Life may be continuously kicking me in the ass, but I miss this place

So take this as a starter call and I'll get to em as I can

Ive decided to give up on trying to roleplay on here. Not anybodys fault, no drama. Life is just hard sometimes and it can be difficult to maintain hobbies.

So im making a new account, so that my main blog isnt a dead rp blog anymore.

If u ever wanted to write or chat, plz feel free to follow the new blog or ask for my discord. I wouldn't mind havin some threads going outside of tumblr sometimes. @poorwretch is the new account. Still movin stuff over but eventually this blog will be archived/deleted

Pari wouldn’t have minded if he’d wanted to be a little more forthcoming. She remembered him fondly for being brash, charming and relentless. But she still appreciated that he’d taken his time with her.

“If that’s the case, I’m all for it Rico. Consider me yours for the evening, at least when I finish. Should be about half an hour from now..”

Pari replied, deciding to be a little bolder and giving his hand a gentle squeeze.

-≡[ ☄ ]≡- His own apprehension caught him by surprise as well. It left him feeling like a kid with his first crush and not a clue on what to do. Though, hearing that Pari was all his, even if just for tonight, knocked him back to reality.

He grinned, bringing her hand to his lips, and pressed a kiss to it. "Thats quite a while from now," another kiss, this time to her wrist, "I'm not sure I could make it." A third kiss touched her arm as he put his other hand on her waist. Sure, they had the rest of the night to spend together, but what's a few more stolen minutes? -≡[ ☄ ]≡-

Pari looked up, having a quiet moment alone outside of the dive bar. It was a voice that she never thought she’d hear again, but if course Rico was made of stronger stuff.

And of course, Pari was just as drawn to them as ever.

“Holy shit.. you’re back! I mean.. I always hoped you would have been. Shit.. I missed you, Rico.”

There was a very soft smile on her face, although her green eyes were alight with happiness.

“I wouldn’t mind if you wanted to stay with me.. no pressure though.”

-≡[ ☄ ]≡- Truth be told, he hadn't expected to make his way back to this town. His was a free spirit, not prone to staying in one place or making deliberate returns. But there was something captivating about the young woman next to him. It beckoned him back after a rather long job spent in the hot jungle. He couldn't quite let Pari go like he had with others before her.

He rested his shoulder on the wall beside her. He could feel her giddiness and couldn't help but smile. "I missed you too," there was a light chuckle, surprise at his own admittance. "How have things been?" He leaned in a little bit closer to her. -≡[ ☄ ]≡-

Pouring over research he'd been examining for days already for any longer wasn't going to get him anywhere tonight. And that meant it was time to hit up one of the local bars to grab a drink and let his mind relax.

He walked into the establishment and approached the bar. It was fairly busy, but that's to be expected on a weekend. While he waited for his drink, he noticed a comely stranger beside him and gave a wink with a charming smile. -≡[ ☄ ]≡-
