tried a method last night but I wasn’t all that into it so I just turned over and decided to go to bed,,, (I’ve been swamped with assignments and final exams and shifting was an impulsive decision that I gave up on halfway through)
nothings wrong with understanding that you’re just not ready to put in the effort to shift,, dependent on your preferred methods, or lack of, it can be extremely draining or super easy
but I decided that I would rather sleep than shift cus it was really late and I haven’t been getting much sleep the past few days,,,
as I’m laying there super annoyed that I can’t fall asleep, my vision turns like completely black,, its early morning by this point and I’ve got a small nightlight that’s semi bright,, it’s never completely dark in my room
and then the feeling,, it was weird,,, I hate roller coasters but I imagine this is how they feel,, it was like I was in a tunnel, like one of those optical illusion ones, and my vision was being like pulled forward with this tunnel thing all around me,, it felt like memories and stuff were rushing past me too
the best way I can describe it is that scene in Doctor Strange when he gets his soul like punched out of him cus that’s exactly how it felt!
it felt like my soul, or my consciousness in this instance, was being pulled out of my body here and being pulled into another one somewhere else
my heart started racing like never before and suddenly my hearing went completely silent too,,, I sleep with a white noise machine and it was like it simply faded out of existence
the whole process felt, both, excruciatingly long and extremely fast at the same time, and by the time it had ended, my heart still racing, I looked over and found that it’d only been 15 minutes,,,
because I wasn’t planning on shifting and was mainly focused on sleeping, I didn’t really know what to do,, I affirmed a bit but I was so jostled that I didn’t really know what I was affirming
eventually it ended and I felt myself wake up back in my bed with my heart pounding like I’ve never felt it do before, and I went to sleep
am I upset that I didn’t shift? kinda,, but at the same time, this is such a huge step that I don’t really mind,,, if anything it just gave me a full day to prepare, script, and make up my mind about where to shift to and what to do because I was so lost man
I'm super excited to feel those symptoms again and actually shift this time! I’m getting closer and closer to traveling realities at the drop of a pin, I can feel it
affirmed a few times last night that I was gonna lucid dream and wake up early,, just to see if entering a lucid dream was literally as simple as that

I entered a lucid dream and I woke up earlier than I typically do,, even before my alarm
at some point within my dream I even felt myself to start waking up, but ive had this problem before and have been researching grounding techniques, and I remembered to apply them and I stayed fully asleep
it’s just so crazy to me!
I keep having dreams about a certain reality I’ve been attempting to shift to during the years,,, it’s not my current main one, my previous main one, or even a reality I’ve thought of in a while,, so I’m gonna take that as a little sign to shift to that reality
but oh my god,, I actually set intention to lucid dream and I did it
the minds so powerful and is capable of literally anything,, I just need to keep reminding myself that
had another dream about my fairytale reality but it was a different man this time with a different love story and now my heads all wonky
this isn’t the first time ive had a dream of him either,, but i woke up confused just like last time because “im not supposed to have feelings for him”
of course, feelings are weird and complicated and there’s a billion and one realities where we’re together instead of the man i was originally pining for
i am not bound to loving one man, and if my subconscious keeps trying to get me to see this other man in a new light, who am i to shut my eyes, cover my ears, and pretend it doesn’t exist?
i’ll script for another reality, one where we’re be together, and for the rest of the day i’ll be tormented by thoughts of him

What is 4 - 7 - 8 breathing technique?
— The 4-7-8 breathing technique which helps to reduce anxiety and fall asleep faster. It involves inhaling for 4 seconds, holding your breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds
How to wake up the void state with this technique?
You will lay in Starfish postion and start doing the 4 -7-8 breathing where u will count 1 2 3 4 and inhale and hold it 5 6 7 and exhale it in 8 this thoroughly relax your body from head to toe and most of time u will also stop thinking ( and yes ignore the symptoms)
Also you can play subliminal / hypnosis in the background and and here's the breath technique video u can play while doing the breathing exercises
When u feel you're fully relaxed you will start chanting ' I command my subconscious to wake me up in the void/ I always wake up in the void aware ' affrim till you fall asleep and boom u will wake up in the void state

You are already in your DR. It's a real reality that you have lived, breathed and cried in. It already exists and you already exist within it.
You are shifting your awareness to a life that you're already living. I know that you feel in your heart that it exists inside of you.
You are not just a physical body you are the potential of everything that ever was or ever could be. You're still holding onto the belief that in some way you're tethered to this reality but the truth is nothing can hold you.
I know you can shift because it already belongs to you. You already exist in that reality. It's already yours. The ONLY thing you have to do is become AWARE that its yours.
You know the truth. You belong in that reality and some piece of you, however much your fears deny it, is already there. The second you declare it as yours it is.
Once you accept that it is yours nothing can take it away from you. It has to happen.
There is no "trying" you do not try to exist you just do. You live there, that reality is natural to you. Just become aware.

ৎ SIMPLE, HUMANISING THINGS :
⋆ forgetting where you placed your favourite book and finding it weeks later under the sofa.
⋆ your favourite sweater has a small snag, and you're debating whether to fix it or keep it as is.
⋆ a mug with a tiny chip in it that you still use because it's your mug.
⋆ a bit of dust on the piano keys or an unmade bed when you're in a rush.
⋆ tripping over your dog/cat/stuffed elephant because they're lying in the doorway.
⋆ shoes that hurt but you still wear them because they look good with your outfit.
⋆ your favourite jeans have that one little rip that keeps catching on things, but you refuse to stop wearing them.
⋆ spending ages finding the perfect lighting for selfies, only to hate them all later.
⋆ accidentally biting the inside of your cheek while eating and then obsessively poking at it for hours.
⋆ a specific smell in your wardrobe—a mix of old perfume and wood—that you’ll never be able to explain to anyone else.
⋆ stepping into your shower and realising someone moved all the bottles around, leaving you scrambling to find your conditioner.
ৎ A BIT MORE IMMERSIVE AND FLAWED :
⋆ spilling coffee on your notes for an important meeting, and the frantic wiping and swearing that follows.
⋆ hair that won't co-operate no matter how much you brush or style it.
⋆ a scratch on your favourite vinyl record that skips during your most-loved song.
⋆ wearing mismatched socks because it was too early to care.
⋆ running out of your signature perfume and having to use something random you don’t quite love.
ৎ FAME RELATED :
⋆ paparazzi catching you mid-sneeze and that photo somehow going viral.
⋆ having to sign something bizarre, like a fan’s forehead, and wondering how your life came to this moment.
⋆ someone mispronouncing your name or a film title in an awards speech, and you laughing about it later (but it still stings).
⋆ the occasional paranoia about people liking you for your fame rather than you.
⋆ attending a fashion show and feeling like everyone is silently judging your outfit.
⋆ arriving five minutes late to a glamorous event because you underestimated how long it would take to tie your shoes.
⋆ a director giving you confusing instructions on set, so you end up delivering the most awkward line of your career.
⋆ fans who ask the same question in interviews repeatedly, and you have to smile through it like you’re hearing it for the first time.
⋆ losing your train of thought during a speech and having to awkwardly laugh it off.
⋆ a quiet moment backstage when you realise you forgot to eat, and now you’re inhaling a slightly stale croissant.
⋆ the ache in your feet after a long day on set, and that moment of relief when you finally kick off your shoes.
ৎ RELATIONSHIP AND INTIMACY :
⋆ an inside joke with your s/o that doesn’t make sense anymore, but you keep saying it to each other anyway.
⋆ him stealing a bite of your food every time, even when you specifically said you weren’t sharing.
⋆ a silly fight over who hogs the covers, only to end up tangled together anyway.
⋆ watching him try to cook and making a complete mess of the kitchen, flour on his nose, but you can’t stop smiling.
⋆ a fight with your s/o about something petty, like who forgot to take out the rubbish, and realising later how ridiculous it was.
ৎ OVERWHELMING AND OVERSTIMULATING :
⋆ sitting in your apartment but feeling lonely in a way that your friends can’t fix.
⋆ misplacing your phone, then realising it's right next to you after searching everywhere.
⋆ public appearances where everything feels too loud.
⋆ losing a ring or piece of jewellery with sentimental value and feeling like it’s all you can think about.
⋆ rain-soaked boots squeaking as you walk through a marble lobby, and the humiliation of slipping just a little bit.
⋆ a room so crowded and loud that it feels impossible to breathe, but you’re too stuck to leave.
⋆ the guilt of not responding to texts from friends and family because you forgot.
⋆ waking up in your apartment, and for a second, forgetting where you are, feeling disoriented but comforted by the soft hum of the city.
ৎ MICRO HUMANISING MOMENTS :
⋆ that soft hum of traffic drifting through your balcony at night.
⋆ the slight stickiness of your lip gloss on a windy day (ugh, hair always gets stuck in it).
⋆ the cold marble of a building against your hand when you lean against it while chatting.
⋆ a pen exploding in your bag, staining the inside and making you swear you’ll be more careful next time (you won’t).
⋆ the faint sound of your upstairs neighbour vacuuming, reminding you that even in your dr, you’re part of a shared world.
— this information is what I picked up from the book i’m currently reading ‘Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza’ (I highly suggest reading)
— all shifting is/quantum jumping is, is shifting your awareness to a different reality
• meditate until you get into a no thought zone/state
+ this may take minutes for some people and hours for others but you need to take the time. if you are impatient, try the 68 seconds of pure thought by Abraham Hicks -> watch this video
+ pure thought states make it easier for the brain to simply manifestations
• be aware
+ or in other words, acknowledge your reality beyond your senses, begin to understand your reality and that it is already yours
In Dr. Dispenza’s book it says
‘The only way you can exist in the quantum is as awareness…
experience this realm is with your awareness’
as in, the reality you have has and been created long before, you just became aware that it existed and you’re learning how to become aware in it. creation is already finished.
do you ever just love a dr so much you need to like scream and cry because you cant show your love to the people there yet and this is all you can do
