Anger Is In Abundance These Days

Anger is in abundance these days

Distraught

Where did our ethics go?

Who let our hearts fade?

Why did we give up our minds to anyone else?

Disconnected

Did we give it away?

Did we give up?

Not yet

Best Device Ecosystem: Do you need multiple devices?

This was a nice video to stumble upon. It’s true that most reviews for tools tend to want to sell you how it does everything, but realistically it’s gotta work within your personal flow.

I feel a little creativity blocked. I have a name that I used for years as a creativity pseudonym. It just doesn’t resonate with me anymore. Kind of because I didn’t really take it to the angle I intended and now it’s not really the objective either.

It’s time to think of a new name and one that will help with the vision I have in mind.

Parenting and family relationships are not that simple as saying "don't do this". People are complex and more often than not, one theme does not equate to one result.

If your kid makes a mess, you tell them to clean it up, they will perceive it as a punishment. But it's also a lesson in responsibility and should be explained.

Any relationship requires efforts of communicating beyond what we merely assume. Being family doesn't change that. It would be the responsibility of the parent to explain and communicate reactions to actions if they are trying to establish "eff around and find out" lessons.

Honestly, the best parental strategy is not use the same approach all the time. Not to be surprising but some things aren't effective used over and over. So, don't be lazy and get to know your kids to figure out the lessons you need to impart on them.

for the love of god, do not use chores to punish your kids!!!! it's just going to make them struggle deeply to keep their houses tidy as adults since you made them associate necessary chores with punishment and suffering, and it's going to take years of therapy to undo. don't use chores as punishments!!!

I knew it! The timing of this mess is right on the heels of Musk's disaster plan for Twitter. It was like real life copypasta.

i thought Reddit CEO Steve Huffman came off bad in his interview with The Verge

this new one with NBC News is disqualifying

Reddit's unpopular changes were inspired by Elon Musk's layoffs & cost-cutting (like not paying bills) at Twitter. insane. https://t.co/xE4aqxVkl1 pic.twitter.com/opBU6gD2Bk

Professor McGonagall Protects Hogwarts | Harry Potter and the Deathly Ha...

Professor McGonogall was definitely a favorite character out of the whole Harry Potter series. I loved Dame Maggie Smith in everything she’s acted in, such an understated actress. I watched this today after not seeing this movie since it came out in the theater and cried. She will be missed.

I Was Skeptical With This Series Initially. I Listened To The First Book And I Already Had Some Spoilers

I was skeptical with this series initially. I listened to the first book and I already had some spoilers of who the female leads hook up with. But the way the characters get treated seemed insane that they would hook up with any of the abusing characters.

Still it intrigued me enough that I wanted to know how this was going to happen, so I listened to book two. It was definitely better than the first. The female leads turn around and start fighting back which made the story much more entertaining to follow. I appreciate a little bit of justice. Finished the second book pretty quick and was happy to see book 3 was available.

I'm trying not to speed through these but the Graphic Audio production is great. The actors do a fantastic job. One of the female leads has become one of my favorite voice actresses to follow as I heard her first as Violet Sorrengail in the Fourth Wing production - Khaya Fraites.

However, so far my favorite character is Lance Orion. We'll see how things go :)
