brad davis:
        Pairing: Peter Parker x Reader
Summary: You have been MIA for over a week, and Peter and Ned are trying to figure out what they did that could possibly make you ignore them for so long. It took one party at Flashâs place and an inconvenient Brad Davis to make you finally go off.
Authorâs note: hey, guys. It took a lot for me to post this, the main plot is based on a personal experience Iâve been through, and I decided to write about it as a way of dealing with the shitty situation. I tried to make the emotions as realistic as possible, in order to express my feelings, but Iâm not exactly a great writer and English is not my mother language, so please be patient with me if Iâve made some mistakes throughout the story. Make sure to tell me what you thought about the story, it would make me really happy. Also, if any of you have been through a similar experience and want to talk, hit me up, Iâm sure we can help each other, I certainly do need some help lmao

        - Dude, whatâs going on? Did you two have a fight or something? Because if you did, I swear to God IâllâŚ
        - Ned! Stop freaking out on me, man. You are making me worse than I already am. And no, we didnât have a fight or anything like that. I honestly donât know whatâs going on. â Peter was clearly hurt and worried.
        - Sorry, itâs just that⌠itâs been a week. I miss her. I wonder what you did wrong this time. â Ned looked really judgmental and Peter wasnât having it.
        - What is that supposed to mean?
        - Come on, dude. You may be her best friend but she clearly has a thing for you and every time she gets somewhat flirty, your oblivious self, despite being completely obsessed with her as well, always screw things up and she gets mad, so⌠what did you do this time?
        - She doesnât⌠have a thing for me. â Peterâs cheeks started getting red with the suggestion.
        - Whatever helps you sleep at night. And thatâs not the point! What. Did. You. Do?
        - Nothing, I swear! One night we were fine texting each other and then⌠She just isolated everyone. Sheâs been ignoring me since then but I promise I didnât do anything wrong, I even checked our conversation. Here! â Peter grabbed his phone so fast it almost fell, unblocked it, and clicked on your contact, he didnât think it was right to show Ned your conversation but the need to prove his innocence was stronger.
        (y/n): âwassup, arachnid?â
(Peter): â(y/n) could u pls come up with a better nickname? That oneâs awful :(â
(y/n): âiâm working on it, but until I find the perfect one uâll just have to get used to this mediocre-quality one lolâ
You guys kept talking about nonsenses until you told him you needed to go.
(y/n): âgotta go, family gathering at gramâs. try not to cry because u miss me so much, Iâll be back I promise :pâ
(Peter): âwell Iâll try but idk if I will be able to go through the next couple of hours without you annoying the life out of me. Itâll be so hard :(â
(y/n): âdamn ur heartless. Anyways bye, arachnid xoâ
        (Peter): âS T O Pâ
(Peter): âare you still at your grandmaâs place? Itâs like 2 a.m.â
        (Peter): â(y/n)???â
(Peter): âif ur mad about me calling u annoying iâm sorryyyâ
        (Peter): â:(â
(Peter): âyou werenât at class today. everything okay? just checking, Iâm worried abt uâ
(Peter): âu missed a Chem assignment today, Iâm paired up with you, itâs nothing out of this world but we need to talk abt itâ
(Peter): âhey⌠listen uâve been MIA for almost a week, now idk whatâs going on but you can talk to me, let me helpâ
(Peter): âNed and I went over to your place to talk to you but your mom didnât let us in. pls tell me whatâs going onâ
        - Damn, PeterâŚ
        - What? â He was certain he didnât do anything wrong but after showing Ned the texts he got a little insecure. After all, he never realized when he was messing things up, he just got super nervous and started rambling nonstop until shit hit the fan.
        - You guys are so flirty, itâs so disgusting, just ask her out already, geez.
        - Ned!
        - Okay okay, well, I admit, I didnât see anything wrong, except for you clearly trying to flirt with her and being a total failure.
        - Shut up.
They were sitting at their usual table in the cafeteria, theorizing about what made you go off on them. Both of them were uneasy, you were their best friend and they liked you too much to just let you push them away like this. Peter was particularly off, at the same time he was dying of worries, he was pissed at you. After all the mad shit youâve been through together, heâd think you cared about him enough not to just ignore his complete existence out of nowhere. To be honest he was hurt about the fact that you didnât like him as much as he liked you.
        - Yo, assholes. â Flash just jumped up at your table. â Iâm trying to do some community service, so as my first act of kindness I will allow you to go to my party tomorrow. My place at 10. Donât be weird or Iâll change my mind and kick you out of there.  Make sure (y/n) is there, sheâs a sight Iâd like to see at my place. See ya, losers.
As fast as Flash got to their table, he went away, not giving the boys an opportunity to answer. Peter closed his fists so hard at the mention of your name that his knuckles turned white. Ned simply rolled his eyes and told Peter to forget about it.
Peter took his cellphone again and opened your chat. It had been one day since he last texted you and tried to go to your place, so he was thinking whether he should tell you about the party or not. A part of him was angry and didnât want to text you because of the shit youâve been making him go through, but the other part was hopeful youâd show up at Flashâs and finally give him an opportunity to talk to you. He decided he missed you too much and would take any chance he could to see you. So he sent you the text.
(Peter): âhey, Flash is throwing a party tomorrow night and he invited us. yes. all of us. anyway, itâll be at 10. hope you show up.â
There. Plain and simple. A loud sigh left Peterâs mouth as he hit his head on the table.
        - Itâs okay, dude. Sheâll be there. Donât stress about it.
        (âŚ)
        - Do you see her? â It was the fifth time Ned poked Peter and asked the same question. Peter felt like he was about to lose it.
        - No, dude. Iâve been looking directly at the door and she still hasnât shown up.
        - She will come, Peter. Donât worry. Hey, do you think Betty would be impressed with this hat Iâm wearing?
        - Uhm, sure! Why donât you go over to her?
        - Are you sure? Youâll be okay? I know (y/n) is always the one who makes you company⌠- Ned was about to start rambling but Peter was quick to stop him laughing.
        - Ned, Iâm fine. Now go get your girl.
        - Yeah yeah, you should go get yours too, you know. Look who just showed up. â Ned pointed to the door.
And there you were, with all your non-glory, and an alarm rang in Peterâs head almost instantaneously. The first thing he noticed was your clothing. You were wearing a jacket, which was not usual for you, who is always complaining about how hot it is, even if it´s freezing. The next thing he noticed was your body, you were thinner, not enough to make everyone notice, but he for sure did, and he for sure got worried right away. The last thing he noticed was your face. He always admired you for being so outgoing and confident, but now you looked scared and insecure, constantly looking to your sides, like the walls had spikes and the room was slowly getting smaller around you.
After scanning the whole room, your eyes met Peterâs, he was beside Ned, looking straight at you, you forced a side smile and walked up to them.
        - Peter, Ned⌠Hi. â You looked really shy, something was definitely off.
        - Hey, (y/n)! Oh my God I missed you so much, where have you been? We thought you were mad at us. â Ned was as agitated as he was when he talked about Betty. You couldnât help but smile at how excited your best friend was to see you.
        - I⌠I was sick, really sick. You know how it is⌠- You looked at Peter, but he had his eyes fixed on the floor, looking upset.
        - Of course you were. â He sighed and you felt the sarcasm in his voice.
        - Excuse me?
        - Iâm not buying that, (y/n). If you really were sick you would tell us, you know, your best friends.
        - Yo, donât put me into this mess, Iâm going to talk to Betty now. But (y/n), Iâll talk to you later, okay? So happy to see you again! â Ned was quick to flee the situation, leaving you and Peter alone. You grabbed his hand and took him to the pool area, where there were less people.
        - Start talking, Parker.
        - What?
        - You were pretty quick to shoot me a snarky comment inside, so I guess you have a lot to say, right? Start talking.
        - I⌠I donât haveâŚ
        - Peter, talk!
        - Why⌠Why would you ignore me for over a week? You were so sick you couldnât grab your phone? And if you really were sick, why didnât your mom tell us right away? I was so upset with you I wasnât even going to tell you about the party, but I missed you and was worried about you and wanted to see you, and you lie to my face?
        - I shouldnât have ignored you, I know. Iâm sorry. I really am. But you want to talk about lying? What about all the times you lied right to my face for almost a year, huh? The Stark Internship, the Washington shit, me being stood up by you countless times, what about that? You didnât tell me about the spider shit, I figured it out by myself. And itâs okay if you didnât want to tell me, thatâs your business, but donât point your finger at me talking about fucking honesty. â Peterâs face was sad and angry at the same time as you threw the words at him.
        - You know, I only came to this shitty party to see you. â You stared right into his eyes. â I missed you and wanted to have a good time with you, but I guess thatâs not going to happen so leave me alone. â At the moment Peter saw tears wanting to leave your eyes, he knew something was wrong, and that he had messed up. Big time.
        - (y/n), wait! â He tried to hold you but you sprinted back inside the house, leaving him with his thoughts.
You were grabbing a snack at the kitchen, when you felt someone breathing down your neck. You froze instantly, trying to push away the memories. You turned and in front of you was Brad Davis. He was a good guy, but he was drunk and an alarm rang in your head.
        - What the fuck? Back off, Brad.
        - Hey, (y/n)! Long time no see, wanna dance? â He placed his hands on your shoulder, and the memories came flooding you as you tried pushing them away.
        - No.
        - Come here, I missed you. â He then pulled you in for a hug. At the moment you felt his hands on your back and waist, and smelled the alcohol exhaling from his mouth, you just couldnât fight the memories any longer. It was like you were back your grandmaâs house all over again, you started to shiver, your heart felt like it was going to go out of your chest and your vision turned black.
        - Get off of me! â You couldnât stop yourself. You shoved him away aggressively, and punched him right in his face. It was like you were stuck in your own body, not being able to control it.
You realized what you did when he hit the floor, nose bleeding.
        - Iâm⌠Iâm so sorry⌠I⌠- The music had stopped, you looked up and everyone was looking at you. Then you saw him. Peter. You immediately ran away and grabbed a cab down the street, ignoring Peterâs screams calling you and asking you to wait.
By the time you got home, you were crying uncontrollably. You laid in bed and let everything sink in. You knew going to the party was a mistake but you did it anyway. Fucking stupid little girl.
        - (y/n), let me in. â You looked at your window and saw Peter with his suit on, how could he have changed clothes so fast?
You went over and opened the window. He got in, you turned around as he changed clothes once more. You turned around again when he was done and sat on the bed. He sat beside you.
        - So, Iâm an idiot. I know. â He looked at you with puppy hazel eyes and you couldnât help but laugh a bit. â (y/n)⌠what happened? Please, I beg you to talk to me.
So, you started talking immediately. The more you talked, the more you cried. You talked about how when at your grandmaâs, while the whole family was going to take a picture, your old drunk cousin grabbed you by the arm to be closer to him, and started walking down your body with his hand, making you freeze with terror. You talked about how you felt like you couldnât move or scream, about how hard he was squeezing your arm, leaving a bruise after. You talked about how you felt used, dirty, and weak, about how you should have done something, anything, but instead you stayed there like a scared little girl. You talked about how you were afraid of people touching you now, and how afraid you were of hurting people, and how thatâs exactly what happened. You hurt someone, Brad. And finally, you talked about how you were feeling like your worst version of yourself, and didnât want anyone to see that, especially Peter.
He listened to everything quietly, and only after you finished talking was when he realized he wasnât breathing and that you had grabbed his hand at some point. He didnât know what to say, all he felt was hatred, so he started crying.
        - Iâm so sorry, I made this whole thing about me when you were hurting so much. â You squeezed his hand when you heard he say that.
        - Listen, itâs not your fault. I shouldnât have ignored you, I just didnât want you to see the mess I am right now.
        - You are not a mess. Itâs not your fault this happened to you. You are the strongest person that Iâve ever known, you are the utter best version of yourself and thatâs one of the many reasons why I really like you and⌠- He suddenly stopped when he realized what he said.
        Shit.
        - You know⌠as a friend⌠my best friend! You are my best friend and I like you as my best friend and⌠- He stopped on his tracks when he felt you hugging him, he didnât know what to do so he slowly and gently put his arms around you, making sure you were comfortable.
        (âŚ)
After that night, things didnât get better, but they got less worse. Peter and Ned were the only people you were comfortable with, and Peter was the only one you were physically comfortable with. You didnât think it was possible to be closer than you were before, but it happened. Peter was super protective of you, and he didnât even noticed. He would always hold your hand when you were walking, and would always make sure you felt safe. Every time he noticed you being anxious, he would grab your hand and caress it with his thumb, or he would play with your hair and whisper âitâs okay, Iâm here with you. You are okayâ into your ear. He made you feel safe, and he also made you feel weird things, mushy and warm things. He looked at you differently, you knew it, and it always made you feel like your stomach was upside down, but in a great way.
One day, you, Peter and Ned were at the cafeteria talking, you and Peter were holding hands when you felt hands on your shoulders. You stopped moving right away
        - (y/n), nice work on that assignment! â Your Chemistry teacher said and left without letting you respond.
Peter and Ned looked at you, clear worriedness stamped on their faces. You started to breathe heavily, your heartbeat started racing, you started shaking and your eyes got wet. Peter quickly grabbed your hand and took you away.
He took you to the janitorâs closet, the closest thing to the cafeteria. It was so small you were pressed against each other, but Peter didnât care about that. All he cared about was you. When he closed the door, you started sobbing.
        - Hey, hey itâs okay, Iâm here. You are okay. No oneâs going to hurt you, okay? I promise. â He hold you tight in his arms.
        - I⌠I feel dirty.
        - Here â he stood in front of you, took off his sweater, staying only with his nerdy shirt, and swept it over your shoulders. â Iâm cleaning them, see? Theyâre clean. Youâre not dirty, you are perfect.
He wiped your tears away and started caressing your cheek, cupping your face with his hands.
        - Iâm here and Iâll always be here. You are okay.
        - Iâm⌠Iâm okay.
        - See? Everythingâs going to be okay. â He hugged you once more.
        - Peter? â You called against his chest.
        - Huh? â He didnât let you go.
        - Thank you. I⌠I really like you too. You know, as my best friend⌠- You felt his heart racing. â You know what I mean.
He let you out of his arms to look at you. He knew what you meant, he remembered the day he almost confessed his feelings, but he thought you wouldnât have realized.
He kept his hazel eyes glued at yours, and you could swear he was seeing through your soul at that moment. He smiled, his face lit up. You smiled. You donât know how long you guys stayed there, but it felt like eternity and it wasnât enough.
Peterâs favorite thing to do is convince the Avengers that the spider he was bitten by was venomous, so that means heâs venomous, too. No one really believes him, but no one wants to test that theory, either.
Sam: *tries to steal the remote*
Peter, hissing: Iâll fucking bite you, try me.
Tony, who definitely knows Peterâs not venomous: Yeah, the toxins would have you dead within seconds.

You smiled. You donât know how long you guys stayed there, but it felt like eternity and it wasnât enough.
peter:
So something rly shitty happened to me a couple weeks ago and I've been having a hard time trying to deal with it. I thought abt maybe righting abt it, with a light-hearted kind of twist, just to help me see that things will be ok, y'know?
Anyways, it would be a Peter Parker imagine because he is my favorite character and watching FFH actually made me happy for the first time in ages.
I would try as hard as I can to express everything I am feeling in the most realistic way possible. Idk, would u guys be up for that?

Ned finally got his so wanted date with Betty, but heâs a dork and freaked out while asking her out, resulting to you and Peter pretending to be couple and going on a double date because you are the best friends ever and wouldnât want to let Ned down.
Okay so this is my first time trying something like this and to be honest Iâm quite nervous about it because I have no idea what Iâm doing lmao. Oh and also my first language is not English, so bear with me if you see any mistakes, but donât forget to give me a heads up and tell me what were your thoughts on it! :) P.S: Iâll start with first meetings and stuff to explain how it all lead to what this is really about.
You, Peter and Ned were best friends. It all started in your first day in Midtown High, you were really nervous because it was mid-semester and your first class was Chemistry, so the teacher paired you up with âthe best one in the classâ, Peter. He started freaking out when you took off your jacket, revealing a t-shirt that had C3PO, R2-D2 and the phrase âThese are not the droids you are looking forâŚâ on it. âOh my god, you like Star Wars!!â his eyes got so bright and shit heâs adorable. âYeah, man! Iâm (y/n), and you areâŚ?â you were smiling because you already knew this guy was a good one and was going to be your friend. âIâm Parker⌠Peter. Uh, Peter Parker!â After that it was settled, Peter asked you to sit with him during lunch, and thatâs where you met Ned, who had the exact same reaction when he saw your shirt, by the way. You guys clicked instantly, you discovered that they shared all of your nerdy and geeky passions and they were just happy to meet someone so âcoolâ. It only took a week or something for you to be over Peterâs for movie-nights, sleepovers and all of it. Meeting May for the first time was awesome and embarrassing at the same time because Ned made sure to imply that you were Peterâs girlfriend and Peter blushed until he looked like a tomato, but besides that everything went smoothly. You found out the truth about Peterâs âintershipâ really quick. It wasnât like Peter was exactly making an effort to hide it, since the Spider-Boy (as you liked to call) was always watching you get home safe when Peter and Ned couldnât walk with you. So one day when you were at Peterâs (Ned was sick), you just drew a tiny spider in his hand and winked at him. âThanks for always watching me, stalker.â He blushed so hard but you got him to calm down after promising you wouldnât tell anyone. (âŚ) You and Peter were already at the table you always sit on during lunch, currently in a tense discussion about what was going to be the plot of the newest Star Wars movie: The Last Jedi, when Ned came to you running faster than youâve ever thought was possible. âGu-guys! Guys! You will NOT believe what just happenedâ he was breathing heavily but didnât sit down, he just put his hands on the table as hard as he could to get you and Peterâs attention. âJesus! Whatâs going on Ned?â you and Peter said, very pissed after almost falling down. âI asked Betty out! Weâre going on a date!â when he said that you felt all the anger go away, you were just so happy that your best friend got a date with his crush. âDude! Thatâs awesome!â âWhen are you guys going out?â Peter and you started rambling at the same time, not being able to hide the big smile in both of your faces. âUh⌠about that⌠funny story, actually. But I actually meant it when I said that we are going on a dateâŚâ at this point you already knew Ned had messed something up. âNed⌠what did you do?â Peter started looking worried, he also picked on that something was strange too. âI-I kinda said that you and (y/n) are a couple and now we have a double dateâŚâ Nedâs face was a mix of happiness and worriedness. âWhat the hell, Ned?â âDude! Whyâd you do that?â you started talking at the same time and you realized Peter was a little too nervous for your taste. âI panicked, guys! Will you please do this for me? You know how much Iâve wanted thisâ he started to make puppy eyes and ugh you couldnât let him down, could you? âSure, Ned. Weâll do it. If thatâs okay for you?â you asked Peter after giving Ned a warm smile. Peter was just a mess, he looked like he was close to having a meltdown. âUm⌠Ye-yeah. I guess we should⌠you know⌠do it for⌠for Ned!â âUm, good.â âGreat.â âSure.â âYep.â The day of the date had come. You guys settled for going at a movie theater. You werenât nervous anymore because despite the fact that youâd be kind of lying, youâd be helping your friend and thatâs what mattered. Besides, it couldnât be that hard, right? When you finally got to the movie theater, you saw Ned and Betty buying popcorn, Peter was right beside them constantly fixing his hair. He was the first one to see you. You started walking confidently in his direction and gave him a kiss on his cheek before he could say anything. âHey, babe! Sorry Iâm late. You look so handsome, by the wayâ you smiled and winked at him. Then you got close to his ear and whispered: âGo along. We need to help Ned, okay?â. âThanks⌠um⌠babe.â He said after you got back, trying to look as natural as possible. You greeted Ned and Betty and stood by Peter to buy your snacks. After everything was purchased, you took Peterâs hand, intertwining your fingers. He looked at you differently, some way youâve never seen before. âLetâs go. The movieâs about to start.â He said and guided you, followed by Ned and Betty. You four got two couple-seatâs, Peter couldnât seem to focus on the movie, always checking to see if Ned was okay. You checked sometimes too, and when you did, you always saw them whispering to each other and laughing. Peter put his arm around you, pulling you closer, and took your hand. You looked at him with a smirk and a raised eyebrow. âThis, this is something couples do. I just⌠thought we should do it too. But itâs okay if you donât want to do it, I-â âHey, spidey, itâs okay. Chill.â You laughed and he relaxed a little bit. After that the movie went quite smoothly, Peter would squeeze your hand often, and you guys whispered and laughed making fun of the movie during most of it, because it was honestly so bad. When it ended you left the room and walked to the sidewalk, talking. âDo you guys want to get some food?â Betty suggested and Ned immediately agreed. âActually⌠Peter and I were planning to go to my place and cudlle while binge watching Stranger Things, right babe?â you looked over at Peter and he knew what your plan was right away. âYeah. But you guys can go! Eat for the four of us!â he smirked. Ned and him shared some meaningful looks before Ned walked Betty to a diner across the street. You and Peter were left alone so you guys decided to actually go to your place and binge watch Stranger Things, just letting the cuddling part out. The walk was silent. Your arms kept bumping and Peter looked lost in his thoughts, like he was trying to solve the most difficult puzzle in the world. You arrived at your house and went straight to your bedroom after seeing no one was there. You turned the TV on and basically dived into your bed, but Peter was just by the door after it closed, staring at you with that look again. âWhat are you staring at, Spider-Boy?â you asked jokingly. âItâs just that⌠Ugh⌠Nevermind.â He looked tense so you stood up and went over to him. âHey, whatâs wrong? You can tell me!â you were starting to get worried. âItâs nothing, really.â He sighed, but you knew him too well. âWhy wonât you tell me whatâs wrong, Peter?â âI canât. Really.â That hurt. Like, a lot. âOh, great. We are back at it again with the hiding things from me bullshit.â â(y/n), itâs not like thatâŚâ âOh, but it is, Peter. Remember when you told me you were Spider-Man? Me neither, because I had to figure it out. Do you seriously think Iâm that stupid? That I donât know that you and Ned are always talking about something and stop right when I get too close?â your eyes were starting to get wet. âNo! I would never think that!â he started to get so sad and it made you feel terrible. âIâm sorry. You know how insecure I am, sometimes I just donât feel like I deserve to be yours and Nedâs best friend because I feel like trash. Thatâs it.â You looked down at your feet to hide the tears falling down, you never said it out loud and doing so just made it feel too real. âWhat??? (y/n), donât say that! You are amazing andâŚâ âDonât say that. Youâre just trying to make me feel better. God, Iâm such an idiot.â âNo. You listen to me now.â He grabbed your hands, making you look at him while he stepped closer. You didnât think that look could ever get more intense, but there it was, right in his eyes, sinking in all your face at once. He wiped away your tears, sighed heavily and started talking again. âYou are amazing. You really are. I remember when we first talked and it was amazing as well. Donât you ever feel like trash, because you are the exact opposite. You are so kind, and funny, super super funny, I canât remember a day I spent with you without laughing. You are so smart, I know you donât think so but you are the smartest person Iâve ever met. You have such a good taste in movies itâs crazy, and oh my god, you are beautiful, sometimes I catch myself staring at you because I canât believe how pretty you are, itâs unbelievable. You always know how to make me smile, you always take care of me when Iâm hurt and climb your window after a fight with some bad guy, even if you donât have to. You are honestly the best person Iâve ever met and thatâs why it was so easy for me to fall in love with youâŚâ âWhat?â you looked him right in his hazel eyes, it was like you were seeing his soul. âYou⌠you are in love with me?â He had determination and courage stamped on his face. âYou know what? Yeah. I am in love with you. Iâve been for so long, so so long. Thatâs what I was thinking earlier, that Iâm so madly in love with you. Itâs like those clichĂŠs, but itâs real.â He squeezed your hand. âThatâs mostly the main reason I agreed to this thing today, I saw a chance and I took it. And I know you were pretending to be in love with me and all but that doesnât change the fact that I wasnât. I couldnât keep this inside anymore, I felt like I was going to explode andâŚâ âPeter.â You said and intensified the look you had in your eyes, trying to say everything you wanted with a look. âY-Yeah?â he looked nervous again, getting prepared for being dumped. âI wasnât.â âWhat?â his puppy eyes looked at you with nervousness. âI wasnât pretendingâ thatâs all you said after you made your way to his lips, finally colliding after so long youâve wanted them to. The kiss couldâve took seconds, minutes, hours. You honestly didnât know. All you knew was that Peter was there, and he was kissing you, and it felt perfect. You finally parted the kiss, your eyes still closed and your foreheads resting on each other. When you opened your eyes, you saw Peter with that look again in his eyes and a big smile on his face, and you finally knew what that look meant. You started smiling too, just sinking in the feeling that your first kiss was with your best friend, the boy you were deeply in love with for a long time, too long. âSo, does this mean you are my girlfriend now?â he asked, still smiling. âWell, only if you want me to.â You said jokingly. âI do, I really do.â He looked so so happy, and you were no different. He looked at you again and kissed you, just because he could. And the feeling was even better. After that, you guys binge watched Stranger Things and cuddled, until you two fell asleep in each others arms. You felt like this was the best night of your life. And many more nights, kisses, and cuddling sessions (eventually more than just cuddling) like that were to happen.

Itâs good we had it, itâs good S3 ended on a sweet note, but it makes it doubly hard to swallow that theyâre canceling a show where the hero :
Is disabled, no matter how people donât get the extend of it
Is obviously mentally unstable, at the very least, mentally ill if we go the length (I would say that but I would also like him to get some help, you knowâŚ)
Is openly vulnerable, AND this is not linked to the two previous points. A grown man crying so much on TV is already a thing, a super hero/vigilante doing this is another altogether. And heâs not crying alone in his room, heâs crying in front of friends.
Letâs add:
Great, not immediately likable good/bad female characters. âKaren Page is hard to like, sheâs irritatingâ. Well thanks, this is something I rarely see, I love her. Vanessa is also a very high point, and lately, Maggie has exceeded all my expectations. And finally, Elodie Yung made me like a character Iâve always loathed, so Elektra makes the list, which is surprising for me.
An exceptionally beautiful cinematography

All this to say : thank you Daredevil, but you better get renewed, with the same cast, and if possible with Oleson at the head of it.
