Day 17 - 90 Day Challenge π
Yesterday (Friday) was a really decent day, like I actually don't think I have much complain about honestly. I love days like that.

47 minutes of weighting (glute day #2)
3 min on the stairmaster after hitting glutes
walked to school + home
had over 17k steps for the day
drank a liter of essentia electrolyte water
I tried oxyshred for the first time (not bad, but I don't know if I actually like the flavor I got). It definitely made me sweat a bit more than usual and gave me some good energy)

I answered a journal prompt "What do I need more of this next month" and the answer was consistency and discipline as I believe those go hand in hand together

I have no idea what I did for my emotional health yesterday other then that I had a really good day overall

completed and submitted my final paper for Psyc
completed my makeup lab for anatomy
went to my psyc lab, found out more info for the psyc final

talked to my dad on the phone for a bit
zoom called my boyfriend
took care of all the clean laundry (there was....a lot)
worked a 7 hour shift at my job
found out more about applying for unemployment + using my remaining vacation hours

made my bed
showered
ate some good healthy food that nourished me
treated myself to a fairlife protein shake (those are my little treats after a weight lifting day)
Overall, it was a really productive, happy day for me. I love days like that so much. felt like a really long day but I am honestly not complaining, I loved it.

Hello lovelies!
Quick question for everyone. I have been debating doing my daily check ins like I used to. I feel as tho it will keep me more accountable (alongside my lovely accountability buddies), and help me realize that I've done a lot of things in a day and have things to feel proud of. What do you guys think? Should I start that back up?

I swear I always disappear for a few days, lurk around the tumblr app, and then decide to give a random update. I really need to work on my consistency lol.
Anywho, life has been soooo busy. I've ben packing and preparing for my trip out to see my boyfriend tomorrow, trying to catch up on homework so I'm not super busy while I am with him this weekend, working like crazy because money is a necessity, and just keeping up with the day to day grind.
So, here's a mini update from yesterday, and yes I am still going to try to update while I'm with my man as I will still be doing homework and studying Japanese and what not.

completed and passed culinary quiz
Turned in my actual spending budget from Septmeber
Finished an investing assignment
Worked on the draft for a research paper literature review thing I have to write for my psychology class (finishing it today!)
presented my mid term presentation in my culinary class and got complimented by the professor/chef
submitted a lactation nutrition chart fie ym nutrition class
completed my pre lab and lab report for tomorrow's anatomy lab
completed quiz chapter 6 for my psychology class
completed practical assignment and module quiz for my fitness for health and sport class
I've been pretty busy with school work. I catch up on a weekly basis, but of course, then more homework is released, and I feel like I get thrown back to square one. College life, yay!

I feel like I haven't done as much for myself personally but at the same time like I have? I am a bit upset with myself. I have a meeting with my Dietetian Mentor (#1) and in the last 3 weeks since we last spoke, I haven't done anything from what she had asked because I've been so busy. I've had 2 panic attacks, extreme exhaustion, and worked 3 doubles at my job since I last spoke to her. However, I am planning on working on some of her stuff this weekend while I'll have the time, so hopefully she isn't upset and can understand my position? She seems really nice so fingers crossed.

Thursday was such a good day, and I don't know if Friday will be as well, but we shall see! I had a mini stress crying episode on Thursday due to some work/school stuff. But I got over it really quick and had a good day!

Day 20 - 90 Day Challenge π
Yesterday was a really good day. I took a final, went to the gym and worked an 8.5 hour shift. I got to sleep in this morning so that was nice too!

I've decided to start this blog to keep myself accountable as I continue along on my health journey. This will include working on my mental, physical, and emotional health!
Here are some things about me!
I go by Rose, and I use she/her pronouns
I'm in my very early 20s and a juinor at my university
I am studying Human Nutrition and Dietetics, with a minor in Exercise Science and another minor in Psychology
I am an avid Kpop stan, especially for gg's like Ive, Twice, Blackpink, New Jeans, (G)-Idle, Itzy, NMIXX, etc
Some of my biases include Lisa, Soyeon, Wonyoung, Yuna, Jennie Kim, Sullyoon, Yunjin, etc
I love the pink pilates princess, wonyoungism, it girl energy, and hope to better myself through embracing those values and lifestyles.
I am really hoping that this blog will keep me both accountable and successful in my health efforts
I will be posting daily updates including what I eat/consume daily (without calories or macros mentioned), my daily YouTube workouts that I've completed, weekly or monthly weigh ins, and my daily routines, habits, motivations, and so on.
This is not solely about weight loss but an overall improvement in my health and lifestyle. Exercise level: Intermediate (I've been a runner, a weight lifter, and I've done many YouTube workouts including yoga, pilates, chloe ting, and so on. )
Current Workout Plan: 30+ min of YouTube workouts a day, including yoga, pilates, dance, hiit, and body weight workouts.
Reasons for this journey: I want to deepen my self-love, strengthen my confidence, lose some weight, and develop habits that will help me to become the best version of myself on a daily basis.

With the start of the school year coming soon for me, I decided I'd reintroduce myself, as this is my main blog and I typically use it as a studyblr-type of blog because it helps keep me going towards my goals! Of course i still post about my physical health, mental health, and daily life, but when college/university is in session, my life typically revolves around school!

I love all things health, fitness, and wellness
I love to work out! My favorite ways to work out right now are weight lifting, walking, mat pilates, and yoga! My university offers workout classes for free to full time students so I'll be taking yoga/pilates classes at my campus!
I do work a full-time, on-campus food service job. 40 hours of work a week, and 15 college credit hours this semester π
I love to read, write, listen to music, and want to pick up more hobbies such as sewing, dance, crochet, drawing, painting, etc
This account started out as a "wonyoungism" account and slowly turned into my own little safe space where I am free to be myself without fear of judgment. Of course my aesethic is still pink and wonyoungism ish but I do fully plan on turning this into a more studyblr type of account using my own photos once university starts back up! can anyone recommend some good studyspo YouTubers or just any studyspo content, study motivation advice and tips for right now?
I have homework and studying I need to work on but canβt find the motivation to move from my bed to my desk.
I might try a Study to Success video, or an old video from Studyquill.
also, Iβm curious, what keeps you guys going to get some work done when you donβt feel like doing it? What sparks your productivity?
