Quatre from gundam wing, unlike all the other characters I liked before, Quatre was not manly, nor strong nor anything I like in a guy, he was in fact so fragile and tiny and had such a huge responsability that I felt all the motherly love in the world for him... I didn't knew about moe then, but I liked him a lot...
