had another dream about my fairytale reality but it was a different man this time with a different love story and now my heads all wonky
this isnโt the first time ive had a dream of him either,, but i woke up confused just like last time because โim not supposed to have feelings for himโ
of course, feelings are weird and complicated and thereโs a billion and one realities where weโre together instead of the man i was originally pining for
i am not bound to loving one man, and if my subconscious keeps trying to get me to see this other man in a new light, who am i to shut my eyes, cover my ears, and pretend it doesnโt exist?
iโll script for another reality, one where weโre be together, and for the rest of the day iโll be tormented by thoughts of him

Donโt treat this exercise as a method. Changing your shitty mindset is not something that happens overnight (mostly). I dare you to prove to yourself that youโre patient enough.

Iโve always naturally had sleep paralysis. If usually occurred when I was scared or on edge at night. I sometimes got it in an unfamiliar location. Sleep paralysis was something I started to get around ten to twelve, when Iโd be scared at night. Iโd wake up in it at night and later began to shift through it. But eventually I stopped getting it so I started to induce it. I usually wake up throughout the night anyways. Iโve always have. So once I make myself kind of paranoid. I lay down to sleep and close my eyes for about 5 minutes. As I fall asleep I open my eyes for about a minute. And I kind of do that over and over again until my eyes are heavy. Then I just wake up in sleep paralysis once Iโm finally asleep. But I donโt always have to induce it and sometimes still wake up in it. It only takes me about five minutes to shift from it. I donโt listen to anything because I usually wake up in the middle of the night with it and my AirPods are already dead by then. When I affirm, I just say whatever I want. Usually itโs Iโm shifting or specific affirmations to my dr. I usually but it can be longer like fifteen minutes. The dr I visit the most frequently is probably my main dr because itโs very chill old money vibes.
Do I have to be in sleep paralysis or some altered state to shift?/Is Sleep Paralysis necessary because I like to shift from it?
No. Definitely not. You can shift however you want to. I personally shift a lot of the times by just thinking about where I want to go. So you can do whatever really. The only commonality about every shifting success was that I eventually became so focused on my dr that I wasnโt thinking of anything else and convinced I was there. Every method and state is kind of to help get to that point.
Arenโt all methods, including sleep paralysis, dependent on mindset, like needing to convince myself that I can achieve it or shift from it? Should I try to push past the doubts and fully convince myself that I can do it?
There is no need to fix your mindset to achieve sleep paralysis or shift from it. Plenty of people do both of these things without knowing and with no knowledge of how it works. I donโt why people still think a mindset change is necessary. Itโs only as necessary as you make it. I never changed my mindset instead I kind of just trust that whatever I do itโll work out just how it needs to. But Iโve always kind of been like that. If you feel like changing your mindset will help you trust in yourself. Then do it. But all you need to do is trust yourself.
Doesnโt getting sleep paralysis feel like when you shift? Like when you get SP itโs instant and you just KNOW youโre in there, is it the same with shifting?
Itโs kind of like that I guess. Iโd put it more closely to falling asleep where itโs kind of gradual with sounds and smells, and then all of a sudden your asleep or there and everything loads instantly into your mind.
And I was wondering what is the next step when in SP? Do I just affirm and visualize my dr and it manifests instantly?
Usually once I get into sleep paralysis, I just start affirming and thinking about where Iโm going. Sleep paralysis is not the void state. At least not in my experience. When I shift through sleep paralysis it takes maybe five minutes. And I hear sounds and smells, and then I shift. While with the void state it is instant.
Should I keep trying to induce sleep paralysis despite feeling scared, or should I explore other methods?
Not if it makes you feel uncomfortable. Methods only work (at least for me) if you want to be doing them. If youโre just doing it because everyone else is. Itโs just going to make you drag your feet about it. Explore other methods and if that feels better keep going.
How do you push through the state when your body resists falling asleep while trying to shift with sleep paralysis, and has this ever been an issue for you?
Just chill out really and donโt care about it. Just focus on what outcome you want from it. I.e. your dr. I usually fall asleep first then wake up later on in the night. And then either get sleep paralysis or try to induce it. You should ideally be awake but not too awake. And do not turn on your phone at all. For any reason.

Just keep going with it. If it feels right just keep trying it until you find a rhythm that works for you. It might be a good sign for you that you are feeling something. Especially if you never felt any type of symptoms with shifting. I can only really tell you to experiment with different things and see what gets you closest. And what makes you feel the most positive. However, if you feel itโs not working. Or if you tried everything and it doesnโt work. Then it might not be for you or you can just detach your emotions from the method. And just do it for fun and not to get anything out of it. The only tips I can really give you is to somehow do the opposite of whatever youโve been doing. If it hasnโt worked so far then flip it on its head. Try a more uncomfortable position, do affirmations of donโt do them. Just experiment with them.
Do you have any tips for overcoming the discomfort of the โroll over signalโ when trying to manually induce sleep paralysis?/Is it normal to feel a burning weight on my back during sleep paralysis when trying to shift, and should I wait longer despite the discomfort to see if it eventually works?/As soon as the roll over signal disappears and I feel like heavy I start to โpanicโ because I feel so close to shifting which makes me sabotage my own attempt?
When that happens to me I just focus on the itching going away and think of myself scratching it. It usually goes away after a bit. It just feels really bad while itโs happening but lasts about four minutes. So just keep pushing through. I take things like that as I sign Iโm shifting when Iโm uncomfortable. Because usually when Iโm uncomfortable Iโm close to shifting. Because the itching or burning is more of an illusion. Whenever I stop to scratch itโs literally not there. So I just think of it to be as a hurdle I have to cross. And just continue to wait longer and distract myself. Just take it easy really and observe and relish in the journey of getting there. Youโre going to shift eventually just watch it come to pass.
I want to try this but the sleep paralysis thing scares me๐ญ Iโve never even experienced that (that Iโm aware of) but the idea of it freaks me out. I donโt think itโs that scary. When I have it Iโm pretty calm. A little freaked out that I canโt move but itโs pretty easygoing. Iโve never experienced hallucinations while in it but some people do. Although I think the amount of people that do isnโt that much. As a lot of people probably get it but never talk about it because itโs not remarkable.

Good question. Again sleep paralysis is not the void state. Whenever I have had sleep paralysis I canโt move anything at all. Itโs kind of forced to be closed because you cannot move anything at all.

I am a beginner shifter, at some point I can easily get to paralysis sleep and control my dreams, however sometimes there are moments when doubts or fears kick in, but I always try my best to convince myself to believe that I can shift (I had mini-shift) So, as you said earlier on, one of your posts you always knew that you are meant to see others realities, and that is happening with me, deep inside I know the reality I'm in right now is not where i should be, like I don't know how to explain, but I know I was born for something bigger. Thank you so much! At first it was hard to convince myself that I could actually shift. But the more you do it the more real it becomes. To kind of relieve the doubts. I would kind of soothe my brain to stop caring about what youโre experience. And just take it in for what it is.

That definitely seems to be sleep paralysis. Usually you can hear when you have it. At least I can and I often feel the vibrations. So congratulations!

In all seriousness, you should really check why you feel the need to know everything there is to know about shifting/manifesting. It's okay to want to know more, only if it doesn't come at the expense of ACTUALLY applying that knowledge. I've always held the belief that knowledge is useless if you do nothing with it. And as far as I see, it holds true. It's sooooo easy to get everything that you want, SO ๐ฅ WHY ๐ฅ TF ๐ฅ ARENT ๐ฅ YOU ๐ฅ DOING ๐ฅ IT !?!?

tried a method last night but I wasnโt all that into it so I just turned over and decided to go to bed,,, (Iโve been swamped with assignments and final exams and shifting was an impulsive decision that I gave up on halfway through)
nothings wrong with understanding that youโre just not ready to put in the effort to shift,, dependent on your preferred methods, or lack of, it can be extremely draining or super easy
but I decided that I would rather sleep than shift cus it was really late and I havenโt been getting much sleep the past few days,,,
as Iโm laying there super annoyed that I canโt fall asleep, my vision turns like completely black,, its early morning by this point and Iโve got a small nightlight thatโs semi bright,, itโs never completely dark in my room
and then the feeling,, it was weird,,, I hate roller coasters but I imagine this is how they feel,, it was like I was in a tunnel, like one of those optical illusion ones, and my vision was being like pulled forward with this tunnel thing all around me,, it felt like memories and stuff were rushing past me too
the best way I can describe it is that scene in Doctor Strange when he gets his soul like punched out of him cus thatโs exactly how it felt!
it felt like my soul, or my consciousness in this instance, was being pulled out of my body here and being pulled into another one somewhere else
my heart started racing like never before and suddenly my hearing went completely silent too,,, I sleep with a white noise machine and it was like it simply faded out of existence
the whole process felt, both, excruciatingly long and extremely fast at the same time, and by the time it had ended, my heart still racing, I looked over and found that itโd only been 15 minutes,,,
because I wasnโt planning on shifting and was mainly focused on sleeping, I didnโt really know what to do,, I affirmed a bit but I was so jostled that I didnโt really know what I was affirming
eventually it ended and I felt myself wake up back in my bed with my heart pounding like Iโve never felt it do before, and I went to sleep
am I upset that I didnโt shift? kinda,, but at the same time, this is such a huge step that I donโt really mind,,, if anything it just gave me a full day to prepare, script, and make up my mind about where to shift to and what to do because I was so lost man
I'm super excited to feel those symptoms again and actually shift this time! Iโm getting closer and closer to traveling realities at the drop of a pin, I can feel it

Why are you doing this at all? Free yourself from your fears and open your mind to a world beyond your own. It doesnโt matter your circumstances, past, or who you perceive yourself to be. The only one in your way is yourself. Everything you desire will be yours if you can truly believe you want it. But you fear the idea of changing and so you do not. Nothing is ever left behind, so when you depart from this reality it will always be here. The same crummy situation can always be returned to. Think about a version of you does not consciously have the ability to shift but you are lucky enough to be able to shift at the drop of a hat if you desire to.
Stop caring if you donโt get it the first time. Decide that it will be yours and you will wake up there again and again. Wear it out if you have to. When you think to yourself about your desired reality, pretend it is right now. It doesnโt matter if you believe it. You want it to be true, so make it true! The only person waiting for you is yourself. Fuck around, have fun, and embrace every fragment of the multiverse with a wild spirit. It is real to you, even if no one else cares about it. What other people say about shifting doesnโt matter at all. All you know is that you want it, and you will have it. We are taught in this reality that some things you cannot get, no matter how you try. If you want to do it, do it. There is nothing you have to wait for. All you need is a clear will.
Shifting is so freeing and beautiful. For me itโs quite unlike anything else that you can experience in this earthly world. Even though I had shifted many times before it still placated my hunger for freedom. This really is something spectacular just being able to go anywhere at will. I am not special in the slightest. Everything I have achieved and experienced can be repeated through anyone who desires it.
There is an entire world inside my head that is precious only to me. I can reach it through a variety of methods but each time I had been open to going there. Are you truly open and ready. If I asked you right now to shift to your desired reality, would you mentally allow yourself to go? Would you immediately take yourself there in your mind, feel yourself there, and believe it? If not thatโs your assignment practice it. Everyday desensitize yourself to the idea of shifting. It is a natural and normal thing that you do every day. Focus on allowing yourself to consciously access it. Do this in any form you like.
White nights in Murmansk are my favorite. Always be unusual even if it scares you. I am always a beautiful, quizzical thing and thatโs a blessing. Sometimes Iโm frenzied and unsure of what I am saying, but Iโm always having a damned good doing it. There is never a moment in my life that I have been upset with my outcome. I understand why I do things, and change them to match the vision of what I desire. Life can be strangely glamorous and satisfying. Ask yourself what you want and align your behavior to get you there. Thatโs it! Think it and be it! But what do I know is listen to yourself.
Life was quiet and everything in the universe stood still. Thatโs what everyone should experience. Reality is strange, donโt get caught up making sense of yourself or it. Go and be free. The life you want is right out there, so go out and grab it.

I made sure that she is safe in her DR and helped her find her DR hair, dresses and room.
She got int a lucid dream on her first attempt. (SHE HAD NEVER BEEN INTO ONE BEFORE)
She shifted on day 2 and she told me that she literally forgot about shifting and just wanna take a nap. She told me how real it was and she almost passed out when she saw herself in a nearby mirror with everything we'd scripted.
She then shifted again the next morning before she went to school because she was so stressed out. It took her less than 10 minutes to shift.
She explained that my inability to shift after three years of trying was due to my excessive excitement, advising me to calm down. Despite this, she remained calm and expressed her intention to shift further.
