I was struggling to come up with an idea for this day, and then I kept being bad at art, so this took me a bit to get around to doing. I eventually came up with the idea for Cerelia to be a ghost, who loves using her ghostly powers to piss off her girlfriend. Also, I was drawing this during my classes because I was bored and did everything already, so it’s a more messy traditional style. I would’ve given Cer an actual body but I was too scared to attempt it.

thinking about bird gabe once more but not in the way one might think
so birds are very smart, yeah? can learn a bunch of complex tricks and some even learn words and speak sentences (tho we also gotta be honest that its questionable they understand what theyre saying...)
but theyre also really fucking stupid. theyre whiny and clingy and scream over the smallest thing. someone once told me their bird forced them to grab a new toy bc it chewed through that one and wouldnt stop crying until they got it. there was another toy to shred not even a foot away. personally my boy likes to crawl to the top of his cage and scream repeatedly until i let him out. he then continues to scream even after that. he also once called my friend a bitch.
my point is that this should all apply to gabriel. he should be an annoying stupid piss baby bc hes a bird. it comes with the territory of being a bird. he has the uncontrollable urge to forage and tear shit apart. if he could eat his favorite food would either be a seed or berry. he flies in circles when spooked. he sees a pool of water and decides to dunk himself in it and become absolutely Soaked (and to add More to the bird comparison he'd probably smell AWFUL afterwards too (bird owners understand the wet bird stank </3 exponentially worse than a wet dog)). he probably sees anything shiny and immediately loses focus (cough this is why hes attracted to his swords COUGH). itd also be really funny if he HATED any new thing. maybe not outright fear it but... itd be funny for him to be like "what the fuck" while standing diagonally to avoid it (look up ringnecks posing and you'll see what i mean). tho this would ALSO be hilariously paired with him not being scared of things he Should be scared of (glaring at my bird who apparently thinks sharp objects are delicious)
my insanity for today and my last coherent thoughts before the withdrawals from my adhd meds take me from this world 🫡

It’s been forever and I realized that my perfectionism was holding me back, so even though I’m pretty not happy with the results, I’m still gonna post it, because why the fuck not?
