This could be interpreted as perhaps a way to help your manifestations especially appearance change ones, when maybe you feel defied by logic while affirming. You can modify your affirmations by instead of saying, "My xyz is perfect, I have the perfect xyz" add something logical to that. For example to get plumper lips you affirm saying, "My lips are so plump because i got lip fillers." Now while you haven't gotten them youre providing a 'reason' for your conscious logical mind to be shushed.

AN EARLY START ;

the only way that i can enjoy my mornings is if i have plenty of time to do what i need, without being too in a rush yk? so i'll sleep early and wake up relatively early so that i have adequate time to myself.

another thing that i have been incorporating into my morning routine is no scroll mornings bcuz i dont want doom scrolling to sap up my getting ready time in the morning, cuz im worth every minute of time i put into preparing myself for a successful day.

MORNING WORKOUT ;

i almost always work out in the morning, the only time that i won't is if i wanna head to the gym later on in the day, after school or whatever. so i always leave out weights and resistance bands for myself to use in the morning.

i have the workout that im doing already decided in my agenda on my notion and one that i do often, i'll link right here bcuz its rly easy and light for the morning which is just what i like.

ADEQUATE PAMPER TIME ;

i want to have as much time as possible to make myself look my very best bcuz getting dolled up and pampering myself helps me just as much mentally as it does physically.

before i take my shower and get ready and alladat i always have some chlorophyll water first thing bcuz its easily absorbed first thing in the morning along with lots of other benefits which i talked about in the it girls magazine.

HEADSPACE ;

i always wanna start my day off by being in the right headspace so as i go about my morning i like to say/think affirmations that are more self concept focused to get me in the best headspace before starting my day.

this is a rly short post but i like to keep my morning routine pretty simple cuz most of the intricacies of it involve my pamper time and routine but i like to just have time to relax ✨

7 Rituals That Got Me From Tired To Toned

If you’ve ever felt like your body is running on airplane mode—always on, but not actually doing anything—same. I was constantly fatigued, inflamed, and lowkey resenting anyone who had the energy to “love their morning workouts.” I knew something had to shift, and spoiler: it wasn’t another 5 a.m. alarm or over-caffeinated cardio class.

These are the actual rituals that took me from tired and puffy to toned, glowy, and genuinely energized.

1. I Ditched the “Toxic Grind” Workouts

I swapped cortisol-spiking HIIT for Pilates, walking, and sculpt-style flows. My body leaned out, my nervous system calmed down, and I actually wanted to move. Your body isn’t lazy—it’s probably just overstressed.

2. I Learned How to Actually Hydrate

Water alone wasn’t cutting it. I added minerals and electrolytes every morning (especially after wine or crying). It rebalanced everything—my mood, my bloat, and my skin.

3. I Romanticized My Morning Protein

I used to skip breakfast or live off iced coffee until noon. Now I do 30g of protein within an hour of waking up. It flipped a switch in my energy, hunger, and metabolism. Protein first = fewer cravings and way more hot girl focus.

4. I Started Doing “Lymph Love”

Lymphatic drainage changed the game. I do gua sha, dry brushing, and bouncing on a mini trampoline (yes, really). It keeps me de-puffed, snatched, and mentally clear. If you’ve been stuck in a bloated slump, your lymph is probably begging for attention.

5. I Cut the Caffeine-Sugar-Crash Loop

I replaced that desperate second coffee with adaptogens, matcha, or mushroom coffee. Less jittery, more glowy. My energy went from chaotic to steady, and my stress-induced belly weight? Deflating.

6. I Moved for Energy, Not Burnout

I started asking myself, “What would feel good to move through right now?” Sometimes it’s a stretch. Sometimes it’s a dance break. Movement became sacred instead of punishment—and my body rewarded me.

7. I Committed to Real Rest

Not just scrolling in bed. I created actual rituals for sleep—red light, mouth tape, magnesium, wind-down playlists. Deep sleep = faster recovery, flatter tummy, better mood. Sleep is the unsung queen of body recomposition.

Toning your body doesn’t have to mean torturing it. These rituals gave me the glow-up without the burnout, and made wellness feel like a vibe—not a chore.

how do you personally manifest?

Honestly, it’s about assuming. And I know that might feel so obvious but I mean assuming constantly. I saw someone compare it to acting a role in a movie, you basically keep acting in that character and watch the set begin to change!! I have massive ADHD thoughts so it made staying in track harder but what I would do is constantly talk to myself in my head as being the person I wanna be. For example with my milk supply, I kept drinking water and staying calm and thinking “okay now I’m drinking water to help my supply, breathe it’s already done” and when I’d have negative thoughts I’d just shift them instead of letting it make me spiral!

I also took a step back from loa social media and sat with my thoughts and tried to understand loa in a way that resonated with me more.

Complimenting people. If you think someone looks good, tell them!!

Prioritising self-care!! I always do my nails, take care of my hair, skin-care. Non-negotiable.

Taking more pictures. Capturing all the little fun and lovely moments and being able to look back at them is one of my favourite things!! <33

Making time to call my friends/family. Catching up with my friends or my Mom, who travels for work, is a must!!

Finding hobbies that don't include my phone or computer. Reading, baking, working out, shopping, journaling, making collages, planning outfits <3

Stretching and working out regularly. Feeling good and looking good? Win-win.

Smiling more. Forced happiness. Kinda like manifesting, lol..

Listening to more music. I always listen to music. Life is a movie; obviously, you need a soundtrack??

Going on long walks. I started two years ago when the whole 'hot girl walk' thing was trendy, and now I can't live without it!! I look forward to my walk all day long lmao.

Hydrating >>> exfoliating. I used to exfoliate my face every day… big mistake… HYDRATION.

Annotating. I've always been an avid reader, but annotating my books has completely changed my reading experience. Love it!!

Self obsessing. In a good way. I'm so in love with myself and you should be too. <33

what do you do with the 3d?

let's clear the floor. let's slit it open tile by tile. let's sweep the shards into our palms and try again. let me rip the carpet up while we're at it, dig my hands into the marrow of the matter and ask, what are we doing with the 3d, really. are we making it our girl friday or our ghost. are we ignoring the curtain or stepping through it. the question is, do you even recognise what you're looking at.

but let's step back. what is the 3d, anyway. physical reality. consensus hallucination. not sacred, not sinful. not a riddle to be solved nor a cage to be broken. just a card in the deck, drawn with shaky hands. the one everyone agrees to pretend is real. you can treat it like an omen, if you want. or a person you absolutely abhor. but don't mistake it for the author. it's only ever the copy, the imprint, or the last known address of a belief. yesterday's ink on today's page, and even that can smudge.

because everyone has an answer and most of them feel like used tissues. soggy with someone else's satori. should we ignore the 3d. befriend it. spit at its feet like it called us boring. the answers all sound like someone else's language. someone else's idea of what devotion is. someone else's diagram of control. and most of them are at war with nuance. 

the 3d is your echo. it's a feedback loop, a dog who learnt the tricks you taught it. it moves like you do. it learns what you reward. it listens to what you repeat. it's not speaking, it's mouthing back. and yes, it has weight. like wet fabric or a hospital corridor. it has textures. grit. gravity. but weight is not truth. it's just density. what you believe has mass. not because it's real, but because you've given it rehearsal time, memorised the script, built sets around it, fed it from your own bowl.

so here's what the 3d is: a tarot card. upright or reversed, depending on the day. never the deck itself, never the hand that shuffles. it's a reading, not a sentence. a reflection, not a law. its power is borrowed. it's never permanent. it's never personal. it is what you thought yesterday, blinking back at you in today's light. you don't have to ignore it. you don't have to kneel at its altar, either. the 3d can be your chorus girl or your case study.  it doesn't mind. it has no ego. it doesn't need to win. it just needs something to reflect. and if you change your face, it will too.

treat it how you want. name it. reframe it. pin it to the wall or forget it in a drawer. pet it like a cat or argue with it like a brother. none of it matters. what matters is remembering that it follows you. it always does. not because it loves you. because it has no other choice.

just remember: the card is not the future. it's a translation. and all translations are subject to error, to bias, to mood. the 3d isn't fact. it's rendering. if you want a different reading, shuffle again.

it's a ghost. and it only haunts what you've already abandoned.
