!

O mês de Março chegou e nesse mês eu vou trazer muitas novidades aqui pro blog, especialmente pra vocês que me acompanham, continuarei postando sobre minhas experiências com cada rede social, trazendo poesias, reflexões e muito mais. Que Março seja um mês maravilhoso, abençoado, sejam 31 dias repleto de coisas boas ❤️

It's drama time!

So I get on the bus with the eightish other highschoolers and vape chick starts going off on nickeldude for "stealing her seat again". She goes up to Tman[my awesome bus driver] tellin him to get nickeldude out of said seat. He says there's nothing he can do because we don't have assigned seats and it wouldn't be fair to just kick him out. Pretty reasonable, right? She sits in the seat in front of him and we're off to the middle school. End of altercation.

Or so it seemed.

We get to the middle/elementry school and right when we pull up she attempts to punch nickeldude in the face. Over the seat. Tman comes over and calmly says "this goes one of two ways, either you sit with him or you two work it out"

Should be over, right? Wrong.

Vape chick (keep in mind: she's seventeen) says "I'm going in the building" and leaves the bus. So now everyones like "are we gonna have to wait for her to stop throwing a tantrum or what?' And Tmans like "no we're gettin yall home; her mom can pick her up"

End of story? Never.

As we're leaving the assistant principal and the school police officer come onto the bus. The lady moves nickeldude into bus boy 1 and tibs seat behind me and the whole bus now has assigned seats. And you could tell the lady didn't like this but it was the least complicated choice. Vape chick then struts onto the bus, head held high, face red from crying and clames her seat.

This is the end- sike!

Im not sure what got her started but vape chick was standin up and prolly yellin to her seventh grade friends about how in the right she is idrc and terisa turtle bitch- in the right lane for once- tells her to shut up and sit down cuz no one cares. Vape chick then starts cussin her out and they go back and forth until she sits down.

It only gets worse? You guessed it!

She stands up again and starts goin of at terisa throwin as many insults she could think of callin her names and crap and then, in response to one of terisas' comebacks, says "why don't you come over here and make me sit down" and she goes "maybe i should" and she goes "pull up then" which I learned as of today means "lets throw hands".

Terisa doesn't even hesitate and stands up to plate at which point I attempt to intervene by standing up and repetativly shouting "YALL CHILLCHILLCHILLCHILL-" and Tman can see smts going on and I start waven at him like HELP COME GET THESE STUCK UP SPOILED BRATS and terisa ends up sitting up front. They're looking at the cameras tomorrow to see who cussed who out.

BUT WAIT- nah I'm kidding that's it.

Trying a new Ramune flavor. I tried it for the first time a week ago, & that was strawberry which I absolutely loved! Trying an orange one now, & a bit nervous as it was the only one left, & there was a LOT of it 💀

Calibrating

So far in the school year, things have been alright- balancing the APs I’m in has taken some time, but overall, things seem just fine.

I’m still trying to make a proper schedule for myself to follow, finding a lot of trouble when trying to actually stick to it. Maybe I just need motivation? Feels like I’m trying to get ahold of all this too late. It’s alright, though- at least I didn’t leave this until university.

My blog’s been looking pretty blank recently. In my free time, I’m thinking of adding a little gallery and maybe a music player? 

I’ll see if I can actually put something of this sort into my blog sometime soon- but no promises, especially since I’m still not sure how to manage my time TT
