merlin: i have found a special flower that only opens when you recite a spell at it and it can be used to cure rock pissing disease. enjoy this tea i’ve made, arthur!

arthur: i have stopped pissing rocks thanks to the bravery of my knights. the moment they captured this random soldier who brought the snake to camelot, i was drinking my tea and i quit pissing rocks.

morgana: thwarted again! if only emrys didn’t know every detail of arthur’s life that only his servant would know!

Has anyone told the BBC that they can make season 6 of Merlin or a movie or whatever with the same speacial effects budget and we would all still watch it.

Like I don't give a shit if that dragon looks like I rendered it. I just want to know if Merlin and Arthur's wedding is in the spring or would they go for a winter one, because they are not like other girls.

Descriptive Writing Tips From a Grumpy Reader

Obligatory disclaimer: writing ‘rules’ are all arbitrary lists of opinions and are nothing more than the personal preferences of the people composing them. These are things that annoy me as one reader in a sea of many (though I think several of them are fairly common annoyances, judging from my conversations with other readers).
