heyo !!!! I just wanted to say before i asked of anything, you are such a huge inspiration to my own wings of fire fanart; i absolutely adore ur art and lovely characters,, seeing ur year review from ur most recent post was insanee your art has grown with you fantastically !!!! i found ur drawings around july or august maybe,, and ive been the biggest fan of it ever since. Sunhunter has been one of my favorite characters since like the dawn of time, SUCH an interesting idea for her to see pieces of fate in bodies of water,, but I digress !!!

I'd love to ask if you'd like to draw my oc, Princess Stratus !!

I don't have a real reference for her yet EEK but she's the short purple one in the center of the three siblings !!! altho shes kind of a wip, for her character I'd say she's pretty silent but sharp, like her eyes are reflecting the idea of you through mirrors. she knows what you are before you do. lowkey eerie in nature. I like drawing her in shadows a lot. she's a very clever cookie I like to think, obsessed with the idea of justice; but before her Torment(tm) arc, she was just an ordinary girl with perhaps a bit too much anger. a little weird/socially clumsy when it came to calmer interactions with others. even so she always tried to be kind. if in her strange and quiet little ways; since she's kinda just a head bust rn I don't mind at all if improvisation is needed !!!

Nightwings specifically have turned to experimenting wit magic and technology. The final straw? Trying to put dragons souls into robots after death.

So ncis seasons 1-11 are now off of Netflix which means I'll be using my $20 DVD player with my 1-4 ncis DVD pack (which is very amazing I'm glad to own)

But Im realizing most of the fun holiday episodes I enjoyed occasionally are in season 6

100% not going to buy another DVD set for like 3 or so episodes but it is a bummer 💔

Like the child's play Thanksgiving episode is one of my favorites just because it's a very "look the team is like family" episode (and I've got some issues with a good portion of my family so I live the family life through fiction, probably a big reason i struggle to add any action or angst into my oc families lmao💀) but also I'm a sucker for holiday episodes. I will devour any Christmas and Halloween themed episodes

A little update to the post i made about lucky taking in a bunch of nocturnes during notn

In total Lucky and mushroom have raised 11 kids. 3 being their bio daughters 8 being nocturnes from eggs.

With such a big family its hard to get a family photo when the kids are awake so Lucky and mushroom resorted to getting the photo when they tucker themselves out.

Character run down:

Cove (or sunhunter.)- she/her, was a sand/night future seer but is now hidden as a seawing by the power of an earring. Overall nervous, inquisitive, and has a strong sense to try and find justice

Echis and Gecko- she/her & he/him for Gecko, sandwings. Married noble couple. Overall sassy, a bit spoiled, but very protective and loving of their family

Snapping turtle- he/him, seawing, regarded as an odd seawing for his short snout and duller colors. Overall intelligent, grumpy, but also has a urge to find justice.

Argile- he/they, mudwing animus, a laid back leader his eye is focused on protecting his fellow mudwings. Overall strong leadership, charming, but a bit too laid back (especially when it comes to protecting fellow talons of peace)

Mouse- he/they, skywing ex talon of peace. A short and lanky skywing he tries his best to speak confidently bit often gets a jittery. Overall secretive, nervous, and cowardly

And if your feeling brave you can ask a question of big villain himself

Forestfire- he/him, skywing with strong firescales, not much is known about the guy other than he is huge and angry. Overall a giant ball of rage.

Turtle

Wings of fire au where everything is the same except turtle is hiding away on an island just surfing

While I enjoy a good nervous character I think it would be so cool if turtle was more of this "the world is harsh and mean but out on the water none of it matters. Its just me."

in this au of sorts I imagine he left in his teen years feeling overwhelmed from his powers and status yet undersupported due to the lack of attention from his mom. Hitting a point of still loving and caring for those around him but recognizing that in this spot he'd be stuck being unhappy.

He left to a secluded island enjoying the peace of solitude and finding a love of surfing. time passes and kinkajou and moon get washed up on his island probably chasing a mystery or somthing idk. Moon of course is wary of this random seawing while kinkajou is thrilled. Moon figures out who he is, to his dismay, and they have a chat about powers n such

"Your a prince and an animus... you have the power to do so much yet you just... sit here doing nothing... sorry that sounds harsh.."

"No need to apologize I see your point... I could do so much but I could also damage alot.. including myself. I dont want to loose myself for others who could care less about me. For now... taking care of me is all I need to do."

Moon would eventually be understanding. Kinkajou on the other hand is having too much fun learning to surf and enjoying the flora and shells Turtle finds on the beach.

(imma be 100% here and say I didnt really think too deeply about this au, I really wanted to draw turtle surfing lol. so excuse its messy nature and the fact that if turtle was like this half of like arc 2 wouldnt exist 💀 )

Delilah sketch sheet

so i made delilah awhile back and kinda just left her. I kinda feel bad about that cause i remember being so excited for her concept. so I came back and re did her just a tad.

for one I made her look more like her. A flirtly playful sprit whos a lover for anything romance related. a slight outfit change and wild but some how together looking hair. I also wanted to add the fact that when pissed off she has a more monsterous side like a bat werewolf thing.

and who could forget her undead cat barnaby. a grumpy holding-delilah's-two-brain-cells-together cat. hes been around for centuries.

ill probably work on another old oc dr.moon since he needs more love. then ill get back to my gal vanya and her story. I really need to cut back on the plot lines haha^^

Weevilwings winter event is out and idk if I ever shared my fellas here. Little wof fantribe I have fun making lore in 🫶

Currently the winter event is bringing back the winter festivities in Northstar, an arctic town whos specialty is snow. This year the village leader Buckeye is oddly absent leading his son Ermine to run the show... hes doing... his best.. I mean what else can he do now that hes juggling the village responsibilities ontop of greeting the grovewings of pantala.

This isnt mentioning the odd sightings of mysterious ghostly figures and the promised summoning of an animus trader from a totally reliable seller

Feel free to come join in the fun. Easy to gain myos, adopts, plenty of raffles, and arpg aspects soon to come. grovewings are also free to make so you can make as many caterpillar dragons as you desire.

hey there! i'm a big fan of justice driven characters, wondered if there's any particular reason for snapping turtle's sense of justice?

Snapping turtle was hatched during a time of great tension. which caused the seawing queen to go into a worried panic. She began to provide rewards to any couple who hatched strong dragonets and put them on the path to become soldiers. This led many to scramble to hatch the strongest dragonets which also led to many "weaker" seawing hatchlings to be left behind. (Orphanages boomed and some seawings began to adopt a more mudwing style of living with sibling troops instead of the average family)

Snapping turtle was dubbed a "weak" hatchling due to his odd appearance. His parents sent him to Baleen, a royal scientist who was trying to start a counter effort to make sure the tribe had plenty of scholars, he didnt offer as much of a reward but a reward none the less.

Snapping turtle never saw his parents after that and gladly Baleen was a kind guardian. He never really gained the full respect within the palace and among nobles which further strengthened this sense of justice. "I didnt do anything to deserve this? I like how I look... its not fair that I am looked down on..." were common words spoken to Baleen.

No wonder he joined the talons of peace and no wonder he helped sunhunter
