Hell even hearing him say he’d missed her too was more than enough to make her blush.

Pari looked up, having a quiet moment alone outside of the dive bar. It was a voice that she never thought she’d hear again, but if course Rico was made of stronger stuff.

And of course, Pari was just as drawn to them as ever.

“Holy shit.. you’re back! I mean.. I always hoped you would have been. Shit.. I missed you, Rico.”

There was a very soft smile on her face, although her green eyes were alight with happiness.

“I wouldn’t mind if you wanted to stay with me.. no pressure though.”

But there was something captivating about the young woman next to him. It beckoned him back after a rather long job spent in the hot jungle. He rested his shoulder on the wall beside her. He could feel her giddiness and couldn't help but smile. "I missed you too," there was a light chuckle, surprise at his own admittance. "How have things been?" He leaned in a little bit closer to her. -≡[ ☄ ]≡-
