Lord Brimstone, cousin of Queen Cressida, Knight

Highly disciplined and selfless to the point of extreme, he denies all royal spoils in favor of walking a knights path. He has yet to learn balance in this life as you cant truly put others before you for so long

As most knights do they must go through Capella's cruel choice. Capella, goddess of the sun, calls forth her knights without pause... even for grief. Most suits of armor are passed down from mentor to student meaning to become a full knight your mentor must die. Truly the harshest moment of poor Brimstones life.

The weevilwing council isn't much for having the 4th in line for throne (hear brimstone eye roll) running around doing selfless knight work so they forbid him from doing it. Still he slips away at night.

Another new adventure Brimstone is on is funding weevil islands house for dragonets. Not every hatchling and dragonet has a family. Spirit started this home by herself in an old abandoned army outpost but given the place was falling apart and constantly stolen from by theives she reached out to the council for help. Denied and sent home in tears, little did she know Brimstone had witnessed the meeting.

He now funds the home referred to as "The House of Brimstone" and does his best to personally protect it. Which helps his want to be selfless but can be difficult when dragonets are everywhere pulling on your beard, asking to borrow your chest plate for sledding, constantly getting stuck in your armor.... but still it feels nice to protect those in need... and visit spirit...

lmao anyways Im guessing you can tell what movie I watched recently, but yeah they look like a pretty fun group. The clothing was a mix of the vampires clothing and morticia adams outfits. this art piece was mainly a stress reliver and more practice with drawing on my laptop. enjoy^^

Mudwing of amber scales

Getting from the sand kingdom to the mud kingdom wasn't easy. The war didn't make it any easier. Sunhunter had flown day and night, fueled only by fear. The sight she saw in the vision still haunting her. She couldn't bare to look at the mountains when she had passed them. Finally over the rainforest the outskirts of the mud kingdom were in view. This side of the kingdom remained untouched by war. Once a place regarded for only the low born mudwings was turned into a bustling city. Being the closest to the rain kingdom it made for a good base camp.

The Diamond spray was where battles were often held. A faint burning glow sat on the horizon. Sunhunter wondered where the queen was. Her palace was so close to the war and yet sunhunter hear she refused to leave it.

In her thoughts she missed the rainwing patrol. The slender soldiers shot into the air slamming into her wings. She tumbled downward flailing trying to catch some balance. The rainwings followed and wrapped their tails around her limbs yanking in different directions. It took about six to slow her fall. Seven to full restrain her.

Sunhunter growled as she thrashed "let me go! Please! I must find someone!" Her eyes caught a few of the soldiers faces as they were back down within the camp. Their noses wrinkled as their tails let her go "hybrid…" one grumbled to the others. "We're giving you mercy but dont think trying to sell Queen Gila or Queen DiamondCrusher secrets will give you the same result…" they slithered back to their posts.

Sunhunter knew all too well both queens distaste for hybrids. Just last week her hybrid friend goldtail tried to trade rainwing secrets for immunity…. his head now sits stuffed on Queen Gilas wall. Sunhunter shut her eyes tightly trying to forget the image as well as to quiet her spinning head. After a moment of regaining her footing she looked around. While mudwings and rainwings werent crazy about hybrids they held less murderous urges. Worst sunhunter got was a weird look. It could also be they were too busy fighting the war to care. A few large mudwings with frills and rainwings with heavy plating walked about. They didn't seem to be worried about it. Sunhunter had to shake her head again. She had gone off track thinking. She started into the city. Mudwing of amberscales…. Mudwing of amberscales….

She could only frown finding hickorys, chocolates, umbers, mahogany, russets, chestnuts, and even a few siennas. Out from a large mud den glowing from inside, came two figures. One mudwing of darker browns scales, they waved to mudwing behind them before disappearing into the crowd. The mudwing they waved to….. covered in sparking amber scales. He was large and had a few deep scars on his shoulders. His sides were speckled with amber like stars in the sky. Sunhunter couldnt tell if they were apart of him or if he embedded them himself. She wriggled past the crowd and made it to the den. She didn't pause before entering. The mudwing looked up with a jolt. The inside of his den was cozy with blankets and pillows. The glow was coming from a burning fireplace, warmed the place enough that it felt like the desert to sunhunter. He laid near it was a scroll at his talons. Instead of being angry, shocked, or screaming at sunhunter to get out… he raised a brow. "I wasn't expecting you so soon." "What?" Sunhunter shook her head. "Take a seat you must be exhausted." He motioned a talon to the pile of deep purple pillows.

Sunhunter didn't protest despite her shock. She flopped into the pile and curled her barbed tail in. So soft. She could feel her eyelids growing heavy already. Quickly lifting her head she continued "How do you know me? How did you know I was coming?"

I tried plugging it in today and it started to smell like burning. Which I've learned means something with the circuit.

Rip my switch 2022-2024 barely made it to two years 💔💀

Bad day cause I spilled a drink on my switch and I think my dog may have broken the cord. It still turns on to show me the dead screen but it doesnt charge. I'm trying the letting it dry for a few days thing but I don't have much hope.

I shouldnt be so upset cause I've got plenty of bigger issues but this was my first ever big purchase with the money I worked hard for. all my games were on there :(

Dragon of the week

heyo been a bit lol, been up to a lot recently but one thing i wanted to share is my covers for a dragon of the week thing over on the wof amino

I tried putting them in order from newest to oldest. My personal favorite is still battlewinner cause I loved drawing the lava. Least favorite is probably kinkajou as I dont feel I did her justice, dont hate it but I would go back and make it more vibrant if i could. Id also like to give dusky a new piece as that one is much older than the rest

Your so real for that though cause I actually googled "wof parents" and went down a few lists to try and find some to draw for this. Half of them were not good parents 💀 and like a bunch of the ok ones were like "unnamed mom" so I ended up just doing random designs

I honestly enjoy this dude and his character. I feel like he deserved some more understanding as if im remembering correctly (ignore me if im wrong im wanting to re read the books as it has been a while) dragons in the books always just saw him as this sad guy who was hopeless about everything. but like?? how would you feel if you had powers that slowly made you go mad as you use them and all these stories of animus's going wild and killing others after loosing their souls. I know I would feel hopeless and scared. Stonemover cursing himself to turn to stone was something he did so hed never hurt any dragons and in a way its one of the more noble animus enchantments. (which isnt like amazing but compared to some others its tame) that being said I can see the point that at some point you need to live your life and not be so worried about what might happen but still. idk lol I just think hes a fun character to examine.
